No complaints about this location! Stopped in on a Friday morning for an oil change. The service was great! The building and bathroom were clean. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The employee that was helping me told me they offer 50% off on oil changes on Veteran s Day which I thought was a really nice promotion for veterans. I recommend this location!

This is a good Jiffy Lube, we bring our cars here all the time and have never had an issue. I am docking them one star because the area can be hard to get in an out of and once you are inline; you are pretty much stuck once someone pulls in behind you.They have always been upfront with me on any issues with my car and I don't find them obnoxiously pushing on upselling the service like other quick changes oil places.If you have a car/truck that is a little outside the norm, call ahead so they can order your filters in advance.

Good service. Takes time to explain to understanding.which helps to make better decisions on important services to be done on your vehicle. I didn t know my best tires were supposed to at the back. All along all I knew was my best tires should be in front. They made me realized that.Keep it up..

These guys are the best. I used to drive from Arlington just to go here for car servicing but thankfully just moved back to the area. They re quick and efficient + I trust them to tell me how to prioritize what needs to be done with the car. Highly recommend!

I came in today to have my battery replaced. The job went smoothly and took less than 30 minutes. The technician (Louis) who replaced the battery even took the time to show me where to locate the battery under the back seat.

Please get some information before you pay anything. They told me that I need to flush the engine because it s recommended every oil change and mine was super dirty so they said they would do it for 99$ because the process it s difficult and I came out to find out that the fluid it s 20$ and you just added to the car wait 10 min and change oil and oil filter. Save some money please. Jiffy lube please don t scam people like that.

I was amazed with their service today.. great customer service and customer support. The workers there was nice . Talk to you politely. I had to use them since I can't change my oil on my own at the moment. They notified me of things, but didn't try hard to upsell me. It was quick and I'd go back if I have the need for someone to change my oil again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

In August my kids were heading to visit their grandparents when my sons car started over heating. In an emergency stop they ended up here and found out that his radiator was leaking. It was repaired at a hefty cost but for an emergency you do what you have to do.Fast forward 7 months and only 2000 miles later and the new radiator is now leaking. My husband called and spoke to the "manager ". He explained that the part was under warranty but not the labor and let him know where the closest affiliate service center was. That was on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I have attempted to call them for the last 2 days (8 times total) without any answer. All I was trying to do was get further information to make a decision on how to proceed with my son's car issue. The biggest question I had was about how much the "labor" would cost because there are two places that show two different prices on the invoice. I feel like they are ignoring my calls on purpose and don't want to deal with the problem.Stay away from this place for anything other than an oil change. They obviously don't want to help when they aren't making exorbitant amounts of money off of you.

Everyone was super nice. I got there, parked my car, and was immediately greeted and provided with instructions. The manager was very hands-on with all the employees and customers. Everyone was working hard, fast, and diligently. Good job boys!!! Sorry for arriving so close to closing time. I appreciate y all taking care of me. Visited the shop for an oil change and filter replacement. The team serviced my vehicle in about 45 minutes. They even vacuum the driver and passenger floor mats as part of the visit. Cristian and his team provided excellent service during the visit.

I ve always experienced excellent customer service at this Jiffy Lube, but recently the team went above and beyond to help me replace a discontinued hub-cap for my Nissan. Luis in particular really went out of his way to help me :) I m beyond grateful, this really made my day! Will definitely continue coming to this establishment so long as I m living in the area. We were traveling home and needed an oil change so we stopped here. This is by far the best experience I ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. I wish I lived closer so I could come back. The staff members were so helpful and caring. They made us feel like family members. Excellent customer service from every single employee. This store is top notch. I recommend coming here. 100%

I ve been coming to this location for over 3 years now. This place is always clean and the service is great. They also have a small coffee area in the waiting room which is a nice addition. I had an issue with my tire cap not coming off and they were able to get it off. Besides that, they were probably the nicest people I ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to with a car issue. If you re having any issues go here and see them!

If you love your cars, don't go there EVER!Yesterday Saturday March 16th I had a service and I paid for it at your workshop at 17440 Jefferson Davis Hwy Dumfries, VA 22026.For my 2020 CHRYSLER PACIFICA, Current Mileage 37500Service was performed:Engine Air Filter Replacement$33.99Full Synthetic Oil$106.99Cabin Air Filter Replacement$49.99Wheel BalancingAbout $45contact store for pricingTire rotation$34.99But today, the next day, I drove to Leesburg VA on the highway and noticed that at a speed of 55 mph and above, Strong beating and vibration began throughout the body of the car. I realized that Wheel Balancing was done wrong, since nothing like this had ever happened to my car before.On the way back I came to that workshop and told them what had happened. However, they told me that the work was supposedly done and they would not check or fix anything. I think this is a scam and deceit. I then drove to another NTB-National Tire & Battery shop near my home where I was scheduled for a Wheel Balancing check for Monday morning. I just relocated to the area and I was so impressed with the awesome staff! Every team member created a friendly environment and the service I got was exceptional. My oil change and tire rotation was done immediately. They cleaned my windshield and topped off my fluids all in what seemed like 10 minutes. The employees here go above and beyond! Great job team. Thank you all!

I've been a customer here for many years. The staff is always friendly, courteous and attentive. There is a clear commitment to customer service, and that sort of thing comes from the top.I got in just under the wire before closing one night. As I drove away I discovered a problem, and swung back in. Even though it was after closing time, the team trouble-shot the problem and fixed it. (Diagnosis: Faulty oil filter. The Team replaced it) Although it was after closing, the service adviser tasked if he could drive the car down the highway a little bit, just to be sure all was well.There's of course been a lot of turnover in the team in the years I've been a customer, but the customer service attitude and professionalism have never changed. I'll say it again: In business, that flows down from the top.

My experience was pleasant. It was very busy which is expected it was Saturday morning, but they were really polite well informed. Especially Samantha. They said it was a 45 minute wait before they could change the oil, but I was completely finished in 45 minutes and there were a good 4 cars ahead of me!But their team work and professionalism was refreshing. I definitely return.

The staff was super! They all knew what they were doing and were friendly, very fast and professional. I really enjoyed and appreciated the service I received from the entire staff at Jiffy Lube in Dumfries, VA. They also accepted my oil change Jiffy Lube coupon and I was so happy about that! Fantastic work guys! Thank y all! I definitely plan to go back for some other engine flushing services as well as future oil changes. This team is amazing!

Service was fast and friendly. When I came in for a oil change they told me it wouldn t take longer than 10 minutes. It took me about 15 to leave only because I stayed an extra 5 to chat with the friendly staff. They were very quick with my car and on a weekday when you are coming home from work and the last thing you want to do is get your oil changed or anything besides going home; they definitely make the process quick, easy and enjoyable .

I lived in this area for a while now and didn't even know this place was there. I used to sheehy to get my oil changed but due to financial reasons I decided to try this place. And I must say I like it. I was in and out in a jiffy ( no pun intended ).
