Great selection of cars. David and Mike took great care of me.However, hours after purchasing my car I realized there was a headlight malfunction warning popping up nonstop. I soon realized that the car had no Daytime Running Lights (despite obviously having all the settings/buttons for them).While I applauded their dedication and customer service, I would be very attentive and detailed in your test drive (both day and night) and make sure to have them correct any issues before signing.When I asked to test drive again after dark, I was told it was a better idea to get the car washed (which never happened), so this leads me to believe the malfunction issue was known to the salesmen.Would recommend, just be wise and make sure they are fully transparent. Don t forget that you have the upper hand.Overall I did get a good deal, assuming the malfunction is not an expensive fix

One word SCAM. Do not go here.Went in on Sat April 13th to buy a toyota truck with Patrick. He had us sitting at his desk for 3 hours while he runs around and keeps saying he is busy and coming back and having small talks about his personal life. He was doing everything but selling us the car. After he got a copy of my ID, he asked me to follow him outside. Went out and he lit a cigarette and told me that there are cameras and microphones inside so he brought me out to tell me that the processing fee is usually $1399 but he can do it for $999. We walked back to his desk so he can show me on paper what the company paid for the car and said I can have a few minutes to discuss with my husband. He was gone for about 15 minutes when my husband went outside to find him sitting in a car with another person who works there and found them laughing and listening to our conversation from his desk. He left his phone on so he can hear what we were discussing. All while this is happening. There is another customer screaming loud with another car salesman. I have a recording that I will upload. Anyways my husband confronted patrick and he came back to the desk and balled up the copies of our ID card. And we left. I am so shocked, can t understand why he would stall about selling us the car. Did he think we couldn t afford it? Is this company a scam? Or was patrick high on drugs? I will never know. I also hope the owner provides him a towel because he has excessive sweating and wipes it off with the hands he welcomes customers with. After that I drove to Auto Giants which is a few minutes away and had an amazing experience, went home with my brand new Truck. Everything happens for a reason. Im actually so happy that Patrick didn t do his job and sold me a car. See video attached of customer and another salesman yelling at each other.

David and Mike were amazing! They got us in the exact car we wanted and needed despite our bad credit and were able to get us the best percentage rate, monthly payments, and amazing warranty possible. They went above and beyond to get us the best deal in an emergency. Highly recommend!

When you're looking for quality service think Jesus! He's amazing! I came and test drove a Model Y, it wasn't the right fit but he found the car of my dreams just 2 days laster and put the biggest smile on my face! He's the man that can! Thnks!!

Patrick and Mike are amazing people for getting me in the car I want so fast! All I did for a test drive was show up and give him my license qnd I was on the road. I may not live in Virginia, but he would definitely be my go to if im in the area.

Selection was very nice, found my dream car online, car was nice and clean and ready for me. The waiting area is very pleasantly seats, free snacks, drinks, nice environment. Let me test drive the vehicle no problem for 20 minutes. Staff are very friendly, pleasant work with, walked me through every step. Gave me a great deal and I am excited to be driving home in my new car. definitely recommend Premier Automotive group.

I purchased a 2018 Rogue from this place last year. Here are the pros and cons.Pros: They normally have a decent rate when it comes to vehicle prices.Cons: They ask for a $1499 documentation fee (which I negotiated for $999) but it's still freaking ridiculous. ALL their vehicles have an issues. I had to replace the power mirrors, axle, MISSING harness from the side view mirror window, and air intake system leading to the filter. I have a good mechanic and I am sort of a handyman so it worked out for me. If you're not, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!Altogehter, I dealt with David. Straight hustler like me LOL. You've been warned.

pick up a 2019 tesla model 3 and it was simple and easy my sale rep David made me very comfortable and broke everything down perfectly. They also were very patient and understanding. They also have a pretty good lot, so would recommend at least coming to take a look at some car here

I wish I could rate them with a zero! I would not recommend doing business with this dealer. Terrible experience and I would not trust one word out of David s mouth! I called him several times confirming there were no issues with the car before driving 400 miles one way to purchase. He assured me the car was perfect. He sent me the Carfax and I called him to discuss the minor damage that was reported. I specifically asked him about the condition of the paint where the vehicle had reported damage. He assured me multiple times it was perfect and you could not tell where it had been repaired. That was a complete lie! When I got there the entire front end had very obvious paint issues. The paint was cracked and looked to be a completely different quality and color. Paint chips all over the hood. The rear wheel on the car was rusted and no one could explain why. Very odd. I immediately left before I caused a major scene. I texted with David to express my disappointment only for him to repeatedly tell me how busy they were and use this as an excuse. He had time to send me a walk around video but he made sure not to get close enough for me to see the condition of the paint. I wouldn t recommend doing business with this shady company.

This place is a joke. I brought a 2022 Honda and everything was fine until a month later when everything they covered up and taped up started to come undone. I have contacted this place multiple times and every time I call they put me on hold and never come to the phone. I shouldn't have to deal with the problems I have with my 2022! but thats the sacrifice I get from going to this dump.

Dealership ran on dishonest business practices. I purchased my car from them after reassuring me it was working perfectly. I told them that the breaks are not working well when I test drove it. They assured me they would fix it when their mechanic was back to work, as I purchasing the car after he had already left. Then they changed their minds and said they would fix it after the holidays. We agreed on a date and I was 1.5 hour into drive when they told me that the mechanic did not show up. Then they told me to come back the following day, which turned into a week, and now it has been two months and my breaks are still not fixed. Not to mention the other faults I found in the car after taking it to a mechanic.I don't recommend purchasing a car from dishonest people, who do not value customer relationships and make empty promises.

I went to premiere auto to look at a Tesla,the people at this dealership are so friendly and helpful.Patrick showed me the car and we decided to purchase, Mike was the person to do the financing.Both Patrick and Mike made me very comfortable, like we were friends for years and just catching up.I will DEFINITELY recommend the dealership and both Patrick and Mike, if anyone needs to purchase a car and I will also be back for my next car.

We talked to Patrick, who introduced himself as a senior salesman, about buying a slightly used car from Premier Automotive. The car was offered at a good price, and we made an appointment to drive there. On the day before the appointment, we called Patrick and asked for a CarFax report on the car's history. He became evasive and did not want to do that. We obtained a report for this particular car from elsewhere, and the report said that the car was listed as a total loss a few months ago! Apparently, they got it fixed and were selling to unsuspected customers. This is a deceptive practice that has no place in an honest dealership.

I found a car via autotrader that I inquired about. Sales person reached out the next AM via email and text. I found a couple of others after browsing their inventory that we were interested in test driving. He replied and said you're looking at multiple cars and we're too busy on Saturday. One test drive per customer. I guess they're not interested in 1) Customer Service 2) Selling cars. I will not be giving my precious time let alone business to such dealership.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Premier Automotive Inc. I purchased a car from them and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From the moment I drove it off the lot, it was clear that something was seriously wrong. I had the car checked by two mechanics, who found numerous issues that needed immediate attention. Despite their efforts to fix the car, it became undriveable after just a few weeks.The problems with the car were extensive, including engine leaks and a need for a new coolant line, among other fixes. What's more concerning is that the mechanics informed me that considering the number of issues with the car, it should never have been sold in the first place.My purchasing experience was equally appalling. I had to wait a staggering 10 hours to complete the transaction, during which I was only shown one car. It's evident that there was a lack of transparency regarding the car's history, as the Carfax report failed to disclose that the car had been sold an alarming 23 times between dealers and auctions since September 23.When I reached out to Premier Automotive Inc. to address the issues with the car, I was met with dismissiveness and unprofessionalism. I was hung up on during phone calls, and when I went in person, they attempted to upsell me another car instead of addressing the problems with the one I had purchased. When I expressed my frustration and demanded viable solutions, I was rudely told to leave.It's evident that Premier Automotive Inc. prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I urge anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to look elsewhere. The numerous negative reviews speak volumes about their shady business practices. Additionally, I was appalled to be asked to write a five-star review in exchange for a $100 incentive. Please do not believe the false positive reviews; my experience serves as a cautionary tale of the deceptive practices employed by Premier Automotive Inc.

Ive tried getting a specific car for 2 years and kept getting rejected UNTIL I CAME HERE. David & Jesus remembered me and helped me until the very end. I finally got the car Ive been wanting THANKS TO THEM. If anybody is ever wondering where to go, Id recommend coming here. You wont regret it!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS, RUNI could write a novel about the issues with this place, but I'll keep it short.1. They sold me a Tesla with a faulty seal so the trunk floods. When I tried to get it resolved they just stopped responding and it was impossible to get in contact with anyone.2. After taking to a tesla shop, they said they believed it was in an accident which was not listed on the carfax report3. The list prices are lies. This is the price if you purchase their warranty which are ridiculous. Expect the price of your car to bet about $2500 over what you see listed after all their stupid fees.In summary, this place is about as scammy as you are gonna find. If you want to take the risk buying a car here, expect a 50/50 chance there is something wrong with it that is being hidden.

Always ensure thorough inspection before placing a deposit. If requesting post-test drive repairs, insist on written confirmation of the fixes before finalizing payment, as they are unlikely to address issues afterward. Their standard practice involves a waiver that absolves them of responsibility once the sale is completed.3. Their D- rating on the Better Business Bureau indicates numerous unresolved complaints from customers, a major warning sign.4. Prior to purchase, verify vehicle history with both AutoCheck and Carfax reports. AutoCheck is particularly useful for uncovering structural damage that Carfax might miss.5. Do not rely solely on their state inspection. Despite passing Virginia's inspection, my vehicle failed when I sought to transfer it to another state due to various mechanical and safety issues, costing me nearly $2,000 in repairs to pass the inspection.6. Proceed with caution.

David told us to come in despite bad credit and repo. Mike worked his magic with finance and really went above to ensure approval. Mike has a really great heart and really showed compassion. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that s looking. They also have really great quality cars. It s great quality all around. The lobby is stocked with great snacks and they are patient with children. Highly recommend.
