Excellent place if you want Indian food.We stopped here on the way to Shenandoah for lunch and we liked it a lot. We also packed dinner from here as there are no good options near shenandoah for Indian food.Restaurant is inside the Deli shop on Gas station and its very small but don't go on appearance, food is very good. While we were there I saw lot of people coming for take out.The owner couple was very sweet and polite. All dishes were freshly cooked in front of us and service was very quick. They also serve Vegan options. Don't forget to try authentic Dumplings / Momos.A must visit place if you are around and looking for Indian food.

My FAVORITE Indian food place around! I'm so happy they opened up here! The wonderful people who run this establishment make amazing, flavorful food, and they are so kind to their customers in the process. If you are sensitive to spice, they'll even tone it down for you. And if you're familiar with Indian food, you'll recognize the high quality.

AMAZING INDIAN FOOD!!!!This is the place I had been looking for since my favorite place in DC closed years ago.They have the best Indian food in NOVA and you will not be disappointed if you take the time to try them. I can't believe they are moving into their own space right across the street from the Fireball Arcade. Nostalgic Gaming and amazing Indian food! This must be kharma for all those pay-it-forward good deeds in my life. Plus the owners are exceptionally nice people!Treat yourself to the Royal Deli. You will NOT be disappointed.10 STARS!!!!!

It's the best Indian food I have ever had. Been here about 10 times and basically tried every dish. I highly recommend trying this place. Owner and his wife are sweet people. Give this restaurant a chance you won't be disappointed. The great Lady cooking the food knows what she is doing. Take care folks.

Run by a very nice Nepalese couple. Delicious, freshly made food. Don t let the location in the gas station deceive you. You can expect the food to be hot from the pan made just for you with fresh ingredients. We had the goat curry and it was excellent. Ditto for the butter chicken. It is about as close to home made as it gets.Highly recommended.

We love this place!!The service is friendly and the food is awesome.My three children age (6,8 and 10) are picky eaters and they LOVE the food and always clean their plates. Our favorites are the chicken momo, chicken curry and naan. I love that they tone down the spice for my children s chicken curry.Highly recommend!!!!! :)

Family run, fast casual Indian food in a place where you'd never expect. Made to order items with a nice variety of options. Have tried many of the dishes and none disappoint. Both meat and Vegetarian options too.

The food here is amazing..hands down. Don t judge this place located in a gas station. We have been traveling for 5 days and craving for Indian food. Went to this place at odd timing but we had THE authentic Indian spicy food. Not like other Indian restaurants that add vinegar when asked for high spicy levels.!!

The food was made fresh and it was the best most authentic tasting Indian/Nepalese food I've had since I lived in India.I have fallen in love and have a new favorite, Momo soup. DELICIOUS!! They even prepared the masala chai fresh as we waited and the taste was like stepping back into India, haven't enjoyed any meal as much as I did this one. The chicken tikka masala, dum aloo, samosas, Momo, Momo soup, garlic naan, raita and masala chai were top notch! Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent quality & tasty food.Excellent customer service.Very nice, sweet & friendly owners took care of all our food taste. The taste is equivalent or better than any indian restaurant you may find in big city.

Unknowingly went in after they closed at 7. Hadn't realized it until after I ordered. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and some Naan. The lovely and friendly woman even threw in some Dumplings after my friend expressed interest in them, but was hesitant to order them. Everything was absolutely AMAZING and very decently priced. Made to order in an open kitchen. She even let me try my sauce to make sure the spice was exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend Royal Deli to anyone looking for authentic Indian food made with love.

This place is AMAZING, the food is extraordinary. I can t explain in words. I highly recommend this place if you re looking for awesome Nepali food. Poonam di and her family are very welcoming which adds more taste to the food. My favorite food here is Jhol MoMo( veg or chicken). Try it you won t regret even a spoon of it.

Was passing by and see this place by the Gas station . Took a right with Not much high hopes before I entered . Ordered Vegetarian lunch for a party of 6 with some real customization @ mom @ Jain food . The folks took care of our request and served real good fresh Indian Cusine . Like their passion for serving their customers . Great place and an unexpected Find !!!! Keep up the good food. Highly recommended if you are around the Laray Cavens or by the Shenandoah River Parks .

Great Indian food. We were visiting from NJ and were looking for authentic Indian food. All food made to order with right spice level. We ordered Chili Chicken, Butter Chicken And Chicken Tikka Masala. Best Indian food in Front Royal.

2 stars for the decently tasting rajma. The naans they served was literally the frozen naan which you can buy from an indian grocery store. Also they served stale momos with dipping sauce which tasted very weird. The curries we ordered were oily but tasted okay other than the dum aaloo which was very salty. Also its a bit pricey considering its just a small deli in a gas station. (we paid 70 bucks for a lunch for 4 people where we ordered four mango lassis, one momos, four curries and two naans)

We were craving some nepali momo (dumpling) on our way to skyline drive found Royal Spice online. Friendly, great food, customer oriented. Loved it and will come back soon.

Wonderful food!! If you re expecting ambience....forget it! But, what you WILL get is warm and friendly conversation with the owners, who double as the cooks. Superb experience.....every time!

Thank goodness for Facebook groups and people chatting about town eats! Indian food in Front Royal!!!! No more trips to NOVA or Winchester. Seriously amaaaaazzzing!!!! Just wish they had a few more options, but the Staples are there. Happy dance!

Showed up late but had tasty food prepared hot for me. I was skeptical coming in to a gas station deli, but they had a nice clean setup, were very friendly, and made great food.

Been here couple of times, found it improvng every time. Almost always foud things that i looked for, is so convenient. Excellent place for food too. Professional and friendly staff. Will keep visiting in future.

A gas station but surprisingly very good Indian food very authentic. I am very happy with finding this place. Everyone should try you will be very pleased.

It's ok. Gas is sometimes cheaper but the employees either rarely speak English *or* they are extremely rude if they do.... One incident- an employee *made up* a price for tobacco pouches after she couldn't find it..... Unfortunately her "guesstimate" was almost $2 MORE than the usual cost. After commenting and asking for a manager or the corporate phone number- she said "Management doesn't work at night and there isn't a corporate phone#."We took a picture of the corporate phone# posted on the wall and showed her. She got nastier and then got back on her cell call we interrupted. SMH

We didn't try food so We can't tell how food was but if you are expecting full service restaurant, this isn't place. It is deli where they serve indian food. It is inside gas station.

Great food and wonderful service. Even brought me out a samosa and a drink while I waited for my carry out order.
