1st time needing body work on a vehicle of mine ever. If I ever need body work again, I will only use Caliber Collision. They exceeded my expectations and my experience with them from the 1st phone call thru the completion of my vehicle was beyond phenomenal. Thank you Caliber!!

This was my second time getting a car serviced within 6 months (neither was my fault and the first one had to be totaled), with this recent visit being for my new car. They are so nice. From the minute the claim was put in, to when I dropped off and picked up my car, to everything in between. They keep you in the loop with what's going on and my car was ready two days before the finish date! Customer service is amazing as are the repairs to my car. Everyone is amazing. You feel good knowing your car is at a reputable business with people who value and take pride in what they do and how they serve their customers. While I hope I won't personally need their service in the future, I know I can trust my car being serviced here in the event it needs repair. I have recommended friends, family, and clients to take their vehicles to Caliber if anything happens. Thank you guys so much!! Pics of my car before and after repairs.

I was backed into while leaving leaving a parking lot. Her insurance(Statefarm) took blame since she was at fault.I've heard of Caliber Collision's work in the past from friends and family, and I'd consider them to be top notch... I was correct. If you take a look at the pictures I attached, the damage wasn't anything serious but the repair work is great.In total my car got a OE rear bumper, OE taillight, 2x OE parking sensors, rear bumper painted, there was a little quarter panel damage that scratched through the clear coat, very minor. Yet, the whole quarter panel was repaired/painted. There were a few other odds and ends on the car that you could call blemishes (scratches, chips, etc) that were paint corrected as well, completely unrelated to the insurance claim (awesome).I am stoked that caliber collision brought it back to what it was, but even better than before.Thank you all again, Harry.Service: Body & Trim

We ve taken our car to Caliber multiple times. Their work is excellent and the staff always goes above and beyond. They complete repairs in a very timely manner. No feet dragging or excuses. Communication is excellent. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident, major or minor.

I was pleased with my experience with Caliber. The work was done right. My car was completed early. They kept me informed of the progress. They detailed the interior prior to returning the car.I only have two notes for improvement: 1) There are two Caliber Collision places on the same street, which I didn t realize. So, it would probably be a good idea for the front desk staff to talk to people about that during scheduling. Also, the traffic there is awful at certain times due to a nearby school. That would be worth mentioning, too. 2) The parking lot for the Caliber at the corner of University and Wellington is small and has limited ability to turn around. I had to make a couple passes looking for a spot because there were 2 trucks taking up 4 spaces. That s the breaks, but I was concerned by how much trash was scattered in the parking lot in the one decent area for turning around. I did not want a flat tire. I realize that stuff is liable to fall off broken cars, but it made me wonder how often they sweep up. I was there first thing in the morning, so I would have expected it to be clean from the night before.Still, bottom line, I was pleased and would use them again.

Maddie and Gar were exceptional. A vehicle collision is extremely frustrating on multiple levels. Cost, insurance, impact to your daily routine. However, regardless of that these two individuals provided a level of service that alleviates any concern you may have that your vehicle is in the right hands.And yet again....Literally a few weeks after my last repair I hit a deer. I just have the best of luck. However, it is always at the very least nice to hear Maddie's voice on the other end as I explain to her that I need her help yet again. So as expected she took care of me and got me an appointment the very next day for my vehicle. Speaking of which Lisa was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service. She helped me throughout the process, kept me informed, and even has meticulous attention to detail when she detected something was not right and sent the vehicle back for additional work. Both ladies did right by me as expected. Again, totally frustrating you have a vehicle issue. But at the very least there is comfort in knowing your in good hands that are professional and see the job done right.

Everything from quality of work, status updates, and customer service with questions I had and general friendliness was 10 out of 10. If the need ever arises I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

The best work I've ever seen and I got my car back in 5 days. 3 days less the expected and the work is flawless. My advisor Lisa was totally incredible and fully kept me in the loop every step of the way and the customer service was incredible. I would give Caliber Collision of Gainesville 20 stars if I could. Thank you for bringing my car back to it's true beauty.

I got into a hit and run and made an uninsured motorist claim with my insurance. Caliber was extremely helpful in explaining everything and Lisa was the best! She kept me informed through the whole process.

Everybody was very nice and very thorough It took a really long time to get my car back, but that probably wasn t their fault because they needed to order parts and one of the parts didn t fit correctly but other than that everything was great with Caliber as far as keeping me informed and being very nice, and my truck is running well.

Phenomenal experience with this shop. Not only did they finish the job early, they kept us informed at every step of the way. Their staff were professional and courteous, too, which was an especially nice touch! I had $13K worth of repairs done to my 2023 Odyssey Elite, and they kept it looking brand new. My only request going forward would be for them to become approved to fix Teslas, given their attention to detail. 5 stars all the way!

Tailgate repair on my Subaru and very fast turnaround , just under 2 weeks and ahead of the estimated date provided! Excellent repair work done and the courtesy rides to and from my home saved me getting a rental car and therefore adding to my insurance claim! Outstanding manager (Steve who cares about the customers and his teams) and front desk team -who are very friendly, personable, courteous people and really enjoyed waiting in the lobby area and talking to the folks at the front desk! Excellent comms keeping me updated via email/txt and calls ! There was a minor concern( which turned out to be a Subaru design feature) that Steve immediately looked at when I went there and gave a good explanation. Not a repair issue! The people stood out for me!!

Caliber Collision did an excellent and "on-time" work on my vehicle after a deer ran into it and caused damage to my driver's side front and rear doors. My vehicle was completed before the expected date, and it looked better than brand-new. I highly recommend them.

Had hail damage in September to 2 vehicles. Calibre Collision had both done very quickly and perfectly. So easy to schedule, drop off and pickup. We got progress reports quite often to keep us aware of the work being done and when it would be ready. Both cars were done ahead of schedule and the work is perfect. The front desk and estimator at Calibre Collision were great!

Friendly staff, friendly service and Gar has been great. They do great work and under estimated deadlines. Highly recommend this shop for repairs from a collision or damage. Watch out for deer lol.

I just had them do a repair on my mustang cobra and they did an unbelievable job! I was sick after I accidentally hit the car myself and after they did the repair you would never know it was hit. Thank you to Ryan and his team!!

Caliper was awesome. They took initiative when dealing with my less than informative insurance company. They ultimately under promised and over delivered and we couldn t be happier. Not that I would want to go back to a collision center but if I did I d choose caliper.

I used this shop three times in the past ten years. Their bodywork is excellent - paint/color blending, body panel fit & trim, etc. Everyone is friendly and just helpful. Finally, they're not perfect but if you have any issues management is very keen to ensure a positive customer experience and they will make every reasonable effort to keep you happy. I know ... I'm a bit picky. Final thought, you're much more likely to have issues with your insurance company than with this shop.
