I'm here for the second time right now waiting for four ties to be installed. Just like last time, they've given me a great deal, have been a pleasure to work with, and are getting them mounted and balanced very quickly. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

Stopped there to ask about buying used tire as a spare for my Nissan Frontier. One guy on duty who was engaged in a conversation with someone he knew about a good buy on a car. I stood patiently about 15 feet away and was ignored. No greeting, no interest in what I may have needed, or any interest shown in what I may have needed. After a full 6 or 7 min I returned to my truck and left. Terrible lack of business acumen and manners. No way I'll return.

I had a tire blowout on the highway and needed a quick tire change. They weren't very busy when I stopped by, so they got me in and out in about 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

Fair price and fast tire swap. Rude service and bad math skills, argued with me that 2.75% of $100 is $3.30 to which I can just charge you 5% if you want

When I tell you this has been the most ridiculous place I've ever used and would not recommend to anyone. When trying to save money and make a good financial choice, they to only messed up but they also would not pay for the total cost of what was messed up. They put on tires that were TWO SIZES TO SMALL then tried to ghost and get nasty with me. I ended up losing a day's work due to this flagrant mishaps and also had to incur rental car costs-of which they would not pay. They paid a bit but could certainly have done more. They used the review of "ware and tare prior to them putting INCORRECT tires on". If you're trying to save money, go elsewhere. Anywhere else. They're rude, they try to get out of things and the turn around for how long this took (which is why the rental was necessary) was less than expeditious. Find someone you can trust. Gino is NOT that person.

Our ambulance blew a rear inner in the middle of a busy Saturday, and these guys were awesome! We called them, they had what we needed, and they had us back on the road in less than 45 mins for a great price!

I purchased some new tires online and brought them here to be mounted and balanced. Unfortunately, the tires I had were the wrong size. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted me with ordering the correct size. The tires they ordered for me came in earlier than expected and the service was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Called ahead to be sure I could prepay and leave vehicle there for a few hours while I run errands. When i arrived the kid at the counter asked me to wait a few minutes, then vanished for 20 minutes! Meanwhile my ride outside is getting mad waiting for me so I tell them I'll just wait for the service. Another10 minutes goes by and an employee still hasn't returned! Thus is why I called ahead...After wasting 30 minutes I prepurchased a tire and service at Walmart.Thanks for nothing Ron.

I've used this business 3 times over the past year and was very satisfied each time. Twice I had tires repaired and once I needed a new tire. These guys work hard and always get me back on the road fast.

I went in to get service on my tire earlier and the guy was more focused on cleaning the shop instead of servicing the customer. He was very unprofessional with a bad attitude. Of course I left and went elsewhere, you won't be rude to me and still get my money. I don't recommend anyone going there not even to get air for your bike. This shop is a joke!

One of our daughters had a slow leak in her tire so I called to see if they could take care of it for her. This store was recommended to us by a trusted friend who lives in town. The person who answered my call was very personable and helpful. My daughter arrived at the store and was comfortable being there and happy with how quick and professional they were.

Ron's in FroRo has always had the best price for new and used tires. Once. they were out of stock of the size I needed.I compared prices around local shops and the best price I could find was $10. more than Ron's.

Went here 5 minutes before closing asked the guy if he patch 2 tires for me because my wife had slow leaks in them? He said yea man I got you! This was a life saver

I have been here twice and both times have been absolutely fantastic service. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The people working here always treat me with kindness. The first time I went they even stayed open a little late to work on my Wrangler s flat because I was working late. My Wrangler is a 91 and has rust all over it and they still did a beautiful job caring for my tires and taking the time not to break anything. Second time I pulled in with no appointment and the gentleman working was so quick to locate the issue and fixed everything right there while I sat in my vehicle. He explained everything going on with my tire and how he fixed it. I m glad I don t have flats that often, but when I do it s never that big of a deal because I know I can come here and get it taken care of.

Omg this place is amazing! I called and they answered quickly and were super helpful! GREAT PRICES, GREAT STAFF, saved me almost 400$ and tires look great, quick installation, didn t even have to wait, I m super impressed and I will recommend this place to all of my friends. A++++++ THANKS GUYS

I want everyone to know how well we were treated at Ron's Used Tires in Front Royal, VA on Commerce Street. The 2 technicians were super friendly and very accommodating to us when we needed 2 new/used tires. The prices were great & the service was quick & thorough.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this particular Ron's for all your tire needs!!!

Went to Ron s to see about a plug for a tire with a nail in it. Two guys are standing behind the counter. Both ignore me, don t say a word to me and then go into the garage. Waited almost 10 minutes. No one came back. No one said anything. Left and went to McCarthy Tire where they acknowledged me right away and tried to help.

I d like to start off by saying save your receipt I get it. It is policy and it is what it is . That being said I tried to explain to the person at the front, that I have a picture of my vehicle being worked on at their establishment with date and time as well as a a bank statement. Still nothing. He said the vehicle could have been worked somewhere else etc .and must have receipt.But why am I coming back in the first place? I had an issue with my rear passenger tire a Yokohama, I only bring up the tire brand because at the time of purchase the tech said they would be all Michelin tires (used). I am not picky and didn t mind that one tire was different, he still never mentioned that one would be different. What I did mind is filling the tire up to 33psi in the morning and by lunch time it only has 24psi. I couldn t see anything wrong with the tire and no nail then I decide to check all the tires psi before leaving. I move to my front passenger side and discover a plug!??I went to Rons Used tires on June 12th it is July 8th still within the 30days but again no receipt so policy is policy.. I m doing this to RAISE AWARNESS. Check your tires before leaving and don t trust anyone. They got me, and could get anyone else. I ve been going to Ron s for years. I went to the one off of 28 all the time before it moved and even the Gainesville location and never had a problem. But now I see they are not all the same. Check your Vehicle before leaving that lot!!!! And yes obviously I m never going back..(I have picture proof of everything I have stated but cannot post it)I will gladly show anyone the proof I have.Check your Vehicle!!!

Whenever I have any tire problems I go to Ron's to get a replacement. I usually only wait about 15 min for them to fix or replace the tire and get me back on the road!

I love this place. A real gem. I ve been for tire repair now maybe four or five times, I ve always been seen immediately. The prices are excellent. The service is courteous

I just moved to Front Royal and my car front started to wobble so I thought I needed my front right tire balanced since it appeared to me that the weight had fallen off. I called around but everyone wanted to set an appointment and estimated that it would take 30 minutes or more.Then I called Ron's Used Tires. The man I spoke with on the phone said $10 and 10 minutes, and come over anytime. I went immediately. They were busy. But there was no line. Frank the manager greeted me as I pulled into the parking lot and showed me where to pull my car. I told him which tire I wanted balanced. Off came my tire, I blinked and he was back with my tire saying the tire balanced just fine and that he could check the other front tire. So he ended up balancing that tire. He put air in all my tires too. Paid $10 and it was between 10-15 minutes. I thought o boy that was just too quick but wanted to give it a try. It only took a few seconds on the road for me to be very impressed because the car was driving perfect. Thanks Frank! I will be returning.

Worst place to get tires put on a vehicle. Just a shame it is the only place that will mount your tires if you bring them in and they are used at all. I had to get a set of tires swapped from my old truck to new one. It was close to close and I offered to come back the next day. The said no its fine, but rushed through and did not even balance my tires. I came back the next day because they rode so bad and the guy tried to say it was my tire being choppy, then tried to say there was so much grime on the inside of the wheel the weights must have come off, it was obvious there was no indication of where they placed new weights. And the back tires actually still had the old weights when I looked at it before they took it inside. Part of the job of balancing a tire is cleaning the rim for a place to stick the weights.Horrible, horrible, horrible. STAY AWAY!!

Maybe it was my Trump sticker on the back of my car? But I just got back from Ron's this morning, after having brand new tires put on yesterday, called and let them know the tires weren't properly balanced. They checked em today, said everything is all good. Just to drive off feeling like my tires were gonna fall off. Took by my mechanic to check.. Too many weights. Looks like the new guys don't know how to do their job properly. I've never had an issue with Ron's, I've always recieved top notch work. I will no longer go there after this event. You really let me down. Customer service skills could use some serious work.
