I caught a flat tire in the middle of the night on the highway out of all places. I was a little skeptical at first because of the reviews but I needed a tire. I am so happy I chose these guys. I didn t get his name but I ll say it was Cody maybe ? He was amazing. He went to Walmart to find me a tire. He didn t take his sweet time and didn t ghost me. I was nervous because no one has money to throw away. He did a wonderful job changing my tire! This is a real review. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith. I m thankful I did. If you ever experience the same situation contact these guys. They will go out of their way to help. Thank you again!

I don't normally post reviews... good or bad, but this place can't be trusted to show up.I called at 3:30 AM and was told an hour or less to show up. (30 min away)At 4:40 my customer called to see if service showed up yet because they wanted to send a truck to re-power the trailers if it was going to be a while (time sensitive freight).I tried to call for an update numerous times to get an ETA and never got an answer.I lost the load and am waiting for someone to come from further away.I know sh!t happens, maybe he fell back to sleep but when you read other reviews about no-shows, there seems to be a trend.I usually read reviews before calling, but when you break down you try to find the closest service that will answer.If you can't make it...or don't want bothered at 3 AM, just say so. ...and don't advertise 24 Hour service.If I would have called a reputable shop 1st, I may not have lost my load.Thanks for nothing T.G.LI called Reliable Fleet Service Mobile truck repair out of Stafford VA at 5:45 and they arrived just before 7 AM and took care of me.I was just north of Warranton which is an hour away.Awesome job Reliable Fleet Service Mobile truck repair!!

Called at 8 p.m. with a tire issue. Guy who picked up said he could fix my issue and he d be right out to help. Over an hour later I called back, went to generic voicemail. Called again, same thing. Called a different business who came immediately to do the repairs, and called this one back a third time and same generic voicemail where I told him not to come.Can t speak to work quality if you actually have him doing work. But if you re stuck on the side of the road, call Mike s Mobile Diesel Repair who bent over backward to help me out in my jam (despite my needing auto, not commercial repair, he got me connected to someone who took care of us); don t rely on these guys who left me stranded and ghosted me.

Cody is extremely unreliable, we called him after a breakdown, he said that he would take the job and be at the location soon. He never came and stopped picking uo his phone. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
