Toni and the team have always done right by me and my vehicles. I have brought my cars a few times (Northern VA is so full of bad drivers). Each and every time the work has been top notch, blending you don't notice, great painting, and very nice body work. If there was ever an issue (there were small ones) they were very quick to respond and get me back in to correct and the warrantee their work.I did want to say something about part lead times. Especially to those of us that drive European cars (VW, BMW, Audi, etc) the local body shops have no control on delivery times. NONE of the local dealers keep every part to every car in stock and there is no magic warehouse full of bumper brackets and the like. If you are having any real damage fixed those parts are getting on a plane or boat to get here. Take that into account. Even the dealership will have to wait for stuff.

Quality of repairs: I had damage to our front end. From the estimate to completion, Rebekah (not sure on the spelling) was outstanding and the L&M Body Shop team was great. Communication and customer service was the best I've had in the automotive world over the past 45 years of dealing with automotive repair and body shops, both dealer and third party. The work was Lexus OEM quality. I would come back to L&M without any second thoughts.Customer service: Rebekah is the best body shop estimator and customer service person I have ever met in the automotive world. I went to three other body shops with appointments that kept me waiting for over fifteen minutes to almost half an hour on the first one. At the end of the day, I'm not waiting. Rebekah immediately welcomed me, followed me to my car, and did an estimate on the spot with photos. She scheduled my drop-off appointment, asked for my communication preference, and I was out in ten minutes. Every body shop needs a Rebekah.

Excellent shop. It s so hard to find good quality businesses these days in general. This place was professional, the work done on my car was great. My car was clean when I picked it up. They allowed me to leave my rental car with them since there s an enterprise across the street. The customer service and communication was superior. I am very impressed with every aspect of this shop.

Toni was exceptional the whole time my vehicle was being repaired. I would recommend this family oriented body shop to all my friends and family. When I got my car back it s like it was brand new off the dealership lot. Exceptional work and attention to detail. Great work!

You fixed my MILs CTS two different times. We can not even tell that the car had been in accidents before. Your crew did an awesome job making the CTS look like new again. Fabulous work. Thank you so much L & M!

Great body shop. They handled everything with insurance and walked me through the whole process. Gave me great estimate for my car and repaired it in a timely manner. They even detailed my car!*Update* (04/23/21)I recently purchased a new body kit for my car and decided to take it back to L&M for an install since they did such a great job repairing my car last time. They did an astounding job on the install. Definitely the best body shop in the DMV!

I received the call that my car was ready and showed up a couple days later and was presented my repaired vehicle. Except one problem. Which I had to discover on my own. None of the badging on the rear hatch had been replaced, nor was the bumper top protector. I was assured they would be in in a couple days so I left with my almost done vehicle. I got home and noticed something odd that I didn t immediately spot while at the shop. Is that a bolt head protruding from my wheel well. Sure as S is. In a whole where a push pin is supposed to be placed they used two (different) bolts, one on either side. Now I had installed a hitch on this car previously so I happened to have a box of these push pins so I removed their bolts and put the proper push pin in. This is far beyond shade tree mechanic level to rank DIY amateur. Who, in their right mind thought that would be acceptable!? Anyway, i go back they put the new badges and bumper top protector on and drive it back to me. I take one glance and I can tell the outback is not in its proper place. Having had about enough of this place at this point, and really not wanting a shop that uses random bolts to hold body panels on, to touch my car again. I guess I will just order a new badge and fix their mistake, once again.Very disappointed. See the photos.

L&M went above and beyond repairing my wife's car. They were fast, efficient and provided everything we needed while the car was out of commission. It looks and drives better than it did when we first bought it. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their vehicle.

terrible terrible terrible! They crashed my car and didn t bother double checking if I had known about the accident! They never updated me on when the car was coming back and I called them asking them when it was coming back they said tomorrow, my dad goes there to pick it up because they told the insurance they finished, they told us they need to clean it and check on the AC still and that they will let us know tomorrow. Really?? why would you tell the insurance that it s done then. Poor communication skills really! They also tried to call the accident a little incident it s like they don t even care about their costumers. I will never recommend this place for anyone again! Please consider this review a warning on what you will entail!

Great business! Did fabulous body work that was needed due to damage/claim. Recommended by my insurance. Tony has exceptional customer service skills. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Had to send my Mirage for repairs due to a small accident, repair was under two weeks and was able to give the key to the rental that I had during the process. Staff always kept me informed with the repairs and how long it would take.

Nice people. However, they lack communication and definitely do not recommend selecting this shop for repairs. Ended up spending couple thousand on repairs elsewhere due to their negligence.

L and M Body Shop were professional and helpful when they assisted me after my recent accident. Unfortunately my car was totaled but the team at L and M were excellent. Angelique was very caring and accommodating. It was refreshing to speak with Tony who was honest and able to advise me when working with my insurance company.

If you love your car like I do then this is the place for you. The service was amazing, they have a great crew. When I got my car back I couldn t even tell that it was ever in a accident. They did a phenomenal job and will definitely recommend to family and friends. It took over a week just to get an estimate and almost three weeks to get parts. Let's see how long they are going to drag this go on. I had to call multiple times and they keep give excuses. Nobody even bothered to give me an estimate until my 6th call.

Was involved in a rear end collision. Took my vehicle in to L&M Body Shop and WOW what a professional amazing body shop! Rebekah in the front office is amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful! I had the BEST experience at L&M by far!! very professional and prompt service. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by Billy.. he was "dressed for success " and took time to go over every detail in my repair, even down to recording the mileage of my car to assure me that they do not do shady stuff . Also, Billy, Tony and mechanics went above and beyond fixing my car. They totally restored it better than before. Precise work..they also cleaned my car. It looks so nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend L&M when you need your car repaired make L&M your choice you will not regret it. Yolanda Marquez

Shop did a good job but they lack a little in follow up. (Had to call two days later for quote when I was told I'd get it end of day, called 4 days after work was started to ask for estimated finish time and was told someone was supposed to call me with quote for additional repairs needed) once we were on same page though, work was quick and well done.

Had to bring my car in to fix a broken headlight, undercarriage damage, and a bent hood. Service was amazing, I got email updates regarding the status of my car and the service was completed in a timely manner. Tony and Becca were so kind and my car looks amazing! The car was even vacuumed when I came to pick it up!

Honesty and Integrity is their hallmark. Working with Anthony, Billy, and Richard has been a refreshing experience. My vehicle is not just some mechanical tool to get me from A to B, it is a part of who I am, and they understood that better than anyone. I had an estimate completed on my vehicle by another shop who were, in short, trying to take my vehicle from me. I immediately had it towed to L&M auto, within two days they had a comprehensive estimate that was honest and upfront. Furthermore, their customer service was above reproach. When I asked if it would be too much if I called frequently for updates and they stated, this is your second home, come and go and call as much as you like. I would recommend them to anyone who needed body shop repair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks guys for everything!!

This was my second time bringing my car in for damage repairs. Tony and his staff were very courteous and accommodating each time. This go round, I was 98% happy with the repairs, and Tony made sure the minor detail was fixed to both our satisfaction. Glad to know this shop takes pride in their work, and ensures you are going to be 100% satisfied. IF I happen to need body work again, (let's pray I don't), I will not hesitate to in-trust my vehicle to L&M.

I had gotten into an accident and my car was taken to this body shop. From the beginning, the communication was outstanding. I kept freaking out because it's my baby in the shop. Tony reassured me that everything would be just fine. The service was top notch. My car was repaired with every detail outlined to my standards. Tony went above and beyond to make sure that I was over the top happy with every decision that needed to be made. I recommend anyone to go here. You will surely feel like family. I cannot thank Tony nor his staff enough.

When I drop my car off, I was assured to be in good hands. This business was well aware of my insurance company as well as my need to get back to work. They took care of that battle for me. This repair took some time but Tony and the rest of his team did amazing performance as well as 5 star customer satisfaction job!Jobs my take longer than expected but if you want your car done correctly you cannot place a time limit on it. Trust the experts at this shop! This was a hard lesson I ve learned and I now take that message with me.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
