I ve had my check engine light on for months. Took it to several different shops in the area, Including the Ford dealership. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. Not until I brought it to RPM. They have good communication, great costumer service, and they aren t in the business of scamming. Thankful I found a shop that actually wants to help you fix your car.

Took my 2007 Lexus RX400 in for a new ABS system installation and they installed it for 2k less than the dealer quoted! This repair was done over 3 years ago and still works perfect! A++++ to this shop for the work and price

Very fast and efficient service. The mechanic Jon and Nic did an excellent job in my BMW and my Son s Honda.I will definitely comeback and send all my friends to their shop.

I was on the phone with nick because my car decided to destroy its self. While I was on the phone with him he was able to give me a time and a quote right there and then. His customer service skills are 101% and he knows exactly what he s talking about. I definitely recommend this place got my car fixed here last October too and I trust these guys a lot

I had a really great experience at this place with Lance and the store manager, Nick. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle I received was of excellent quality and care, and they made sure that everything was done correctly the first time. I really appreciated how they took their time to ensure that everything was perfect. Additionally, the pricing was fair and sincere. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs top-notch service for their vehicle.

Tire Rack Preferred Install Shop. Been going here for 2 years now and every visit has been excellent in customer service and maintenance work. My initial experience was amazing, customer service wise. However, they kept my vehicle for over 6 days, did zero repairs and no regular updates while I spent almost $700 on a rental. I had to keep calling and virtually each time, they gave the impression that the car was being worked on or waiting on parts. At the end, not a single repair was fine.

My boyfriend s car has been in the shop for FIVE MONTHS due to a repair for the A/C compressor. He turned it in August, and it is still there waiting to be finished. Constant delays with absolutely no calls to update any progress or issues that come up. We are always calling first, typically not getting a response until the fourth time we call. They left the car sitting in the parking lot for three weeks without working on it and a RATS NEST was found under the dash. We were not informed about this issue until we called them for updates. While yes, this vehicle s repair is under warranty, the shop has completely neglected it instead of effectively assisting us.

In fairness, I have only spoken with them on the phone concerning a vehicle they have serviced consistently for 5 or 6 years, but the level of professionalism, courtesy and incredible record keeping was amazing. They emailed me every job they had performed and it was accompanied by incredible detail. Very few shops would have taken the time to work with me from a significant geographical distance. If I didn't live hundreds of miles away, this would be my shop of choice.

I love this shop. I have brought my cars here multiple times. First I brought my mustang to get it aligned. They found an issue with the lower control arm. I brought the replacement part and they fixed it right away. They are able to do custom alignment jobs. Which is incredible.I have also brought my wife's Q5 for alignment. They did a good job on that.Recently I brought my current car to get new bushings installed and get an alignment. The bushings I brought were the wrong part. This was a mistake on the merchant I bought it from. My car sat in the shop for more than a week. New part was shipped to the shop. They installed it and aligned the same day the part arrived. It is incredible how well Peter and Lance work. They alignment specs I asked we met and even exceeded my expectations.Overall I am very happy with RPM Autohaus

Sam and the staff at RPM Autohaus are outstanding to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. Taking my car in for service is not something I look forward to, but they made the process so easy, I knew I would be a repeat customer. They even offered me a loaner car and pick up and drop off service! I was not expecting this. Sam gave me frequent updates on the status of my BMW and completed it quickly. Sam also walked me through all of the repairs that were done when I came to pick up the vehicle. Truly above and beyond service! I will be back.

This was the best experience that I have ever had in dealing with car maintenance and repairs.� I have leased new cars for the last 10 years, and I was a little hesitant about buying �German used cars, but having RPM Autohaus as a resource has been so wonderful. ��My friends referred me to them and now I will definitely be referring them to others.� They performed a thorough check of my car and my wife s car and they also assisted us in reviewing extended aftermarket warranties for both of our German automobiles in order to steer us in the right direction for anticipated future repairs.� They have gone above and beyond to service our automobile issues and concerns. �I feel so comfortable knowing that they are available for us to service our German automobiles. �What a wonderful experience.� I highly recommend them.

Stay away. A simple valve cover gasket replacement turned into 6 weeks without my car, followed by lies & hidden charges. Car broke down 3 times in a few weeks -- more charges. 3 months since the repair and my engine is flooded with oil. This shop just cost me 4 grand in repairs and won't rectify their poor workmanship and justify it due to me providing my own OEM parts.

They changed the clutch on my 97 e36 M3, solid work, I would recommend them.
