Had a great experience at Marlow motors on a beautiful Morning morning Kyle was fantastic with providing information about my purchase and the service was fast! The owner was a joy to speak with and personable and the paper signing part if you ve done that before was smooth and streamlined. The Marlow team as a whole really had their game together. With them I found what I was looking for at the best price with no hassle. Marlow definitely made it worth the 2 hours I drove to get there. I ll see them again when it s my daughters turn to get a renegade and my wife is ready to pull the trigger on the wrangler.

This was a very pleasant experience, which is unusual for me when it comes to purchasing a new car. Eric (the salesman) was excellent as was Wendy in the finance office. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted...and the process went very quickly. The team at Marlow Motor is first rate.

Have used Marlow over the last few years to service my Jeeps. This was our first time purchasing from them and it was a great and easy experience. Kyle our sales man was top notch. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the Jeep product line. Definitely recommend this team if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Outstanding experience with Marlow Motors (Jeep/Dodge) in Front Royal, VA. I originally went there for routine service on my vehicle and ultimately bought a newer version of the Grand Cherokee. Scheduling, communication, and reasonable charges are the norm here. My salesperson and the sale manager were prompt, engaging, and honest. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted, service with respect and genuine kindness, and am fully confident in any future business conducted there. Top notch dealership in all respects.

Best car buying experience ever! Erick my salesman, John the Sales Manager and Wendy in finance all went above and beyond from our first point of contact. They worked to find me the best deal possible and ensured everything was ready for us when we arrived. We live 3 hours away and had to bring our 4 Siberian Huskies with us to complete the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was inviting and friendly and showed us and the dogs top notch hospitality. They fulfilled all the promises of getting us in and out quickly so we could get home somewhat reasonably. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make us feel more than just a customer. Thank you all and please if your in market for a vehicle please give the Marlow Team a try you won't regret it!

Do Do not deal with Marlo Motors! I took my vehicle there because they are open on Saturdays and open late on the weekdays. They First said they had to replace the lift pump in my truck. I picked up the vehicle after it was fixed unless two hours later it broke down again. I took my vehicle back and they replaced the EGR cooler. Still did not fix the issue over $4000 and having the same issue.I told them I was not convinced in their diagnosis and they did not seem convinced. I told him I do not want to shooting around in the dark. I said keep it run it diagnosed until you know exactly what s going on. Vehicle ran for two days having issues. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Very sweet local dealership with nicest people! Bought a Jeep Gladiator from them. One of the best personal experiences with the dealerships. Offered me a best possible APR, better than my bank offered. Great team: Artrell -sales. John - sales manager, Wendy - finance, Eric - sales! Highly recommend!

Great team to work with from start to finish. Their friendly help and reasonable pricing resulted in me driving 90 minutes out of my way to make a purchase rather than deal with my take it or leave it local dealer. The sales staff even helped me switch a fiberglass truck cap from my trade-in to the new truck.

I've only been here once so far and it was for a warranty repair. The service folks were nice and seem to do a good job. It took quite a while to get the necessary parts in but I believe this is beyond their control and many places are still struggling with supply chain issues. I would go here for service again based on my experience so far.

On 6/16/23 Marlow did an alignment after I had a 6-inch lift installed at another shop. Supposedly, the "head" tech was the one who personally took care of alignment. So, we drove around FR for a while waiting for it to be completed. We just so happened to cruise up to Bing Crosby Stadium right as the truck was pulled out and test drove from the dealership to the stadium and back. The distance is approximately .2 miles each way. This is nowhere near enough distance to effectively test an alignment. Then, the truck sat in the lot for quite a while. Next, I get a report that Marlow is blaming the shop for installing the lift kit incorrectly and cannot get the alignment correct. (Note - Confirmed with 2nd shop the lift was installed correctly). Therefore, the steering wheel is a 1/4 turn to the right to drive straight. Also, there is a clunking noise coming from the front end. Now.... here comes the good part. Time for me and my kid to drive it home about 1.5 hours away. I can deal with the crooked wheel.... but, something for sure feels off. While on HWY 17 I hear a loud clunk under the front end and then the wheel goes hard right to drive straight. Also, feels as if the front end is lifting off when turning left. We get home in one piece, but the ride was pretty nuts.I take the truck the next morning to a local shop to have them look at it. Almost immediately the tech calls me and says NOT ONE SINGLE bolt on the LCAs were tightened down. He couldn't believe I drove it that far without major issue. Attached, you will see a pic of the before and after alignment. Here's the deal... mistakes happen. But, this is pure laziness and dereliction of duty. I get it, it was late on a Friday. The "head" tech should know better and the witnessing of the test drive only confirms the aforementioned. I would normally let this slide and rarely leave comments. I had my kid in the car and had any of those bolts sheared off... we would have been a world of hurt. I don't expect the 200 bucks back or whatever the heck I was charged, but anyone who choses to use their services... go ahead and crawl under post-op and give it a gander. Or, go elsewhere.Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

I had been searching for a specific year, make, color vechile for the past several weeks. No where in Pa, Md,Wv or Oh could come close to Marlow Motor Company. They had exactly what I wanted and for the best price. Unfortunately I live 2 hours away and the staff there made it possible to deliver the car to my front door for a reasonable charge. The entire process was over the phone and online, and they took care of me every step of the way. They are top notch, and I will refer anyone looking for their next vehicle to Marlow motor company. Thanks again!

Was told contradictory things on the phone and in person. Went very much out of my way to make my appointment to which I was told they won t even look at my vehicle. Lazy worker didn t want to do it. Good thing I sat there for 40 minutes setting up for nothing.

I recently bought a truck from Alan at Marlow Motors. Alan was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. As a woman buying a large truck, I encountered a lot of sexism and mansplaining about what I "really" needed. Alan did none of that! He was incredibly respectful and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with, and Wendy in finance made the whole transaction quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this place! The service dept could have done a better job "detailing" the truck after purchase, but it's a minor thing.

We had a great experience working with John at Marlow. I never felt pressured or rushed, he and the team there were kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to negotiate and come to a fair price for a great truck that we love. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to go and see them. We made two different two hour trips to their shop for their low prices and excellent service!

Overall Excellent Experience! Salesman Kyle was Tremendously Helpful, and did everything he could to make us comfortable and welcomed. It continued with the Finance Officer Wendy, who was extremely friendly & patiently answered all of our questions.
