I got an estimate on my 2020 Corvette and they told me they had work on them before i had an appointment Dec6 and the est.written back 9/22/2022 and have not driven the car waiting for the repairs to be done. A month and 2 weeks later now they're telling me i need to go to a specialty shop to fix a bumper cover and lower valances.^ weeks i have been waiting and now they tell me they can't fix a bumper cover freaking B /S.NOT A GOOD SHOP FOR THERE WORDService: Body & Trim

Royal Auto Works Inc. was able repair my deer collision. They fixed her back to new conditions, even when GM workers were on strike (UAW) and no parts were leaving out of the plant. They found the parts and repaired her, sent her for alignment to the dealership, called me to inform me of updates. Very pleased with their work and service. Small issue of one of my lights not being fixed. (My wife picked her up and didn't notice it wasn't fixed). I called them to talk about why is wasn't fixed and they asked me to bring it back and tried to buff it out. That didn't fix the light, so they ordered a new one. Asked me to bring it back when it came in. A fed days later the new light assembly arrived and they replaced it while waiting. This the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

Royal Auto Works handled the insurance repair for some front end damage to my Dodge Challenger. The staff is fantastic, friendly and treat you like family. The repair work was excellent and completed early. I was kept in the loop during each stage of the repair job. I will use them for ANY future body work I need done on my vehicles and I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Over price on repairs.Took a month for them to start repair and 3 weeks to complete. But they did a good job when they finally finished.

Had my truck repainted here through an insurance claim.. the paint job is terrible. The truck needs to be repainted. Here are two photos, one of the driver side in original condition and the passenger side that Royal Auto painted. Hopefully google has high resolution so you can see how blotchy the paintwork is. Since it was paid for by insurance I have to take it back to them to fix it since insurance guarantees the workmanship.

Royal Auto has fixed my car twice. The first time was body work & they did a GREAT job! The second time was to replace my door keypad because someone had damaged it trying to break in. Not only were they HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the Ford dealership, but you can't even tell it's a replacement keypad because it looks perfect! Royal Auto's staff has always been fast, friendly & efficient. I feel like they're trustworthy and I'd recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is a throwback, take care of you kind of place. My cousin had exceptional work done. My husband took grandma in for a quote, she has an appointment to get her work done, and bragged about the wonderful customer service.Nothing but good things with this shop.

My family and I bring our cars to Royal Auto Works whenever we need repairs done. We've come here for years and would never go anywhere else.They're the absolute best for body work in Front Royal, hands down. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and nice. Getting parts shipped in has been a nightmare in 2022 but they called me and kept me informed on where we were and how long the repairs would take. Just recently, after they repaired my door/side panel (I sideswiped a deer) the car looked brand new. They make getting repairs done so stress free!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic experience with Royal Auto Works. My insurance recommended them after some significant damage to my Subaru after hitting a deer. Even with supply chain issues, my car was taken care of & back looking brand new within a month. The gals even helped me get in touch with the rental car company when they didn't show up. This place is great. They go out of their way and really do what they can to get your car back fast. They do excellent work. Rob called me and kept me informed the whole way. He dealt with my insurance agent that was hard to deal with. He dealt with me being stressed out moving across the country the same week. Thank you. I highly recommend these guys. I had a large scratch on my trunk that needed repaired. When I took my vehicle in for an estimate I was quoted and given an appointment. The vehicle was ready within 2 days and came in well under the estimate I was given. I am so happy with the results because you can't even tell there was ever body damage. These folks are awesome. I had an issue with my rear tailgate after using a bike rack that turned out not to be compatible with my car. I took the car to them expecting to have to make an appointment for significant repair work. They were able to fix the issue while I waited and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Great service, great work. I have had the misfortune of having to have work done to my cars multiple times this year. I always go to Royal Auto Works and not just because they are an approved provider for my insurance. They are very thorough with the work that they do. My car is returned to me looking flawless. They communicate clearly throughout the process. And they deal with my insurance company.

Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee had some minor rear-end damage from an accident which needed to be repaired. When I took in the car to have it evaluated Kristine met with me and was very professional and friendly and was very thorough looking over the damage and concise on what they would need to do to repair it.During the repair process Kristine called me several times with updates and when they received the wrong part from their supplier to complete the job Kristine called me right away and explained the problem and what they were doing to remedy it and even with that problem they got the correct part in the next day to complete the job and it was still done when they said it should be completed.When I went in to pick up the car Kristine walked me through everything they did. The repair was perfect and you would never know anything was ever wrong with it . Which is the highest compliment of a job well done!And to top it off they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out and even shined the wheels!!It s been a long time since I ve seen a small business care for their customers so well and its very much appreciated!! I was very nervous about choosing a shop to work on my car since I am not the most familiar with the area yet but the deer I hit gave me no option. I am extremely happy with the work done on my car! The employees here were super friendly and helpful with each time I called in AND they got my car back to me 3 days earlier than they had said they would. Over the moon satisfied. Would recommend to anyone!

Had my car fixed here after hitting a deer. The paint matched perfectly and was done faster than estimated. They are very communicative through text and calls, with my busy work schedule they had a night drop box and hassle free pickup. The car looks even better than before the crash. I was very impressed. First place I have had a repair done and it looks again like it just came off the assembly line. All parts and materials they used were OEM. I know this repair will last.

Second time using Royal Auto Works; the first time was completely awful they didn t fully assemble the vehicle back to the way it was. They fixed their mistake. This second time; just got the vehicle back today and the body work and paint look great but, on the inside of the vehicle it looks like a paint film somehow got inside of the vehicle, and there was dust everywhere the inside of the car was filthy. Kristine was very informative with keep me up to date on what was going on with the vehicle. But whoever does the body works should take a few minutes of their time to at least wipe the inside out the vehicle out. Now the paint film on the inside will be calling shortly to let them know of the error.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really great people providing exceptional service! I was recently rear ended and went through an insurance claim through the other drivers policy (first time for me) and I spoke with Jenna on multiple occasions about questions I had about the process. She was extremely professional and polite when it came to me asking some pretty simple questions. She also recommended a specific rental agency due to location difference, which really made the entire ordeal much easier. Body work and paint match came out great! They even went around and buffed out any minor spots/ scuffs on the vehicle and had it washed and vacuumed when I came to pick it up. They offer lifetime warranty behind any work they do. They really take pride and stand behind their service. Best of all, they're locally owned and operated. Will recommend to anyone looking for any body work.

It is so refreshing to experience absolute customer service! My experience at Royal Autoworks was perfect -- Nathan repaired by pick-up truck after a deer strike perfectly, on-time and as quoted (and accepted and liasioned with my insurance company.) Bonus: The washed my truck inside and out -- cleaner than its ever been. 5 Stars -- highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Update: Had to come back for a few adjustments to the door they fixed. But they were absolutely amazing and took care of it right away! Y'all are great!Did a big dent and scratch fix on a door. It was so good, I couldn't even tell that there was anything ever there!

We had a fender bender nearby while driving through. Went to Royal Auto works to see if car was safe to continue driving across country. They fixed up the front bumper and moved all dangling parts. They spent a good 30-45 min and didn't charge me anything. Wonderful people, especially Nathan who helped us out on our journey. Thank you very much!

I've taken my car here three separate times. Once it was hit by a deer. Once I hit a bear. And once a fence jumped out behind me. Each time they treated me with respect and dignity and did not make fun of me. They did a superb job on my beautiful little PT Cruiser each time.I also purchased a used car with significant damage to the driver side doors. They made the car look as good as new in that area at a reasonable price. Accidents can be stressful and sometimes humiliating, but at Royal Auto their professionalism puts you at ease. Nathan and all the crew are always very nice.

Setup appt thru insurance. Reviewed damages and within couple days they began repairs and parts ordered. Kept us informed all along the way. Had our car ready within 2 weeks because they knew we were headed out for the holidays. Have to go back for a part install that had to be reordered but it was no problem or hindrance to the travel plans.
