These guys are great. They always get the jobdone on time, and well within their estimate. Don t get me wrong; this isn t the cheapest shop in town, but for good reason. They do quality work with quality parts. If you want to keep your ride in tip top shape, I highly recommend this shop.

This might have been the best experience I ve ever had for auto mechanics. Not only are the prices reasonable (much better than dealerships), the customer service was outstanding! I was taken to my car so I could see what was happening underneath and everything explained by the mechanic so I could make an informed decision. I was spoken to like an intelligent adult and NOT like a sweetie/honey condescending conversation like I ve had way too many times in regards to auto mechanic shops.The place was stellar clean and again top notch customer service from the desk to the shop and out the door again. Oh, and my seat was right where I left it when I went to drive away! It s the little things they take heed of!

I m someone who is always on the go, so my car does most of my leg work. Yet I don t take care of her like I should. I ended up in an awful spot where I had no choice but to get the problem fixed. I called Auto Care Clinic and Lisa was so kind to explain how they could help me and calmed my nerves. I was helped very quickly and was even walked out to my vehicle so the mechanics could explain what was going on and even SHOWED me the problem! I am usually just given a piece of paper with the amount I owe. Auto Care Clinic went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with respect and that I understood exactly what was going on. I sat in their lobby for a short period of time during all of this, and I noticed this special service wasn t just for me! This is the way every client was treated. It was also great to hear multiple clients of theirs were greeted by name. Most repair shops only remember your problems. I have found my lifetime auto repair shop. Auto Care Clinic truly CARES about you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Having been in the automotive service industry for 30+ years, now retired, it was a pleasure to find a trustworthy, competent, customer oriented business to service my older model car. Properly maintained a car will "live" a long and happy life! It was due for some major maintenance requirements and the work was completed perfectly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Every time I've taken my vehicle here, I have been given the best care! I have been treated with kindness, respect, and courtesy. I've been bringing my cars here for about ten years now, pretty much right after I moved back to Virginia. Wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else! Walk in, no appointment for an inspection and they jumped right on it. Only took minutes! The front desk ladies are delightful. We had a nice chat and suddenly I was ready to check out!!Very quick and nice experience!

The personal are friendly and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service at a very fair price. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I feel confident in getting my car serviced here.

I've only been here once so far but plan to return. The front desk crew was friendly and efficient, the service staff seemed knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I definitely appreciate the communication from everyone. Prices are reasonable as well. We'll definitely be back for future service needs.

I have driven a 2007 Jeep Liberty for years and it has not been sounding "healthy" lately (bouncy, creaking, rattles...so my husband checked it into Bill Long Auto for a "complete physical" and needed repairs (mostly from wear and age). He called within a few hours to advise what was wrong and cost to repair (control arms, ball joints, rotors, pads, drums, shoes, oil change, cooling system leak...) and allowed us to use a significant coupon to reduce (already reasonable) costs when we picked it up the next day. I couldn't believe the difference driving it home! It literally ran like it was brand new!!! My husband has been wanting to get me a new vehicle, but I LOVE THIS JEEP!, and repairs to keep "her" going a few more years is much cheaper than a car payment, huge tax increase and insurance bills. Cost to repair will be justified within a year of fixing it! And we all know they don't make vehicles as durable as they used to! We moved here 3 years ago, and have always taken our vehicles to Bill because we trust him and the small staff is also very nice...They also offer a "car club card" which will save money yearly...and when he tells you how long it will take it is always the truth (unlike others!!!). Only place we will go...Great work ethics!!! CF

As I ve come to expect for this operation, the people and service could not be better! After being warmly greeted by the attendant at the front desk, my wife s car was immediately taken to the garage for the annual inspection, given a through evaluation and returned.I highly recommend this team to everyone looking for great service, competitive prices and wonderful staff!!!

Will at Auto Car Clinic called me after I had reported a continuing oil leak on my car after work was done to fix the oil leak. I was given a loaner for the day and they found the source and have repaired the cause of my car s oil leak. Thank you Auto Car Clinic for standing by your work and your outstanding customer service.

I was traveling and four hours away from home when my car died the first place I went to they acted like I was bothering them from the phone call to getting there they where very friendly they also loved my sister's dog that was with us too they made everything pleasant and easy they also gave me a loaner car to use. I definitely recommend them and if I ever need anything I definitely would go there

The people are great and genuinely friendly. There was a beautiful Jaguar XKE in the parking lot, and as I entered I offered to trade my CR-V for the XKE. It turns out that the owner of the XKE is one of the service advisors, and as I prepared to leave he offered to show me that beautiful car. That's friendly!

Appointment same day to address concern I have with oil leak. Everyone was so helpful. Gave me details, showed me what was wrong with the car, estimates, very clear. My first visit, but won't be my last.

Very positive on taking care of our vehicle. Past due oil change and rear brakes job done. Looked at what else needed to be done, and what can wait a reasonable amount of time. Tech road with me due to i kept hearing noises that didnt sound right. Very trust worthy shop.

Wow! I was over due on my inspection and it's not even 8:45am. I have to open my shop at 9:30. I just happen to pass them, stop and in and ask if they can fit me in. Not only did they get me in and out but with a great deal of loving professionalism this world needs more of. Thank you for your service. I'll be back for brakes :)It's been a few months. Just did a regular oil change and rotations. What service. Dropped me off at work..picked me up. What PRO's. Don't go anywhere else. (11/2023)

Took my truck in for state inspection and they found front end problems. Told them I would have to wait and they had me out in 2 hours. Great place and the employees are very friendly!!!!!
