Talked to the owner regarding a recent deal and explained the situation to the owner, He wisely listened and a greed to the resolution and made the customer happy with the solution of the matter. everyone of you who are reading this comment, you can reach out to my business in person and I will verify on how good the owner and the staff is. Just keep in mind, you and I we are buying and selling USED cars, it will definitely have problems, These dealers who buy from the auction wont know what is going on because they don't drive it long miles. If you buy a used car and something happens to it, don't blame them, just consider this a karma as we all believe in karma. Not only them but also all the used cars dealers have the same type of business buying from Auction and fixing them pay the mechanics and selling them... don't blame a business by selling you the wrong product, it you who will have make sure what you are buying you know what you are buying.

I have never been to a dealership and felt comfortable when buying a car and that is coming from someone who works for a big name dealership. When I originally called I was greeted by Mansour who I had a great conversation with and decided to come check out a car. The vehicle was excellently priced and they allowed me to do a full pre-purchase inspection. The team there is definitely one to be grateful for when it comes to a smooth, stress free experience. I would also like to thank Milo personally for following through with getting the financing situated and deal finalized. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. My entire experience at Dream Auto Group was nothing short of exceptional and was absolutely amazing. I ve dealt with many car dealerships over the years, and I was beyond impressed with this dealership customer service and HONESTY. Mansur was extremely professional and patient with me throughout the entire process. I was blown away by his knowledge, expertise and detail oriented (if I may add) . He truly treated me like family here, which meant a lot. I would strongly recommend Dream to anyone and certainly plan to be back for another car in the near future. Overall, a 5/5. Not the average car dealership. He goes above and beyond. Great communication, detail in explanations and made me feel more than a just customer.

Great experience! Details of the car I bought were disclosed. Taking the car to an independent mechanic, which I did, was encouraged and the findings were pretty much as expected. An extended warranty on a rebuilt car was offered. Because I drove from another state, Mansur even contacted me to make sure I got home safely. Very kind and caring.

Just bought a Nissan SUV this past weekend and the whole experience was nothing short of amazing! Mr. Mansur (owner) is a very nice courteous gentleman who was welcoming from the beginning and answered any questions I had. He was honest about any history and every details regarding the car that i asked about. would definitely return for future purchases. thank you!

I just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Tuscon with very low miles from Dream Auto Group. I was nervous about purchasing a used car from a small, independent used car dealership. I purchased all of my previous vehicles from major dealerships, and the two other small independent dealers I visited before Dream tried to pressure me into in house financing and buying unnecessary warranties. However, Mansour and his son Milo provided excellent service with no pressure. The process was easy, and the vehicle is in surprisingly great condition!

Highly recommend! Small shop, probably >100 or so cars but don't let that fool you. The lot is packed with quality cars that range from all makes and models. Priced VERY reasonably as well as maintained very well. Can tell that the owner takes pride in what he is doing and the cars that he sells! Not to mention how personable and kind he is! He is willing to go above and beyond for the customer really making you feel comfortable. Will definitely come back when in need of a new vehicle. I cannot praise this place enough, they deserve all good things!

Me and my husband just brought a car back in October. Hoping everything is going fine but unfortunately turned out to be bad luck for us. We have been waiting for the title for at least 6 months. They told us everything is good, and they got it under control. Finally, they cannot give us the title and I have to return the car. I just want my money that i put on the car back. The last call I called; they said don t call me again and they would rather attempt to get our car repo ed (we have made all payment and acted in good faith) or get our car impounded.Update 1/29/23We got our money back and I returned a truck. Dream auto group is an amazing dealership! I bought my first car from here after being haggled by big named dealerships. They prioritize the customers needs when it comes to finding the perfect car. They are an honest family owned business that works hard to make customers feel comfortable. Even after I purchased my car, they have kept in touch with me to see how my car was doing and if my car needed anything. They are very transparent and willing to help with everything. Very Very good experience. Saw the car online and filled out the paperwork the next day. Car looked like the picture and drove it from Dumfries to Richmond like a charm. Monsour was patient and upfront during the entire transaction. Highly recommended!Inspection by Toyota dealership attached. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!!! They sold us a truck with rolled back mileage. Advertised at "32k miles, new tires, runs great, good condition". Had truck delivered to us. Come to find out it has over 240k miles, tires were bald, driver seat tore up. Needless to say, they refuse to take or return any of our calls!! Never once did say the actual miles on the vehicle! Highly illegal! Who knows who else they are trying to dupe and get away with it!

Pretty horrible experience. Drove 1 hour 40 minutes after work on a Friday. He had all week this vehicle I wanted priced at 15995. Then Friday somehow it went up to 16995. I called earlier that week on Tuesday and he said it was for 15995. They have also had this vehicle for over a month and did advertise it 15995 a month earlier. Now at 16995 the vehicle is definitely over priced especially with an outrageous 999 dealership fee which is insane. I tried to talk to him about the price it was originally was when I called. He said he would keep the car for a year. Another customer was there with me and overheard the conversation and just left because of how bad and rude it was. I also called before I came and he said he would be there and he wasnt so I had to wait for 30 minutes as well as the other customer who drove over an hour. The owner didn t even acknowledge the other customer didn t apologize for not being there. He could care less about his customers. This is a shady business do not shop there.

I bought my dream car from here! The price was reasonable, Carfax report was provided for free. The dealers were honest and truthful about what happened to the car. You have to realize used cars are not always perfect, but I can guarantee you these owners can guarantee you're receiving a nice car.I've been driving my car for a week now, and it runs so smooth, I don't regret this at all.Don't let the negative reviews determine whether you visit or not, just trust your gut.Thank you Milo & Mansour from Dream Auto Group!

Very honest dealership. Mansour gave us the pros and cons about a vehicle we were interested in. We decided to look at a different car, Volkswagen Golf, on his lot, he showed us the Car Fax without asking and after a test drive, we made an offer and purchased. Great after the sale dealership that included an oil change and additional service. No pressure to buy. Highly recommend.

Come here if you want to get ripped off. Seriously, van I recently purchased was returned back due to its lack of safety measures and its uncertainty in the body frame(Milo said it was in great condition and SAFE). Description also says the van was cleaned, you guys shouldve saw the van. The bank took the van back and so did they. Worked on the van myself and got it inspected. Im not compensated and my down payment is gone. Not sure how they do work but its like Milo and his dad just bounce back n forth. If Milo thinks its an inconvenience he ll send me to his father. And if his father thinks its an inconvenience he ll send me to Milo. Unbelievable, please be careful going to this dealership. Better off going to carvana. This is a junk yard not a dealership, im confident not a single car in that junk yard will get past 50 miles.

I gave them deposit for a car Sept-12-2022. They sold that car to another person for higher price on Sept -14-2022 while I was busy arranging money for the car. They shamlessly tried to give me fake story about car being called back to Toyota dealership. Later on they admitted to their fraud as I had seen the whole deal myself.What kind of business is this? If they didn't want to give me car I would have understood.. but the LYING?! I drove back and forth 50 miles. I took time off from work. They had no shame lying to me , giving me total fraud story about the car being called back by toyota dealership. VERY DISHEARTENING.

Mansour was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and right to the point with my whole buying of my 2015 Fiat. Traveled over 2 hours to get to his place from Delaware because we liked what we saw with the car pics on line and wasn't disappointed when we arrived. The transaction was smooth and Mansour was very honest with the car/ showed us the car fax, stuck with the price on what we discussed over the phone before heading there. Highly recommend him and his place.

Great people to deal with. I bought a great vehicle at an extremely fair price. They were extremely professional with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. If you want a nice vehicle at a fair price with absolutely no hassle at all, you should definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed. Their inventory changes frequently so check in with them often.

I can easily say I had the best car buying experience of my life with these guys. This is a great independent used car dealership, with low overhead so they can give you an amazing price. The owner will most likely deal directly with you, and he is straight up and honest, easygoing, and very knowledgeable about cars. Imagine that! A pleasant surprise.He is also very good at picking great cars. I guess he finds such great deals at auction that he is able to give people the best price around, by far, and I checked lots of other places. I dreaded buying a used car, but now I am thrilled beyond my expectations. The owner let me test drive all the cars on his lot I was interested in and he was really easy to deal with.

We just purchased our Subaru from this dealership & Mr. Wassel was professional and fair. I despise haggling and was not looking forward to this process; but he made it so simple. They run this business the new way with old fashioned values. I can't believe I have to say it; but trust and your word means a lot to us. This dealership has ours. What an experience, I am definitely a satisfied customer. I expected my visit to Dream Auto Group to be like past experiences visiting other dealerships and I have to be the first to admit that I was wrong. The level of customer service and professionalism made my car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. I appreciated the willingness to work with me as I asked questions in search of the right car for me. The vehicles were clean and the dealer was too happy to provide the information on the history of the vehicles I took interest in.The prices were comparable and the vehicles were of good quality. The dealer provided excellent service by making minor repairs to ensure I made a satisfied purchase. I will definitely recommend Dream Auto Group to friends and will be back for my next purchase.

I was looking to purchase a car and it was a Sunday when i called the dealership, even though the office was closed Milo said he would wait until I arrived to accommodate me. Little did I know this young man was the best car salesman I have ever encountered. Milo made my experience totally stress free and made the process first class from beginning to end. My family recently went to Dream Auto Group to purchase the perfect van for us. Mansour gave us an unbeatable price for a 2015 Honda Odyssey with very low miles. He made sure that any questions or concerns we had we all answered before we left. There was no pressure from him into buying it. If you are looking for your "Dream" car for an affordable price, we definitely suggest shopping here!

Mansour and his dealership are absolutely amazing. The number of cars there with low mileage is very impressive. For example, I purchased a 2007 model with under 70,000 miles, where does he find these gems?!? They are extremely easy to deal with, flexible, and very accommodating. I live about 5 miles from his dealership, and he allowed me to take the vehicle home and show the family before making my final decision. I can't recommend Mansour and Dream Auto Group enough, thank you so much!

I had a superb experience buying a car from Dream Auto group. Mansour is extremely polite, transparent, and accommodating. I walked away feeling I bought a car from a trustworthy and good person after he explained to me exactly what his buying/selling process is. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfectly set with my car and even went out of his way to help me with a small issue (even picking me up from the metro when I couldn't find a ride). Would highly recommend heading to Dream Auto group for an affordable car and a great customer service experience!

Walk in, ready to buy a car today.. Walked the entire lot, not once did anyone come out to assist. Went inside to inquire about a price of a car I liked and the man said to "look online" without any eye contact, just kept typing on the computer.. I would never do business with this lazy dealer. Treat people with respect and you may get more business.

While our experience with these folks was good, the vehicle has not been good! We picked up our truck and on the way home it started running very rough, but I still made it home. It also popped a code on the way and when I looked it up were several transmission codes that cleared. The truck sat for another week as this was bought as a trainer for my son and we had a bad week of winter weather. On the next sunny day my wife took him out for a drive and the truck immediately began to run rough and sputter. I took it immediately to my shop who has had it ever since! Luckily this place gave me a warranty because we are using every bit of it replacing a transmission, radiator and coils.I have a good feeling they knew of the issues this truck had when we bought it, but I can t prove that of course. Just insist on that warranty!!

Easy 5 star review! Cannot beat their prices, and the guys there being super nice was just icing on the cake. It was my first time buying a car and they were very knowledgeable and patient throughout, answering any questions I had and even recommending Apple FCU which got me a rate less than half of what my bank was offering. They took care of all the paperwork with titling and registration in Maryland, all I had to do was sign and pick up the plates a few weeks later. Couldn't be happier with my experience or my new car.

Needed to replace one of the rear wheels and the spare tire, found me two tires quickly and replaced them in less than 5 minutes.
