I was referred to this Meineke location by another repair facility. Once I arrived at the location they quickly examined my vehicle and let me know what needed to be done to fix the exhaust clamp on my vehicle. Reasonable price and I was out of there in 30 minutes.

An incredibly reliable and trust-worthy shop! I ve been going to Meineke shops for over 3 years now and have not been disappointed once - This location is no different! I recently moved to the area and Q has been so helpful with my Corolla, and recently-purchased Jeep. It s so difficult to find HONEST car shops who aren t looking to over-quote you or lie about the condition of your car. Q and the guys at Meineke are my go-to! Knowledge is on point and the pricing is more than fair.Thank you guys!!

Came here for the first and only time for an oil change and an engine check light. The light ended up being a minor issue, so this review is about the rest of the "issues" found.They contacted me claiming that I have over $3,000 worth of work (all brake pads, all rotors, rear calipers, front sway bar links, serpentine belt due to dry-rot supposedly, and 2 new tires), but something was off.I just had my brake pads and rotors done 2 months prior, so I skimped on their additional service recommendations. Also a quick glimpse at the serpentine belt revealed that it still looked normal (was also changed recently relative to how long they last). The car still feels as good as always too. I ended up getting everything inspected somewhere else, and they said that it was looking solid.TL;DR: Over-diagnosis of issues with urgency to get these "issues" serviced. I wouldn't be surprised if they were going to just change the tires, take my money, and leave the rest the same.

I ve gone to them ever since i ve had a car and the service is always wonderful, they do everything they need to do. bring concerns to my attention, and fast with the service. i took my car in for an oil change and they did the whole works (tire rotation, oil change, filter replacement, fluids) in about 30-45 mins. i appreciate their service each time

Made an appointment to pick up my vehicle. No one arrived until 30 minutes after shop opening ltime. I was late for work and a mandatory training. When I did finally receive my car, all the contents of my glove compartment were all over the floor of my vehicle. Manager Q, was great and helpful during the initial stage of the transaction and the only reason I left my vehicle there for work to begin with.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I take my car to them a very arrogant person on front desk and I told him what my car needs to be fixed only for quote they charge me $42 . They don t have mechanic just give you high quote to charge you $42 . Without diagnosing only for quoteIt is a scam business

I've been going to this Meineke for about 14 years now. They captured my trust and commitment the very first day I walked in. Yesterday, 7 September, I returned for a routine oil change and discovered that they have a new manager. New manager, but the same great service and customer appreciation. He professionally and warmly introduced himself; and I let him know immediately that because of his introduction he will continue to have a dedicated customer.

This is my first time for oil change and AC fix with out appointment and the response I get was very impressive and I got my car fixed within short period of time (beyond my expectation). The the manager there is very help full .He tries to explain every options to fix your car and save unnecessary costs. He explained to you a possible fixes that has to be done in the future and this will help you to budget your money and time.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Oil change

Fast, quality service. Prices are fair; coupons are available online to help with purchase! One star taken because I asked for the roadside buddy check and I'm not sure I actually got it. Matter of fact, I they didn't even give me a paper detailing any finding, much like the dealership does. However, I was happy with the work and their timely convenience, so no beef

They performed a presale check on a used car for me. Very through, showed me what they found and even called my husband to explain the details to him. Extremely honest, professional and friendly. Explained in ways I understood without talking down to me. Highly recommend! Shout out to Q.

I called in advance and spoke with Luke I believe and he set me up with an appointment, I wanted my quarterly maintenance which for me is - oil change / engine filter and cabin filter change / tire rotation and ac checkup / charge if needed.The prices were okay but my main strong point was the customer service and job quality. Normally when I take my car back from the mechanic I feel as if they couldn t care less about me or my car and I can tell through their work and attitude but with the men at this shop it wasn t like that.I don t have time to do my own work nor am I capable so I just take it to a shop and I think I found a good shop to stick with, only been there 2x this far, hoping for more!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Oil change

Quick and efficient service. I went there for the first time for maintenance. My car was ready in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable people. Absolutely spotless restroom. They described exactly what they were going to do and completed it in a timely matter. They changed the rotors and brake pads on the rear wheels of my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I opted for the new brake fluid service. Brakes work like a new car. Excellent service and great customer service. I really like how well they explain the repairs needed for my vehicle and that they went above and beyond my expectations to fix my vehicle. Ask for Mr. Khan, Service Manager. He is great! I strongly recommend this shop for your car repairs in the Prince William County area.

GREAT experience. My daughters took their car there to have the brakes looked at. They are new to owning a car and car maintenance in general. The staff was courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain and show everything to the girls that they were doing. We will definitely be back for all our cars future needs! Never have I EVER been so disrespected over a phone call service. Anet who is rude, un knowledgeable, untrainable, and frankly this was the last draw of me trying to get my vehicle fixed. I will no longer try to give this awful service, awful company my money. I advise everyone else to not too either.

One of the few honest shops in Northern VA. Great customer service from the shop manager, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Been here on multiple occasions because they've always quoted at a lower price compare to the surrounding auto shops. Ask for "Q" he'll take good care of you, never had an issue with him.For the owner: I would love to continue the business by going here for safety + emissions inspection. Would it be possible in the future for plans to expand in for this? I love this Meineke and would hate to go elsewhere because you don't have the facility to support customer needs.

Had a nail in my tire, and the service was excellent. I needed to get back on the road for multiple appointments and service tech, Que, provide a quick solution. He heard me and understood my time constraints. He ordered me a new tire, which came in the next day earlier than projected.Great job

I have been getting oil changes there for 6 years. This past Saturday I went and the prices were raises $40. Then the mechanic tried to cheat me out my money by refusing to do my oil change until I allowed him to run test on my car. He said the oil change would mess my car up....left and went somewhere else that did my oil change quicker and cheaper and my car runs just fine. I feel like he thought because I am a female I am stupid and know nothing about cars. Highly disappointed and will not be returning ever. No longer competitive in pricing either.
