Not a fan of this spot they don't have the tools required to do the job , I came in for oil change and do a brake flush service needless to say they didn't have the tools for the brake flush manager spoke to area manager to do a flush and fill of reservoir from $109.00 for brake flush service they dropped it to $75.00 not worth it , I suggest area management to give store supplied needed to perform the work you have a great team of guys there that will go above a d beyond to get the job done but can't due to lack of tools required to get it done , step up to the plate and get them what they need.

Excellent and friendly team who worked very rapidly to help out on my vehicle and identified an issue which I need to fix. (Edit)---So two days after visiting this shop, my vehicle heater started making an atrocious noise. I pulled over and yanked the air filter I was assured was "fine" and the attached photo was the state of it. I'm not sure they changed my oil.(EDIT)Shop manager fixed the issue saying they mis-understood my request to change the cabin air filter and gave me a replacement.

I have been coming to this location for about a year and half now , and this past visit was probably the best visit I ve had based alone on the courtesy and customer service. Typically when I go it s very quiet. Service has always been promptly but this time someone actively took time to have a conversation. For some people this brief interaction means everything -especially during a long work day when you aren t surrounded by people. So thank you, and thank you for the compliment on my green hair.Service: Oil change

They were fast, but $132?????? I'm not even sure they checked the air filters or tire pressure given how quick they were, but they listed $100 for parts/materials. and $26 for labor. My last oil change (did it myself) I spent less than $40 for 6 quarts of full synthetic and an oil filter. Never again.

After receiving our oil change from the team at our front royal va location. We were 100% pleased. Definitely won't be be going back to jiffy lube. Thanks Clayton and his team

I had very bad experience. This people are rip off. They charge me $104 just for oil change. Never I ll go there never ever. I don t recommend them to anyone. They have no customers for rip off

This is the BEST Jiffy Lube I have ever been too!! The manager is very professional and understanding, he really cares about his customers. The technicians are very nice and efficient. 10/10 for car services and customer service. Bring your vehicles to this location! DONT GO HERE. SCAMMER MECHANICS CHARGE 170$ THEN CANT DO AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION . I live on a flat out mountain and can t do my own oil changes rn. 170$ for an oil change and a tire rotation. Full on kicking my rear looking like as hard as they can for over 10 min, and forgot to screw in the oil pan nut more than a QUARTER ROTATION after the oil change and didn t reset the truck. WASTE

They do not do car inspections here.They charge $99.99 to just change your oil (haven't been quoted that high before; $30 more at least than what I've usually paid).They asked me what type of oil my car uses...I ended up getting frustrated and decided to go somewhere else.

Not very friendly service will never go there again.. I went to get a oilChange and a head light fixed.. when my car was ready my light wasn t fixed and they didn t even tell me until I went back in and asked why wasn t my light fixed ?? And they told me they couldn t fix it.. not impressed.. not because they couldn t fix my light..but because I paid $110 for a oil change and they didn t even have the decency to tell me they didn t fix my light.. employee acted like I was bothering himService: Oil change

I question what services were done on my car. I know the Tire pressure wasn't checked and vehicle was not vacuumed even though the receiptsaid they were. The service advisor did not recommend anything. He checked us in, changed the oil and checked us out. Maybe there was nothing wrong with the air filters but based on the problems I noted, I am not sure I trust they are good.I know they topped off the windshield wiper fluid. That and resetting the oil service in the computer is all I trust happened.Service: Oil change

The assistant manager Caleb was quick to greet me when I pulled up. When I asked for a simple oil change he explained to me my options. After I made my choice and my info was taken, I was escorted to the waiting room which was very well kept. The LBT Hunter was informative of a few issues I was unaware of. He explained to me the options to fix it properly and let me know that they could do the service right then. I couldn't have asked for a better visit at the Front Royal location I will be back

Never answers their phone but all the workers are on their phones outside. I've tried calling over five times, at different times of the day. It rings until I get a "busy" tone.What's the purpose of having a number to call when your business won't answer? I requested an estimate via email, for an unknown priced service AND THEY ONLY SENT AN ESTIMATE, FOR THE ALREADY PRICED SERVICE. Seriously, what's wrong with this business?This location of Jiffy Lube is full of bad customer service reps and crack heads. Thanks a lot.

I m giving 5* because Jiffy Lube Front Royal is the only place in town you can get service done same day. Everyone else in town even Wal-Matt takes 3 hours or several days for something as simple as an oil change. They recommended several services and I let them check everything. Glad I did. They discovered my tires were wearing really bad and that I would need to replace them soon. This was after they were going to rotate them but they decided not to as it would do more harm than good. They have the best prices in town for a tune up and worth the little extra money for an oils change if you value your time. They are staffed more hours and days than anyone and that s why they will get my business again. They are also amazing with customer service. I had an issue with a tune up once and they refunded all of my money as I went somewhere else. Even though that happened they handled it well and have improved since. I can honestly say I trust them either way because even if they mess up they will make it right and that s customer service. Thank you Jiffy Lube and keep up the great work.

Super wonderful service!! I was very happy that they vacuum your floor boards, clean back and front window and check all your fluids. Also aff more fluid if its needed. The customer service was the best I have ever had! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was another awesome thing.UPDATE ON REVIEW! After the oil change I discovered 5 days later that there was absolutely ZERO oil put back into my vehicle. YAY! My SUV is ruined. Made 2 claims on the Jiffy Lube site and never heard back from anyone.

The Staff there really helped me yesterday and were super positive about being able to help me. I have a difficult car and they were able to fix what needed to be done in a jiffy. They also were able to lift my mood with some humor. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. They always work hard and are friendly. They are also not trying to rip you off price wise.

Out taking care of a few errands. Stopped in, without an appointment, and spoke with Jiffy Lube manager. I told him what I was there for. Before i knew it, they pulled my car into the bay and 3 technicians immediately got to work. They not only changed the oil but they also checked tire pressure, checked all engine fluids, vacuumed and washed the back and front windows. I was there a little over 30mins. Very fast, friendly, and informative service! Awesome Job Guys And Thank You!! I will be back!!

As soon as I pulled up one of the guys came out, introduced himself, was very nice and welcoming. Then showed me how much this and that would cost on the computer so there was no guessing if I was getting ripped off. They then worked on my car and finished within 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly service. Pricing was very fair. Thank you guys!

I have used this Jiffy Lube for a long time. Today, I went in for an oil change and was going to discuss other possibilities. Usually we are invited into the service area and our car needs are discussed. it was a quick oil change, and then I was asked to pay. I questioned, telling the gentleman that I wanted wiper blades. He informed me that they do not have rear window blades, and left it at that. I decided to not discuss anything else with them. I was quite disappointed, I won't be back to this Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

I came in for an oil change and new windshield wipers. I received the oil change, windshield wipers, fully vacuumed interior, full cleaning under the hood, washed windows, and thorough inspection of the vehicle, which revealed a blown bulb (which was replaced). These guys were thorough, careful, and courteous, and I appreciate their work. The manager even helped me find a viable coupon to help me save money! Keep up the good work!
