Every place makes mistakes and in the past I have caught little things and let them slide. But when you quote things verbally out away from any price list and don t honor your word. I have to draw the line. What s worse the manager just ignored it and walked off without even asking the guy if he made a mistake. They are fast but use Jiffy Lube as a Last Restort

Not sure who they have working these places. Staff unaware of how to tighten oil plug and filter properly. Left leaking oil. Never again going to jiffy lube. Going to try and get refund for service as a quality job was not done. Go to local shops for a quality job and better service

Overall satisfied with service. They are very quick. The staff speaks very quickly running through their questions and standing outside, it is difficult to hear. I asked for an estimate for future brake service and was just told a number, it was not included with my receipt. The receipt indicated the floors were vacuumed and they weren't even touched.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Artie was so very helpful with all of the questions and concerns I had. I've never been to a place like this before but he and his team made me feel very comfortable. I was out within 15 minutes! My first experience was pleasant with Mike assisting but my other visits have been disappointing. I just found screws that weren t put back underneath my hood! Who know what damage it could have caused if I didn t find it!

Good service, happy with the oil change, but they should relax a bit with the hard selling. They also reinstalled my cabin air filter incorrectly.

I've been going to this location for about a year now and have always been completely satisfied with the services I have received here. Staff is courteous and efficient. I started coming when they fixed an issue I had from VA Tire and Auto, and they didn't even charge for the assistance. Will continue to use this location for many of my car needs - they are able to perform quite a few different services. I love how I don't need any appointment, and I am in and out so quickly.

They have my business.I had my car serviced at a different shop a few days ago, and some things went down that made me skeptical of the work, and to seek a second look before a ~200 mile drive I was about to make later that day. My oil had been overfilled, not by a huge amount, but I wanted to make it right and make sure the oil filter was, in fact, changed. Its a 2010 car, and I want to keep it as long as I can.The guys at Jiffy Lube listened and were so polite and patient with me! One gentleman checked the dip stick with me, said the oil looked good, and that they would go ahead and drain some oil and check the filter. He also pointed out that my battery was loose and rocking around, and that he would fix it real quick.They also adjusted my tire pressure without me asking.And they charged me... $0. I wanted to pay at least a labor fee for their time but they insisted.I am so appreciative and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Gainesville, VA location: My go-to. I definitely need the multicare, and these fine people have always helped me leave smiling. I trust this location and the people who work there. Just jiffy lube was great courteous polite good customer service very professional and the check that worked on my car went over and beyond my expectations he was wonderful first time I ever been to jiffy lube and someone check the cabin filters because it's a hassle to check them this guy took them out and showed them to me I had just been telling my son they had never been checked They were the originals definitely need a changing thanks to that great service from that check in the Gainesville jiffy lube he gave us great service also the lady that works in the office that has been there for years is so wonderful always very professional courteous friendly I recommend Gainesville jiffy lube very highly in Gainesville Virginia

Nice spot great service dislike the existing of the place to close to the guard rail can cause people to hit it , definitely be prepared to wait a while due to they say 45 min is normally longer just be aware.

Efficient, honest, friendly, professional and kind staff! I wont hesitate to come back and use their service again if needed! Awesome service esp if its emergency and needed to see a professional! Pretty efficient operation if you just need routine maintenance. It's a bit pricier for those basic maintenance needs and the upsell vibe is definitely there, but if you are pressed for time, it's the place to go. Maybe waited 30 minutes at the most from when I pulled in to when I paid and was on my way.

Came in on 6/11/23 for the full service synthetic which was over $100 even after my coupon. No wait time and employees were friendly. The issue I have is, after I left I noticed on the receipt that they stated they cleaned my windows and vacuumed my floors. This was an absolute lie, which makes me wonder about what other services they didn't do but claimed to have.

I brought my mother's vehicle into the dealership. One of the employees informed me that, in light of the low mileage since the last service, the vehicle did not require an oil change. I've been going here for years nowto get oil change. My car is older and burns through oil. I go in between oil changes to get extra oil added. It's really frustrating for me. But every time I go to Jiffy lube. They're all so kind and top off my oil. The whole experience puts me in a better mood. Love this place!!Service: Oil change

Normally, I don't leave reviews but today's experience was worth rating. I used to live in Gainesville but now I reside in Manassas. I still drive to Gainesville to receive my oil change. The customer service at this location has always been excellent. The staff has always been welcoming and very personable. This evening they went above and beyond. I asked if they could check my brakes because I felt something was off when braking. My front brakes needed a replacement. Josh was due to leave work and had stayed late to get the job completed. This is definitely a FIVE STAR Jiffy Lube! A special thank you and appreciation to Josh and the rest of the crew!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

The basic oil change seemed fine. I had a difficult time with the tech that checked me in, he was abrupt and rude. When I asked if someone else could complete the check-in, he said there wasnt. I could see 7 other employees, with no other cars being serviced... The tech was more concerned with his barking dog he was holding in his car 25 feet away. When I requested a specific tire rotation, a clockwise pattern that would put the two tires with best tread on the front, I was ridiculed. The staff kept laughing, shaking their heads and looking at me. Not very professional. And the original tech, Abdul, asked another employee to ring me out, "because he didnt want to deal with me. " Also not handled professionally. Otherwise the tire rotation was great!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in for an oil change and other general services. After I left the shop, my car stopped in the middle of the road. I was distraught and I called the shop. The tech was very calm and reassuring telling me to hang tight while he got the manager. The manager said he would be happy to look everything over and he would cover the cost if the issue had to do with the work they had done. It took almost two hours for my tow truck to get me back over there. The manager and his crew waited after closing hours to assist me. They checked every single major component of my car. In the end, there was some kind of fuel code error. The team flushed out the fuel injector and made sure my car was safe to drive home. I can't even begin to thank them enough. It was one of the hottest days we have had all year and I know they were tired. However, they all made me feel like there was no place they'd rather be that helping out. EXCELLENT customer service all around!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place sucks after going back in because they didnt do any cleaning on my car during the oil change service I come back out to the drives window down but still dirty and the driver side front floor board vacuumed half way

These guys are very customer service oriented. They are always welcoming, helped me with a discount as I could not find a coupon, and when I had issues with my plates to remove them, they jumped to help and were able to do it (it was really stuck). Have had numerous good experiences here! Staff is friendly, knowledgable, willing to assist with issues and won't leave you waiting forever. The waiting area has TV, coffee, great water machine and a charging station. There is a large window where you can watch the techs while they work on your vehicle. These guys do a lot of little extras just because they care to do their best. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change
