A positive and satisfactory experience from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off in my new vehicle! Easily one of the top 3 car buying experiences ever - friendly atmosphere, no high-pressure sales pitches, no forced warranty or paint sealant protection plans, transparent pricing below market value, honest trade-in allowance for my vehicle, and new vehicle delivered with wash, detail, and full tank. The saleswoman was also very responsive to my initial inquiries about the vehicle and scheduling a test drive. Overall would highly recommend this dealership based on this entire experience

I recently took my new GMC Sierra 1500 in for her 1st scheduled service for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Jason and his crew were courteous, prompt, and tech took great care in making sure seats, steering wheel, floor mats remained spotless. They estimated 45-60 minutes and had it ready in exactly 45 minutes. Impressed so far!

Despite the anxiety when going into any used car buying situation, this was an incredibly positive experience. From the start, the email & phone correspondence was excellent (friendly, informative, and not pushy). Our interactions with Heather for sales and Zack for financial documentation were both fantastic. Moreover, we bought a brand not supported by this dealership (a used Subaru) and Heather was super helpful with all of those particulars - even offering to fix and/or help with a few things we noticed about the vehicle, despite it being sold as is . Definite 5 stars from us!

Heather was absolutely amazing. She made the process easy and painless. Zack was very patient while I worked out insurance. Jeanette is so kind over the phone and Isaiah took time out of his day to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I can t begin to explain how amazing the whole team is at GMC Buick in Front Royal.

Always get the best service when I get there. Honest people good stuff that make sure your car is running the right way the manager even comes out to make sure you're comfortable and understands everything himself. Thank you shame Mitzel for having good staff there and for you taking time to come out to talk to me as well so that I have a piece of mine when I go home and always feel so safe. Thank you for the nice comfortable area to sit. I'm while waiting for my vehicle. Also a very nice clean place to sit in while. You're waiting nice smiles when you go in. Everybody is so friendly so honest. I would give more than 5 stars if I was allowed to on this app.

We recently purchased the 2014 Chrysler 300S from your location, when we first inquired about it the original sales clerk was less than professional, an it was by timing on our part we was handed over to Raegen. Now here s a sale associate that knows her stuff from start to finish she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Very prompt, friendly and knows her stuff. So a shout out to Raegan, we will most definitely recommend you to everyone.

I purchased a Pacifica from Front Royal. From the start, Deaven and Zack treated me as a valued customer. They worked tirelessly until we had a fantastic deal. We have plans to buy another vehicle - for our son, in a few months. We are 100 miles away- and Frobt Royal is where we will go.The best staff- the best customer service, hands down!!

Oil and filter change. No appointment but was done in a reasonable time. Free safety inspection always beneficial. Service staff are very polite and don't push unnecessary service or repairs. I've used them a lot and have always been very satisfied. Recommend them to family and friends.

Bunch of fakes u call and tell them you re coming to buy a truck and they say ok see you then. Then go and sell your vehicle you tell them your buying then go it s first come first serve. Like yes that s y I called and told u I ll be there to buy it. Because I live far away and can t make it during the week then sell your. Stuff right under you.

Scheduled and paid for $49.95 Synthetic Oil & filter Change with tire rotation.Prior to scheduling my appointment left front tire would lose air pressure. After service was performed left front tire is still losing air indicating tires were never rotated as part of the requested service.Leads me to question what other services were not completed.

I bought my car here, and I brought it in Saturday for an oil change and state inspection. The tech brought out my cabin and engine air filters to show me they were dirty, and the service advisor asked me if I wanted them to change them. I agreed, not knowing that it would cost me well over $160 to change the two parts which only cost about $25 collectively. I am very disappointed in the excessive cost that was not quoted to me prior to, and I can assure you it won't happen again.

Steer clear of the shop. I now take my vehicle across town to Chevrolet for any work.FRBGMC - If you are interested in learning about my experience you may look up my service records and determine why I am dissatisfied. I will not bring my vehicle back to you or do business with you again.

The dealership service department did an excellent job installing my assist steps and rails on my 2023 Canyon AT4. They resolved several issues and installed them perfectly. Great service deserves many thanks.

BEWARE! This dealer is full of hidden fees everywhere from the buying process to the service procedures. They have a shop fee that is included in all vehicle services. They say the max amount of shop fee is $50 and the amount of the shop fee is based on the COST of service being done and not the actual service itself. Most people get charged $49.99. You do the math on that one. I have been here approximately 10 times and they have NEVER been able to service my vehicle properly to correct an issue the first time and have also created additional problems due to their incompetence. At one point, after going there three times to get one issue corrected, a service tech actually said to me "That's as good as I can get it." The service department personnel seem fairly uptight however the ladies up front seem nice and cordial.I will not ever be going back here, I'm done giving them chances.If you are smart, you will spend your time and money elsewhere.
