Selection great, salespeople helpful, but not pushy, quality of vehicle great.I would recommend them, to any of my friends, interested in purchasing a used vehicle.We had been to many individual owners, another dealership, and the quality of the vehicles, were all inferior, when vin# was researched, but their integrity was verified by our research. They are reputable.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I have to say, the customer service I received was amazing. Colleen was the name of the sales person assisting me with my purchase and she was extremely helpful. She was patient with me looking the car over thoroughly and answered all questions I had regarding the car and purchase in detail. She definitely made the process enjoyable, quick, and easy. If you visit this dealership I would definitely recommend going to Colleen to help with your purchase. As far as the car goes, so far I love it. It has a few minor things that need addressed but all used cars do. Thank you again Colleen for all the help with purchasing my new (new to me) vehicle.

I bought a car maybe now a month ago and it s my fault for not going to the mechanic sooner, but first thing I don t how it would even pass inspection with bad breaks and rotors. There is some other problems but it s a used car just hoping they didn t just try to make a quick buck especially after what we told them we needed a new car for. Just feeling more played than anything. Would recommend trying somewhere else if you can!And I have disclosed this with them but my window tint was messed up by them AFTER I bought it and was just told it s a cheap fix, for it being a cheap fix it would ve been nice to have been offered something for their mess up. I know it s just a cosmetic but if someone my friend or random did that I would want them to fix it, that was not how I bought it with their As is policy.

This was our first time at ROYAL PIKE MOTORS.We traveled from Winchester, after reading the reviews.Our contacts were Rami and Collen. They were both delightful to speak with.The customer treatment was top notch. There were no surprise/hidden charges, just complete transparency.Highly recommended if you find the car in their inventory. Even if you don't, we welcome you to reach out to Rami and see if he can find your diamond in the rough.The 2hr drive was well worth the experience and treatment. Their service is that of what you experience at a high-end dealership.Again, highly recommended.

Listed a truck they were selling for one price but when I drove over an hour up there to hopefully buy it, owner gave a price several grand higher and said his posting was a mistake. He wouldn't honor the price he listed online so will never do business with this shady dealer. Either way, he is terrible at math or is extremely dishonest.

Stopped by to check out a Mazda 3 they had on the lot and went for it. Rami and the crew were fantastic. They put a bunch of work into the car and I still got a great deal on it. Runs and drives smooth. Right after verbally committing to the car they went out and put new battery in and made the whole process from financing to looking a smooth breeze.Rami really helped us out on getting monthly payments to a very comfortable monthly payment and gave us a few options. If you're looking for a good used car I highly recommend royal pike. In my experience they did everything right.We had a long road to a new vehicle and they just seemed to pave the path with ease when others told us to get out or have to come up with a stupidly high down payment. Hats off to rami and the crew at royal pike. Thanks again fellas!Look how clean this vehicle is and the engine had a lot of the tedious maintenance done just before buying.

Royal Pike Motors had a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in. I live 250 miles from them. The pictures that they displayed and the free CarFax that they showed on their Web Site were very accurate. They bent over backwards to make this transaction easy for the distance and I am a satisfied customer.

Chris gave me a great price on a 2007 Jeep Liberty. I edited my first review because the vehicle engine light came on after 72 hours. Now it's scheduled for the shop to find out why. I know they didn'toffer any type of warranty, and that's fair I guess. That's why I took two Stars away from my first review.I am back for a 3rd edit, removing 2 more Stars. The list of issues with the engine light is long. About $4000.00 in repairs to make the vehicle safe to drive. It's weird how everything was good during the test drive. I want to mention one more issue, no one signed the inspection sticker and no other paperwork provided to prove a legal inspection was done. I should have noticed this but not until after the fact. So with closing I will not purchase another vehicle from this place.

Chris was easy-going & communicative. The process was quick & the vehicle I purchased seems to be in good shape. Overall it was a great experience with one exception.There was an issue with the front drivers side strut having bolts 2/3rds of the way up the threads. Got them adjusted later to their spec of 33 ft lbs. I don't know about Virginia inspection but assumed this should have been caught before by a mechanic or the dealer. Ultimately, it's my own fault for not looking at the engine bay more closely. Though I did an inspection I didn't catching it initially probably because I had been searching for vehicles all day & it was late when I looked at this one & have had a very hectic week.On the other hand one would expect an inspected vehicle would be mechanically and structurally sound. They had this vehicle for 18 days according to the internet yet this was never caught. Fortunately, once it was spotted it was fixed, however this should never have even been out on a test drive given the whole suspension column was technically compromised.This dealer sells vehicles as is & then sells warranties for the cars as there primary means of profit. I didn't buy one nor have any interest to. I spotted the issue after my purchase. It seemed those bolts were hanging out there for a while as they were a bit stuck, yet an major dip or bump could have sheared them off & the whole column would have failed. At the very least this would likely have caused alignment issues down the road.So service was great, happy with the vehicle so far but not too thrilled there was such a blatant issue with a simple fix. I've driven out of tire shops where they've forgotten to tighten down the wheel lugs before so I understand things happen but carelessness with vehicles leads to tragedy. I'm not mad but feel a little stupid for overlooking this on first inspection.The moral is be careful & diligent. Every used car is a risk. This one had impeccable service records, low miles for its age, newer tires, great breaks, smooth excelleration, a well maintained interior, & clean engine bay. Yet, it a glaring problem that could have cost money or lives eventually. So I cannot give these guys more than two stars.

Just purchased a truck from there today. Want everyone to know these people are great. They did over and above to make sure we were more than happy with our purchase. Very polite and knowledgeable. No pushing us to buy. All dealerships should have this kind of customer service. Purchase went very smoothly. Great people.

Editing my review after giving them 5 stars. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism displayed by Chris. He forgot to finish the correct paperwork for my husband's purchase of a truck and required my husband to drive all the way back to Front Royal from our home in Martinsburg, WV. 2 hours round trip, no compensation for his mistake AFTER my husband had asked about this before we drove off the lot in the truck. This wouldn't be such a big deal if those inspecting the vehicle had not also missed that 3/4 struts holding down the engine were extremely loose and could have put both my husband and my 2 year old daughter at risk while driving and riding in the truck. Thankfully my husband caught it within a day or so of having the truck but still, even when buying cars as is, they need to pass an inspection with the state they're purchased in. This should have been caught. Then on top of this, Chris has called my husband relentlessly to harass him to take down his review on Google. I get it man, I have worked retail too. Reviews matter but the last thing customers want is to have multiple missed calls with voicemails about taking a review down. If you had asked how can I make this right to get to a 5 star review? You'd be taken much more seriously.

I live in DC and saw a minivan Royal Pike Motors had on a website (forget which one). When I checked on the van s availability, the man who answered the phone was kind, patient, and honest. Once I got out to Front Royal, Rami let me check out the minivan and a few other vehicles. The cars are in good condition, and some are nicer than others, but the prices were reasonable.I ended up buying a decent minivan at a reasonable price. The van isn't perfect, but it matched the advertisement. Rami drove the van out to Vienna, so I ended up not having to find an additional driver to get the van back to DC. My experience with Royal Pike was great; good vehicles and great customer service.

I just got this great looking car a 2013 Volkswagen with a diesel engine with lower miles than I was expecting its a great place to get a car loan. Place is good their fast and easy very friendly I RECOMMEND everyone to come here and get yourself a good car I'm hapy with my car. I hope to see more happy faces leaving here like I was.
