After getting shafted by Johnson's Truck Center repeatedly, I gave C&P a shot. I've had 3 vehicles repaired by them so far and every repair was flawless, fast, and the price was very reasonable. I already told these guys I'd be bringing my fleet to them from here on out. -NSA Transfer.

Change unnecessary parts and their price double the dealer service price, at the end truck its not fixed, highly not recommended for any truck services.They said something and did something else, we fix the same truck at another fleet services and it was totally different problem than what they diagnosed and changed.

Had a big oil leak coming out from behind the seal of the air compressor on my International 9900I that I had replaced the day before myself.Called C&P and explained the situation and they told me to meet them down the road from their shop since I had a trailer and their lot is tight.One of the mechanics assessed the problem and said it was something they could take care of that day.Gave me a quote and I gave them the okay to proceed.Truck was assessed at 9AM and repaired by 12:20.The price was fair and it seems like they are not trying to rip people off like a lot of shops do.Good group of guys.Don t hesitate to bring your truck here. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic customer service! The employees are hard working and make sure things are done right the first time. They re honest with their estimates and aren t the pushy sales person you find at your local tire store. If I could give ten stars I would, C&P is the best shop I have ever been to!

C&P Fleet installed some front end suspension parts and a clutch assembly on my 2015 RAM 3500 in January and February 2020. The work was completed on time and for the price agreed upon. The company is very accommodating to work with and I will continue to use C&P Fleet for all my diesel truck needs as I am planning further upgrades to this RAM. I highly recommend C&P for any heavy truck service

For the past year I have had trouble with my rear ARB air locker in my 06 Rubicon staying engaged due to an air leak. I took my jeep to two places before C&P and every time the mechanic said they fixed it, the problem would repeat itself with in days. I tried C&P and called to schedule an appointment and they fit me in the next day. The other local places didn't have anything for weeks. The receptionists at C&P were accommodating and when I called, they told me that Kevin, their tech who specializes in air lockers, would call me back by 5pm that same day to get some information on my problem before I brought in my jeep the next morning. I figured no one was going to call but he called before 5pm and I was impressed, most shops don't do that. I brought it in the next day and he walked around the jeep with me and let me explain everything again. I left the Jeep with them and Kevin called me early that afternoon and gave me an honest assessment of all of the tests he ran and he stated he would need to run some additional tests, but would need my permission to do so and he explained everything in detail over the phone. Bottom line was he would have the problem diagnosed by the end of the day and the reason for the leak could either be an easy fix or a costly repair but he wouldn't move forward with out my permission. I told him to move forward and diagnose the problem and shortly there after the problem was solved! When I picked up the jeep he walked me through everything he did and my problem was finally solved. My air locker works and I found my new off road shop. He also invited me to some off road events coming up in the next month.Bottom line, C&P is a professional and knowledgeable place to get what ever you need done to your 4x4/ off road vehicle. I highly recommend Kevin.

Paul and his employees are so good to work with between pricing, availability, and honesty. They will stay late with your vehicle and make sure it s done and even run road calls on the weekend because they have a 24/7 road guy. They are the all around number 1 fleet service company

I took my truck here cause it was shaking, and i figured the u-joints were gone. They confirmed this and had it fixed pretty quick. They were open and honest about everything and treated me great. They gave me a quote, ran into complications, and didn't charge me any more. I don't know that that will always be the case, but i was so happy with this place, these guys got my business as long as long as I own any truck.I've got a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 CTD Quad Cab 4x4

They made it a priority to take care of my car - even though I wasn't part of a fleet. I just have a crossover and they were AMAZING. Consider them for all of your vehicles! :)

Absolutey the best customer service a person can ask for. My elderly parents drove their RV from Nebraska to Virginia and was having issues with the engine surging along the way. Took it to camping world who referred them to someone else who.referred them to C&P Fleet Services. They said bring it out in the morning. They brought it out at 8 am, the service guy checked out the computer and figured out that it was a bad fuse, he changed out the fuse and while waiting we had a very nice conversation with the guy who does sales (didn't catch his name) , but turns out he was a former resident of Nebraska. They were ready to go in one hour. Much relief knowing their RV will get them back to Nebraska! Thank you so much for your wonderful, friendly service C&P Fleet Services!!!

I stopped in to ask about a death wobble problem with my Jeep and have never run across such a knowledgeable, friendly group of guys. Without an appointment, they spent three hours with me diagnosing the various likely culprits and brought me out multiple times to walk me through the front suspension system and recommended fixes. At the end of repair, I walked out with a bill for 1 hour of labor, a new bolt through my track bar (another chain 4x4 place had put a standard bolt in the hole designed for a metric bolt) and a Jeep that doesn't try to launch me off the road when I hit 41 MPH. They could have thrown hundreds of dollars of parts at me that might or might not have fixed the situation, instead they did what true professionals do; figure out exactly what's going on, making me knowledgeable about the problem, and giving me multiple options to fix it. I live in Harpers Ferry, WV, an hour and a half away and I'll tell you now, based on this experience, I'll never take my Jeep anywhere else again.

I called the company the other day they came out in a reasonable time Jordan the mechanic was out of this world he s probably one of the best mechanics and young hard-working man I ve ever seen I ve been in the trucking industry for 40 years as an owner operator did my homework and I would recommend this young man to Any shop around the country. He s damn good. Period

What a great people! Honest, professional and good mechanics. They were only available shop in the area when my semi broke down and after every dealer refused to help me I found them. What a lucky break for me.. Thank you.

Left a message via internet contact us page on a Sunday afternoon, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning, and by Monday at noon by battery problem was fixed (load tested my motorcoach batteries, found them fried, took them away and brought back new ones and installed them, all in less than an hour.)

Took my personal diesel pickup in for basic filter changes and got excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating staff happy to work on Anything, not just commercial vehicles.

I had my trucked towed there on a monday they told me they could look at it on Wednesday then by that Friday they had not looked at it and said they would get to it maybe monday or tuesday of the following week. James has an attitude with me becuase I am co concerned about the time it has taken to look at it. Never once raised my voice just asked if they would look at it. Very unprofessional!!!

Took my custom Hummer H2 to C&P for upgraded 38" tires and wheels, new shocks, worn out suspension components, and also had safety and emissions.I entrusted Chris Powers with my Hummer upgrades and he proved to be extremely professional & knowledgeable, provided exceptional guidance and suggestions, is definitely a master craftsman, and cared about my project like it was his own. He truly cares and went the extra mile to make me a customer for life. I'm sure he would do the same for you.

Been here a couple of times. Enjoy the honesty of the employees. They take their time and make sure the work is done right the first time. It may take a little longer but they stand by their work at the end.
