Save yourself!!! Crooks & liars!!! Not even worth 1 star in my opinion!!! I had a new Jasper installed by this shop on my 08 impala. The car started acting up while still under warranty so I took it into Jerry & he told me it wasn't the transmission. I was told it was ABS module or wiring but it wasn't the transmission & it would be safe to take a trip. So I trusted him & took my son for his cancer checkups to Memphis TN at St Jude which is 1,000 miles round trip. It made it thankfully but 2 days after we got back it tore up. I had it hauled to a preferred Jasper dealer & guess what's wrong?? The transmission!!! So he flat out lied to me, didn't want to fix his screw up & stand behind his work. He said he couldn't do anything till a month later & i was welcome to take the car to another Jasper dealer. Not to mention he didn't care if my family got stuck on the side of the highway trying to make the trip to st jude. So not only is he a liar but a heartless liar at that!!! So I called Jasper & filed a complaint. I ask them to fix the issue which they have thankfully. This place is a joke so do not get services here or you'll be in the same boat. If he would do that to a childhood cancer family, he would crook anyone!!!! I'm starting to wonder if he ever really did the work to begin with. I'm just saying, safe yourself & find you a "preferred" Jasper dealer who will do you right & stand behind thier work. All I got to say is KARMA!!!! KARMA will get Jerry for the wrong he's done!!!! I wouldn't take any vehicle to this crook & yes he's a lying crook!!!!

Whoever answered the phone and talked to me, needs an attitude adjustment. All I did was ask a simple question about my transmission and he acted like I was bothering him. Nobody give any of your money to this disrespectful person. Be forewarned!

We have used Jerry for our auto repairs twice now. The first time was back in May. He was very professional and detailed in explaining what was needed and why. The timeframe he gave me for repairs was very accurate as well. I have taken my vehicle again and once again, he has been great to work with. He has taken his time to tell me what needed to be done and the reasoning behind it. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to use them for our vehicles.Services: Transmission, Brakes

I'm greatful I found this place My truck was towed there transmission had went out.Three days later I was driving home. In an out was told up front what it would cost an so no surprises .Did a excellent job would go there again A+. Probably one of the most knowledgeable folks I have ever met, not only with transmission but Automotive Systems in general. Pricing is enough to know that you're really getting a quality product and service but cheap enough that you don't feel that you're being taken advantage of at all. We have had several Transmissions rebuilt here and every time they have exceeded our expectations. I couldn't imagine taking a truck anywhere else.

Had a transmisson rebuilt 2 years ago here and the same synchronizer that failed, failed again in less than a year! I could had called and got the issue fixed again, but I'd rather it be done right the first time. Needless to say they do shoddy work and busted some exhaust bolts as well. The gentlemen that work here are nice enough, but good customer service doesn't make up for bad work.

Most crooked place I'd ever had to deal with. Took money from warranty company and didn't do the repairs. Charged me the deductibles and never contacted the warranty company. Told lies saying "it was warranty company fault and they wouldn't send the parts", while Jerry was spending the money and holding on to the vehicle for a year!
