Guys in here usually find what I need within 2 minutes of looking. Help me find and ordered me tire chains they didn t have in stock the day of. In and out in 5 minutes and always helpful.

We stopped here to grab a wiper blade. They have very good customer service. They offered to put it on for us themselves. When we discovered the blade holder was busted, they helped us by writing down the specs of what we needed so we could order online and have it shipped to their location. Thanks so much for the help!

The guys who were working were all so very helpful! They couldn't change my battery for me, because of the placement in my vehicle. The portable charger didn't have enough oomph to get me started, so one of the very nice guys working charged me with his personal vehicle. That's above and beyond helpful!!! I bought my battery there, then took to the dealership to have it changed. Came back for the core refund. Thanks again!

The employees here go above and beyond! I just had an issue with my car where they easily took an extra 30 minutes to help out, and at the end it was still completely optional if I bought the part I ended up needing (which I did buy). Employee's name was Mark, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. This is not the only time over the years I have had a good experience here, just wish I had thought to post earlier.

My experience wasn't bad until the guy at the counter decided to share his political leanings as I was finishing up my purchase. I found this to be unprofessional and unpleasant and won't likely do business there again.The guy needs some coaching up.Very amateurish really.

I went in to get some things for my vehicle. Dropped money on the floor.l left the store. One of the store's employee's came out ask if I dropped anything? Thank God there are still Good people in this World. Money much needed to pay a bill. Great Customer Service. I can't afford to now , I would buy lunch for a awesome staff. We had the pleasure of getting Julio to assist with a check engine light situation this morning, customer service could not have been better! Julio went above and beyond to help with the situation and was more than just nice. It's an awesome surprise encountering great customer service, Well Done Advance Auto Parts!

For the most part it was good.then one female employee.decided.she was a man.when me an another lady was joking around like we always do.the girl decided to but into our convo.n was very rude.an even made a threat.i will not b shopping at front royal store again......no, I don't think I will.because obviously y'all r not going to do anything to correct the matter.

Went in for a battery and Mark (name on the receipt) was a great help and answered all our questions. He quickly installed my new battery. All staff we encountered were friendly.

This is more directed at one staff member than it is the store in general, unless this is store policy. I had called about a specific part and inquired about the prices and was given the lowest price for the part i needed, it was a little under $20. I go to the store and ask the rep for the cheapest part, and he pulled up the list. He deliberately hid the cheaper parts and only showed the most expensive ones on the computer screen and only gave me those to choose from. ($40 and up) I explained to him that i had just called and was quoted a much lower price, and then he scrolled down one click and there they were. When he brought the brakes up he brought a tiny pack of lubricant and never said a single word about it, just giving it to me. When i got home i checked my receipt and realized he had charged me for the pack of lubricant i never asked for and he never mentioned anything about it. this sales rep was trying to take as much of my money as possible, and i truly hope the company does not teach them to do this. Watch out for the older white guy at the desk, and make sure to check online or call ahead.

Customer service was excellent. The woman who helped us was professional and experienced. She was extremely patient and helpful in helping us get the correct parts we needed. No need to go anywhere else.

I needed a new battery installed..bought it Advanced Auto. Was advised to have these guys install it due to the computer boatd above it. I walked in..Mary was lovely and the mechanic drove it into the bay ...i was out of there in 10 minutes!!! $20.00. thank you Economy!

No option for zero stars ???? Service was absolutely terrible ... had to look the part up on advanceautoparts.com on my phone while standing at the counter cause the computer didnt list it after give the part number to the employee he said it would be ready for pick up at 11:00am next day ... go to pick up they can t find it ... part was left at Winchester hub store so they told me to come back at 3:00pm that evening ... go back no part winchester never delivered it ... so I myself had to go to winchester to pick up the part ...what poor customer service !!!!!!!!!!

You should know ahead of time what you need since the staff is not great at helping you find things for whatever project you're working on. Other than that, it's clean and organized here, and plenty of room to park and work on your vehicle if need be.

These guys sell awesome automotive paint and body shop supplies! They also do aerosol can with your exact paint for small jobs!

10/31/14 Good auto parts store. They seem to have everything I need in stock for normal repairs. (brakes, tune up, water pump, radiator, starter, etc). The staff is nice and they test certain things for free (I used them to test my starter) and have good loaner tools (electric clutch fan spanner kit.). The staff is a little better/friendlier than the AutoZone, and the Napa in town.

Advanced Auto has always been a place I stop but not until recently would I make Advanced my first choice Joe is very helpful,knowledgeable,and customer focused never have i had a bad experience there in 12 or more years I've purchased parts from them other stores provide ok service but advanced has proven to provide exceptional thank you.DWS

Went there today (sept29) and was in there 10 minutes and nobody offered to help, despite the store being empty. They sat and talked to each other instead and when I asked for assistance, they acted like it was a major inconvenience. I stopped going to auto zone because of things like this,guess it's time to add advance auto to that list.

Staff is very helpful. If you buy parts online and pick them up you can always get a discount. Best thing about this advanced is the tool rental program.

Engine on my Yukon started a little slow. Went into Advanced auto for a check on the battery. They replaced the Advanced Auto battery free. Great service. Highly recommend.
