I have many patients young and old that come into my office who need transportation back to their homes. EVERY TIME I call this office they are rude. They will tell me 20 minutes, but have my patients waiting for up to an hour and a half. I will call to update my patients and I get told "They're coming" then hang up the phone. I tried calling today and they kept hanging up on me (picking up the phone then hanging up). I called Front Royal Taxi instead and they are MUCH more pleasant. Its not our faults if you hate your job...

Long wait times and are now starting to not even take calls. When calls are taken, the woman in the office almost always has an attitude. Overall just a bad cab company, my honest opinion, pay the extra couple bucks for Front Royal Taxi.

I call yellow cab taxi at 4:02 pm today.Mention I was in Rick Auto Mechanic.Was needed a Ride To Linden VA. And was and Emergency. I Have a 82 Years old friend in Bed all the Time whit Oxygen.That required me to get back Quick.The dispatcher say will be few minutes, 30 minutes later nothing call back, the dispatcher said the person is getting the car will be there soon.I remind her I have at home a sick person and is Urgent.The Ride arrives in 1Hour .We star Driving.And the Taxi Driver, received a call over the Radio, that is Another Passenger that is going to Linden.The taxi turn Around and pick this otherPassenger.When we get to Linden instead of taking me Home.We stop in a Gas station for the Other passenger to get money of the ATM machine.And he was taken Home.Somebody that don't have a Emergency of someone Sick at Home.The distance was about the same going to my House.Driver got $ 1 dollar Tip.From this person that got firts priority.I arrive last at Home at 5:28 pm.I mention to the Taxi Driver.I like to support local businesses but I explained the all experience.And I will never use the Yellow cab taxi service.I will called a Uber instead.I still give a $ 6 Dollars Tip.I call the yellow cab taxi and ask for a Supervisor.She say she was .I try to explain my experience.And remind her .That I mentioned twice I need to get back home because a sick person at home.And she is not vaccine for covid.I was wearing at MaskAnd that we try too avoid contact whit other people.I even show the taxi driver the self quarantine sign in the Front Door.I was the Firts person call 1 Hour ago.I was the last person Arrive at Home.I was exposed to Another person in the car.To make a extra buck.She was not even apologized for.Say she have other people in line.The seat belt in my side was also missing.I can't put my seat belt.I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS YELLOW CAB TAXI SERVICE.Lincoln Oviedo.

This Taxi service is probably the worst ever lol. The dispatch lady is rude and clearly doesnt care about people, she has attitude and honestly if your that upset about your job then quit and find a new job. Cant twll you how u reliable this place is, if you ever get in contact with the driver named "Robert" then your good. Because he takes care of you. Rest just smoke cigarettes without care and treat callers like people who are under them. No idea how they in business but hey...im sure in time if enough negative reviews come, and people investing in bikes or scooters. Your gonna be out of business

Worst cab company in Front Royal. The drivers are great, but dispatch is awful -- rude and dishonest. I called in the morning to request a cab in advance for late in the aftetnoon. Never showed up despite four calls to ask how much longer the cab would be delayed.

I hardly would not recommend Yellow Cab. They kick people out of their vehicles when it's not warranted you know what we're paying customers and as long as you give them the money they're owed there should not be a problem. And their drivers lie and cheat people. Front Royal Taxi Wheels all those other cabs are 10 times better than yellow. You want a respectful cab don't go with yellow and I agree if I could give them negative Stars I would as well

We were in a bind with a broken down car ~20 miles into Skyline Drive and a BMW roadside service policy change due to COVID that wouldn t allow both of us to accompany our car as it was towed to our local BMW service center. We called this company for a taxi and they responded. Though it took almost 2 hours to get to us, they arrived before our roadside service provider did and got us back home. I would have given 5 stars except the taxi was in pretty bad shape and our driver, a talker, wasn t following COVID precautions and was not wearing a mask. Bottom line . . . they got us out of a bind and were very helpful and pleasant.

I'd like to give them no stars but this won't allow me to do it. I walked into their nasty office and immediately was greeted with rudeness. I turned around and walked out saying to myself "I'll wait however long to charge my phone and get a UBER". NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, get a UBER and only if it's none in the area only then call.

I have been sitting at Dunkin Donuts for almost an hour when I called I was told 20 minutes but I haven t seen a cab since I called. Was hung up on twice and got almost immediate service with front royal taxi. This is an update since the review was made, both of my numbers have since been blocked through the company.

One of the most friendliest and honest Taxi companies I've used.Rachel is truly one of the kindest cab drivers you could encounter. She always gives you updates or an exact time estimate of when you'll be picked up.Andy is very polite and can put a smile on anyone's face.The male manager/second dispatcher in his fourties or early fifties is very nice and looks out for the safety of his female passengers.Thanks for making my commute to work something I don't dread nor being a steep price.

I don't know what their problem is, but for some reason, they have refused to give us any more service. We have done nothing to warrant this, which makes me wonder what their problem is. We have never skipped out on a ride, or cussed them out, or done any of the things that usually cause them to refuse service. But for some reason they have something against us, yet won't tell us what it is.Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy.

If I could give this taxi service negative stars, I would.This company is very prejudice against the disable. Recently had an issue where they showed up to an uncle's house, who is disabled and while coming out, the driver sat in his car the entire time without getting the door for him. When asked why he didn't help, the driver pulled over and kicked him out along with his belongings on the street. When we contacted "Jesse", the owner, he yelled at us to never contact them for future services.Horrible and unacceptable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Driver said he would be here in a couple mins Called back 40 mins later and he took another fare and needed a bit . You d be better off walking. What a joke.

Worst cab company ever! Lied about when they were going to show up and ended up not showing up. When I called, they told me I was on the list and would be here shortly. But they were a no show. Made me wait for an hour and didn't even call back to check. Worst service EVER

Yellow Cab was very very very impressive last night! I was in town and called yellow cab because my car ran out of gas and needed to go to a local gas station. Five minutes later a cab pulled up and brought me to the 7/11. Unfortunately I left my wallet in my car, but the cab driver spotted me five dollars for gas. I went back to my car filled it up with the gas and was on my way. I was so very impressed with Yellow Cab. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service I used the three time first time they were late second time they were late and picked up someone else while I was in the taxi and dropped them off before I got to my destination as well as was using foul language while my daughter was in the vehicle. Third time they never showed up so I walked to the company and asked what was going on they told me "well were busy you'll have to wait" I asked why they don't inform customer that they will be late when the customer scheduled an exact time. U was then told to go wait outside in 90 degree weather for a different cab. Do not use them they aren't worth your time. I called a-1 after the incident and they showed up promptly were perfessional and kind. I will use a-1 in the future. Again don't use this taxi service!!!!

Not from Front Royal but felt like i needed to review. I took an uber while i was in town and it was one of the most scary situations i was ever in. My UBER was DRINKING while driving. I then decided to use yellow cab for my transport and Was it sooo much better then the ubers in town. the car was clean and the driver and i had a awesome talk about cardinals in the area. i will definitely use them again!!!!

Implied in the word RESERVATION is that a car will be reserved for the date/time and location of my request. CONFIRMATION implies the service has been confirmed. This company is incompetent and will leave you stranded. Don't ever use them.

My wife had been having chemo at Valley Health and I work in the City. I want to praise Yellow Cab of the Shenandoah for picking her up and taking her home. In these tough times for our family without them I don t know what we would have done. Their drivers have been very kind and have really helped her in these very difficult times! The cabs are clean I might add. Thanks

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I called them at 6:30am to schedule a cab ride for 8:45am for work they were over an hour late and never showed not only was I very late for work I had to call another cab company to come and get me and this is after calling them repeatedly and telling them I couldn't be late ... But the bright side is I found Front Royal Cab service llc they were very prompt and very friendly and cheaper then yellow cab!!!

I'd give 5 stars if they weren't closing in January but you guys are alright in my book! I feel bad for all the people that are going to have to start using Front Royal Taxi

Unprofessional and unsafe. Management sounds sarcastic about near accidents caused by drivers. When called to advise them of such dude said I have too much Going on to deal with today . I ll remember that next time I go out of my way to avoid an accident with your operators in your vehicles with your business name on the side of it.

After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for another company's taxi service, I called Yellow Cab..the driver was there within the estimated time, the cab was clean and spacious, and the driver was very polite.

My aunt has a severe health condition that needs to be checked weekly. Every time she calls, they say "fifteen minutes" and it winds up being an hour or an hour and a half.She cannot afford Lyft or Uber due to being on low income. What is going on?

Horrible service and big time liars. I was waiting outside the whole time from the time the call was placed and an hour and 20 minutes later with no taxi. Called back and was told me he was minutes away. Called back 40 minutes later and was told he had showed up and no one was outside so he left and refused to actually send a driver.

The drivers are very friendly, that's the only good thing I can say about Yellow Cab. They rarely show up unless you call two or 3 times, the drivers desperately need direct phone contact with riders.

Zero sense of time. No clocks or knowledge on how to read a clock. I called the cab stand at 1:44 pm and set a time to be picked up at 2:10 pm. I called at 2:30 and was hung up on. I was picked up at 2:35 and now dropping off 2 other people. I was 30 minutes late for work. Also it s mid July and there s no A/C.

I called a cab on three different occasions and had Robert all three occasions enjoyed talking to him you got me where I needed to go in the short ones the time also came out and picked me up to go get my car enjoyed talking to him good driver very friendly

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ve lived in multiple states and countries; this was by far the worst service I have ever received. Use another company, no business should treat anyone, let alone customers, the way they treat people needing a ride.

Picked up the phone almost immediately. Had a ride available in about ten mins, and said he d send one out to me. Very professional and to the point, providing quick yet quality service.
