I was passing through Front Royal and my front wheel bearing came apart. I called Herb at Marlow and he recommended a towing company. Once I got there. He was able to give me a time Monday that I should expect to hear back with the diagnosis.I was very surprised to hear back from Scott prior to 8 AM Monday. He explained what was found, gave me an estimate and a completion time.I picked up the truck Wednesday and everything was done as promised. Scott treated me like I have known him for years. Scott, Herb and everyone at Marlow was happy and polite. A true small town business!I would recommend Marlow to anyone local and if you are just passing through and need help, Marlow will take care of you!Thanks again Scott, Herb and everyone else I talked to. You really did a great job!

I went in to have my Jeep inspected. I was very impressed with the service center especially dealing with Christopher Price. I had a few issues with my Jeep. Christopher explained everything in detail and advised me on what I could do. He was very knowledgeable and honest. People are nice. Only issue is their service technicians aren t up to speed on software related issues. In other words when i got my truck back after an oil change it had a check engine light. They said it was due to a recall and it just decided to come on, on its own. I work in software and understand that the truck didnt just decide to throw a code on its own. They attempted to perform an update which enabled the code. May not been intentional but they didnt know how to revert back. They told me i had to live with it until the recall could be performed in a few weeks? Crazy

We drove in with a loud squill in the rear tire without an appointment. We are from out of town and the young lady that served us told me she would try to get my van in but it may be 2 hrs. We said yes having no other option. About 10 mins later she said she could squeeze us in. 30 min later the problem, a stone between the rotor and pad, was fixed. Thanks for the prompt service. I had been traveling across our great nation for the last 17 months with a camper trailer when getting back home I realized my f250 had a dead inspection sticker. I checked with Marlow Motors and was told about a 2 hour wait to which I said fine. Was told about an hour later I needed a muffler and asked if it could be ordered and installed ? Yes was the reply, I was called the next day they had recieved the muffler late in the day but we could schedule an appointment the next day and of course it was fixed. Marlow Motors what a great experience it was for your guys getting my truck back in operation in such a short time not to mention the price was very reasonable as well. Two weeks ago I brought my wife s Durango in for an oil change and it was $45. This weekend I brought my truck in for service work and I receive my bill charging me $56.00 for 7 qts of oil, $13 for a filter $24 for a oil additive which I did not ask for plus labor! Then you tell me that I need $1200 for two front struts to be replaced plus $125 for a Front end alignment. I was told that it would not be completed until Monday because they had to get parts. I called around and got for other quotes that were for $400 cheaper ! I called back to cancel the service and you told me you already had the struts off the front of the truck and that it would cost $331 just to put it back together. But yet you didn t have the parts. And you were going to tie up a baby for 3 days? I don t think so I ve been coming to you for seven years and this is the worst experience I ve ever had. Never again and you ve lost a customer for life. I ve purchased a new vehicle from you and I brought three of my family vehicles to you from for all the service work. You guys have definitely taken the low road. Recently.

They ordered the parts for my recall and notified me when part came in. Setup an appointment within 2 days. Told me an estimated time it would take to be serviced.The estimate was pretty accurate.Will be using Marlow motors for my work in future situations. They had fixed my backup camera on a previous visit and cost me my $100 deductible. It's been working great since.Very friendly people at Marlow.Thanks

This is the best service department around. I was having major problems with my Jeep which I purchased from another dealer close to my work. Service Manager Dan Moser stepped up and helped my with two repair issues that my purchase dealer refused to help me with. He was super honest regarding everything and very friendly. My family was in town from Ohio for my sons High School Graduation, he is home-schooled and we have anticipated this trip for 9 years. We ve never been to Front Royal VA. The drive was much harder on our aging car than we thought it would be, and with 2 hours still to go our brakes were having trouble handling the steep downhill roads and I was getting scared that they might stop working. I searched a service department on my phone as a desperate attempt to find help. I came across Marlow Motor Company. It was 730pm and I didn t expect anyone to answer. Chris not only answered, but he discussed what was happening to my car and said I could bring it in at 8am, and he would fit it into the schedule. When I got there Chris asked me how the car handled after my phone call the night before. Chris even had a very nice lady help me with a Van rental for the day and my family of 6 was able to attend my sons graduation without struggling to find transportation. Chris took all my worries away. He soon called to give me all the details of my break problems, gave me a quote, all the parts were in-stock, he said it would be ready before 5pm. My car was fixed up and ready just after 3pm. I never expected to receive the care and attention we received from Chris and his team. We got home safe and our car drove great! I want to thank Chris and his team at Marlow Motor Company for their truly amazing service. They saved us time, the cost of service was great, the van rental was great, my family was taken care of, my son got to graduate and nobody had to miss the ceremony. My husband and I were stressing out and so relieved for the help we received and honestly our lives may have even been saved from what could have been a dangerous situation. My car light popped up saying collosion warning plus an oil change. When I dropped my car off Monday morning at 9:30 am they asked if I was going to stay, I told them no that I would be back around 6pm. I received no call or text on what was going on, I called about 3pm asking what was as the status in my car, they told me that the lead guy working on my car has gone home for the day and they would call me in the morning. I got very upset, what do you mean?! I have no way to get to work the next day, and they are going to keep my car and not even call me to tell me they were gunna keep my car ?? They said they couldn t do anything about it so I agreed to keep my car there over night to get it fixed in the morning. When I dropped it off I was at %86 of my gas tank. On my usconect app it told me it was no at %11 of my gas tank. I figured okay they are driving my car around and they are going to fill my tank. No. My car gas light was on when I got into my car. When I asked them why my gas tank was empty they told me it shouldn t be we only drove 30 miles well that s a lie because my car was over 130 miles of when I dropped it off. So not only did I have to go and buy gas (which isn t cheep) they lied and said we only drove your car 30 miles. When I called and told them they actually drove my car over 130 miles he then corrected and said yes we did have to drive over 100 miles to get your car to work. Okay so then why could they not fill my tank back up to where it was ??They were very rude and I will not go back there again.

I have taken my vehicle to be inspected at Marlows on a number of occasions. I have always received great customer service. Though, on my last visit...... things got even better. Mr. Moser went above and beyond his job description to ensure I had resolution to the issue I was having re: wiper blades. Mr. Moser's assistance was most appreciated. Thank You!

Water pump blew while driving west on 66. God was watching over us though because we broke down close to Front Royal and Marlow motors. Dan and all the staff at Marlow made us feel comfortable and confident that they had our back. Repairs were completed immediately and we were back on our way, our Ram 1500 running smoothly. Walked in for a state inspection and was told it would be awhile (I didn t have an appointment) and it was fine, I expected to wait a couple of hours. Had to change tag lights that have been on the vehicle since before I purchased it. ( with a valid inspection in 202). Inspector never spoke to me himself. Always sent the customer service representative to talk to me about the issues. I will never bring a vehicle back to this service center.
