It took me/them 5 months to come across the right truck, worth the wait. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and patient. Ali was my direct sales person, he was very polite, knowledgeable and stayed in touch throughout the process, along with Ali the other salesman was Mike and he to was helpful, polite and patient as well. Kalo the general sales manager was patient, helpful and never pushy. A good experience, thank you all.

Took my vehicle to get it inspected. I was told via app and on the phone with John that to pass, my vehicle needed the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Also was told I needed a valve replaced. After I called back and asked bluntly, will my car pass with just the brakes fixed, I was told the valve replacement was highly recommended, but would not impact the inspection, which was contrary to what the app stated. Also, I gave consent on the night drop off to dispose of parts, as I thought I only needed an inspection. I told John that I wanted my old brakes and rotors prior to the work being done, yet there were no parts in my car. Met him when I picked up the keys, and he didn't say anything about not saving my parts. I'll never come back to this dealership for anything. I understand that my brakes need to be replaced, but I don't trust you when I'm told differing things about what my vehicle needs to pass an inspection. Total upsell and not appreciated. In the future, I'll pay someone else to do my inspections. Shady business practices.

Impeccable work by the Service Department to get a vehicle that is not even a brand the dealership sales in PERFECT condition. The work that was done and quality will go a long way into the New Year. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

I went to Lindsay Chevrolet for a state inspection. The employees were all super nice, the waiting room and clean and comfortable with free coffee and sodas. I waited for a about half an hour in total but killed time by exploring nearby shops. They were so kind and decided not carge me for the inspection! It was a very nice experience and I'll definitely go back to them again for service.

Great sales lady and team they all were super friendly. The vehicle on the other hand wasn't cleaned at all and to know someone is coming to look at a higher priced unit. The presentation of the vehicle should've been great. Looks and smell of the vehicle was a turn off and walk away.

David Metz is the guy! Very professional, customer friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me to own my first ride in the US. (2019 GMC Acadia). He walked me through everything. He treated me without prejudiced. He told me my best options, what credit score I would need for the type of vehicle, what my monthly payment range would be, allowed me to test drive it, sent it to the repair shop to check if it had any faults etc. This guy deserves a raise because more than one clients are mentioning his great work in their reviews. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff are great! Highly recommended.
