Best shop in the Prince William area I have found in many years of searching. I have brought my two vehicles here many times over the last few years. A good indicator is that more than once I brought a car in that I thought was having problems and they worked on it only to let me know there is no charge because nothing is wrong with it after many tests. This is the sign of an honest shop. Front desk staff extremely friendly and great with communication. Shop manager explains recommended services clearly as well. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They fixed my trucks and trailers quickly and at a reasonable price. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning for any future repair needs, and trailer purchases. Thank you for your excellent service!

I called them to book an appointment for oil change in my car and I asked them if I bring oil how much they will charge? They said $25 for oil change and $25 to $27 for oil filter. I took oil with me and gave it to them , when they finished they charged me $141 . When I asked them why just for oil change you said $25 but they completely refused to accept it. This is day time robbery and cheating with customers. Please be aware

Recently had my car serviced at this shop and I'm super impressed with the results. They replaced my axles and my car's never driven better it's like it's brand new again! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything to me. Plus, they did an alignment, and now my car handles like a champ. Super happy with the service and definitely coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend these guys for anyone needing quality car repairs!

I am so thankful for Gainesville Garage. I had some trouble starting my car, and AAA towed me to Piedmont in which I was told I needed $1200 in repairs. The battery was under warranty with AAA, so they returned to replace that and told me there was nothing wrong with the alternator. My neighbor called Gainesville Garage and asked for them to confirm that I was being scammed. They took my vehicle that day, looked it over and sure enough, nothing wrong! And they didn t charge me either. As a single mother, I am so happy to have found a place that is honest. I will never take my car anywhere else.

As usual Gainesville Garage delivered outstanding customer service. I have used GG as my go to repair shop for almost 10 years and they have NEVER let me down! I came prepared to wait, with my work laptop and breif case, but before I settled in, my oil change was done! Not only that, but as part of the deal, they topped off fluids and rotated the tires. Pleasant cashier and nice enviornment.

A wonderful garage to take your vehicles for needed repairs and inspection. They are very patient with ladies that find themselves in need of car repairs. They even have a loaner car available when repairs will take more than a couple hours. The hostess makes sure the waiting area is well decorated and clean. Coffee and snacks are available. Just a comfortable place to wait. So glad they are located close to Heritage Hunt and that they are willing to take the time to make sure I understand what needs to be done. Best if you call for an appointment, they are a busy place !

I made the switch to Gainesville Garage a couple years ago and I'm glad I did. They are now my go to neighborhood garage. Only had my new car a few months and I picked up a nail in a tire. Seems common around Gainesville with all the construction. I didn't have an appointment but they still found time to get me in. Nice to know they didn't hesitate to take care of me so I could get back on the road again.Service: Tires

Very low pressure and laid back shopping experience looking at trailers. You can inspect trailer free of sales pressure and take a leisurely time looking for the right trailer.

Great honest service. i took my car to another garage and was told I needed new suspension, but when I went to Gainesville Garage, they did a multipoint check for free and diagnosed that there is no problem with suspension just needed new tires since they are 6 years old, gave me an honest quote and replaced all my tires. My car run like new. Great professional service and even gave me 15% discount as a COSTCO member.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I highly recommend Gainesville Garage. On at least two occasions I've gone in for a second opinion on services that other auto shops in the area told me that I needed. First time using the shop, and was really impressed. I had a failed inspection and called them to get a quote. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and took the time to discuss the problem. I scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle in to confirm the failure. They found the issue and showed us where the problem was. They discussed our options, and provided us a very reasonable quote. Upon completion of the work the price was lower than quoted, and service performed was exceptional. Will definitely use them again for our repair needs.

They are very professional and honest full service neighborhood auto center. Love how they will inform you exactly what your car needs and promptly make all the fixes. They don't recommend any unnecessary repairs as like many car dealers. I Trust their service to work on both family autos. **Highly recommend them!!
