These guys are great and very helpful, with the exception of one big grievance that I have. I just left there after arriving 7 minutes prior to closing and the door was locked. I would not write this review unless having been frustrated with this two times now in the past month and a half. I even tried calling on the way there to be sure that they would be open because this happened to me before, and after several rings the phone picked up and hung up. If you're open till 9:00, you should be open until 9:00 and not 8:50, or whatever time they locked the door.

Needed some wiper blades and an engine filter. Pro tip- always order online and get the 15-20% coupon and pick it up in store in about 20 minutes. My last visit was special because even though it said in stock online when I got there they didn t have one of the wiper blades needed nor the correct filter I had ordered and paid for. They upgraded me to the next set of blades (I like the RainX ones) and upgrade my filter as well. At no additional charge. Saved me some extra cash. Good stuff!

Went in to purchase new wipers for my car because mine became shredded while driving in the rain. The guy was so incredibly nice and helpful, he even installed them for me, while it was pouring down rain. Definitely a great experience!

I had a typical experience here for a woman not gussied up. Wearing sweats and non descrept clothing, I was largely ignored by two Male employees who passed right by me without even acknowledging me. So typical. Anyhow, stock shelves are full, they haff most of the items needed and the young cashier was nice enough to me. Clean store, stocked well, I'll come back, only because I dislike them less than walmart, and their selections are better than the box store.

Advance usually has good service and I experienced phenomenal service here thanks to JF. I had a CV Axel go bad and they did and exchange. The axel went bad and they initially said they couldn't replace it again under warranty. JF gave me the corporate service number and was professional. A few minutes after ending the call, JF called me back to let me know he talked to the manager and they'd exchange the part, no problem under the lifetime warranty. This small gesture of calling me back isn't something I'd expect from a parts store...but he went above and beyond to win a lifetime customer. Great job!

I want to say that the staff at this store was great. My friend had a spark plug come out of his motorcycle on the highway and managed to limp it to the store on one cylinder. We were able to borrow a spark plug socket and ratchet for an employee's personal set and got the bike back on the road in a matter of a few minutes.

Edit: A day after I posted this review, the owner called and let me know that I could swap the battery for a new one. But I had already bought a new one from the dealer. So he offered to a full refund! Way to go!Bought a battery for my Odyssey here less than 4 months ago. But the new one has been discharging really fast. So I took the car to the dealer who tested it and said it had a bad cell and it needs to be replaced. Came back here, but they wouldn't replace it. No questions. They did an in vehicle test after I've driven it for an hour to charge it after it discharged again, so it showed good health. But they wouldn't replace it.In fact, he even hesitated to come out to the car to look at it. He just said I have to bring it into the store to do a test. So I asked for some tools and he said he couldn't loan it out. But then he, annoyed, came out with his machine.I will never come back to Advance Auto Parts.

They say every once in a while you come across people that blow your mind with kindness. That was exactly the case here. Was having a huge issue and the team here led by Alex really went above and beyond in helping and guiding me to the right solution to fit my budget. Truly a class act team here. Joel, and Charles both fantastic and super helpful. But Alex this shot out goes to you my man. Thank you all for your help. Highly recommend this spot

The red-headed guy at the counter was super helpful! He was polite, spoke in a British accent upon request, and walked me around the store to explain which products went with every vehicle each of my family members own. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very stressed trying to find floor mats that fit my car model and I told the red haired guy that I was in a hurry because I had to repaint my home's exterior before the rain. He found me the right mats but also came to my house and painted the entire thing, even though he had to stay up all night doing it. Excellent service!

I am not a car wizard nor do I pretend to be but the other day I found myself in need of help. I am so thankful that I stumbled in to this store. Lately when I need assistance in any store, the workers will try everything to avoid helping me. But when I walked in that red headed guy did not try to run away or even look at me like I was a two headed monster. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Someone did a great job raising this young man to be polite, helpful, and a hard worker. I will definitely come back and encourage all my friends and family to. And to make sure they ask for the red headed guy- he really knows his stuff.

Great place. They are very helpful and knowledgable. They always seem to have every part I need. I went up there today for a complete brake job,rotors, calipers and pads. They had everything and it was maybe a total of 10 minutes and I was on my way. Only place I will go for parts. A little advice for those who don't know, bring your title, if you have the vin number it makes it so much easier for them to get the correct parts, which helps you. Keep up the good work and hopefully it will be a while, but I will be back for sure. 5 solid stars for sure.

I was in about a month ago and some customer was going off on the red headed guy behind the counter. Something about driving a whole 20 minutes to get there...didn't have what he needed? Anywho, the customer started crying and I tell you what--that red headed guy kept his composure! He was so professional and took the berating with such grace. After that customer left, I was greeted with a smile and had all of my questions answered. I'll definitely be back. Thanks red headed guy. Thanks for being you!

Michelle was thoroughly professional and extremely helpful on the phone and in person.The entire staff in person Saturday greeted me and was able to direct me to Michelle and she promptly took care of business.Way to go to Advance Auto!

Drove 20 min to find windshield wipers for my car. Walked in to find a Darren complaining and going on-and-on to the sweet red-haired guy working behind the counter. All the while, the red-haired guy kept his composure. I couldn t believe it! He was so sweet and this Darren was so mean and out of line. I d drive 20 min again to this store just to watch how cool and calm the red-haired guy was with this customer. He handled it like a pro. You hired a good one Advanced Auto Parts!

That red head guy at the counter really made me feel right at home, since I am a red-headed step child myself.. And 2/3 of my kids are also gingers! (Joining the ranks of such celebrities as Ron Howard, Lucille Ball, Ed Sheeran, Amy Adams, Molly Ringwald, and Prince Harry!) Great customer service! Thanks

If there s ever any question you may have about your car, go speak to the red head employee. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He gave me different options and explained each to me. He took his time to REALLY dumb things out for me (yes- I m pretty ignorant when it comes to cars).Overall, great service, great place, but most importantly great hair #redhair #teamred #redforthewin #red

Terrible customer service. No help at all. I ve gone in there a twice and the service gets worse and worse. It s almost like that don t want to help you find the part you need. I don t know why I even attempted to ask for their assistance.Update: I ve gone in this store severalTimes since and have received good customer service. When I wrote the originalReview it was due to interactions between me and an elderly lady that worked there. The last few times I ve been the employees were excellent.
