Hot Shot Ram 3500 heading to Maryland fuel pump failed on a Friday night. No one in town would work on a diesel. Thank you Walter for getting to this right away. Installing a new fuel pump and getting me back on the road by early afternoon on Saturday. Can't be happier for the response and price.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!The towing guys are AWESOME but the so called mechanics are amateurs! The towing was there right when they said they would be and he was very helpful and comical and made the situation less terrible.I got into an accident on my way through VA for spring break. Croppers towed my car to their auto body shop, which was a very sketchy establishment to begin with. I received a call from them a few days later telling me what the damage was and how much it would be. The price was some- what reasonable for what needed to be done to my car but they sure as hell didn't do what they were supposed to!All I told them to do was put in a new radiator (simple enough right?) WRONG! Not for these brain dead people!First they tell me that they are "not equipped to handle something like this", which I said fine to and that I'll take it to someone who can do it right. Then without my knowledge they went ahead and "tried" to do it anyway! So 5 hours later they called and said that they put the radiator in. I didn't trust what they did (which was very smart on my part). I still had it towed to a pro shop to make sure they did everything correct and to finish the body work and anything else that needed done.The place that I had it towed to assumed that because the radiator was new that there was no issues, oh but there was.... The body shop repaired EVERYTHING on my car and the day before I was supposed to pick it up they were checking the fluids and noticed that the radiator fluid was low so they put some in and it leaked all over their shop floor! They looked for the leak and noticed that when Croppers put in the supposed new radiator they cracked the thermostat housing. So the shop fixed it and filled it back up and it leaked AGAIN but this time from the radiator itself!This shop is a complete waste of money and time! They are they worst auto body shop I have ever witnessed! I have friends who are in high school who do better work than these so called "mechanics" did.

Professional, reasonable and fair. I have been working with Walter for the past week while my vehicle was at Croppers Auto shop. He really went above and beyond to help me navigate what could have been a very costly repair! He touched base often to discuss progress & updates. My vehicle couldnt have broken down during my travels in a better area! I absolutely recommend bringing your vehicle to Walter at Croppers Auto when your vehicle needs repair!

We broke down on 95 N, after a mobile mechanic tried for hours to fix our van, we had it towedhere. Towing charge was 1/2 price of anyone else, we arrived at 4:30 pm and theguys worked on our van till 8pm, 2 hours past closing, No extra charges, exactlywhat they told me. Van is running fine, thank God for these honest, hardworking guys !

Croppers. Was there for me today.. On a tow.. Instantly gave me a time then came way before hand. Picked up and dropped my vehicle where it needed to go at an amazing price. Great real customer service. Talked about Jeeps and being a Veteran. Even realizd where my dad went to get my go kart tires replaced for mt kids when i was at work... Seems to do it all... Have my business for life.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Completely unprofessional! I took my car to Cropper's for diagnostics due to it overheating. I come back to get my car, and they had already done work on it (they replaced the ignition coil - because they said my car wouldn't start). I never asked them to replace anything in my car and was not notified that anything would be done to it. After I told them that I would take my car to another mechanic, they blocked my car in and told me I would not be leaving without paying for the work they did. I should not have to pay for something I did not tell them to do. I took my car to Cropper's for diagnostics, not to have any work done. They did not have my authorization to do any work on my car. They gave me an estimate without the quote - that was NOT signed. I called in to their office this morning to speak with a manager and they told me if I kept calling, they would get the police involved for harassment.

I had the worst experience at Croppers. They towed my vehicle. I went to pay and they procrastinated. I inspected my vehicle exterior and interior. Then I retrieve my firearm because it was on the floor board. I tucked it in my waist line. The guy named Jason or Tommy said no big deal, but later told the lady and older guy (owner?). The lady called 911. Dumfries and Prince William County Police arrive. Racism at it s best. No crime, no threats, no brandishing, nothing but a black man with a gun in his waist line...very dangerous thing Croppers should not be in business!

Fast service. I did not wait long to get my van towed from i95 and they replaced my damage tire very fast. I never have experience like this before. They explained what is the problem also and what cause it. It's awesome!!

The mechanics are uncertified and the customer service was fairly poor. The receptionist was especially rude. The whole nightmare I went through felt like a big scam.There was no concern to help and there was no sincerity from all parties involved when it came to fixing my car due to it overheating. I was told that my ignition coil was broken and needed to be replaced and that my car was in need of a new engine. When I questioned them on how this may have happened they just blamed the problems on my car being old and went about their day. When I finally got it towed to a new mechanic the only thing needing to be replaced was my distributor cap which connects to the ignition coil and other than that minor tune ups such as fuses and wiring. Though Cropper's may have been right in a different situation, they did not check my car thoroughly enough to spot the problem and figured that if I paid over $1000 to replace the engine the problem would've solved itself anyways

My neighbor had my car towed by mistake. This was a very frustrating situation. Croppers went above and beyond the call of duty by bringing my car back to me, explaining what happened, and gave me a face to face apology for the misunderstanding even though it was not their fault that my car had been towed. I know that I wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with in this situation but that did not stop them from doing everything they could to correct what had happened. Thank you for your assistance today.

Traveling thru the state, tire value malfunction. They took the time to repair the value and got me up and running. Thank goodness they are caring and did a fast great job! if I lived in that state I would tell everyone to go there.

My car over heated on I-95 and I was in a pinch. Austin and Jeff with Cropper's were awesome. They answer the phone 24-7 and they are very helpful. From talking to them, they do a lot of work with the State Police as well. Good people. Good customer service.

There is nothing honest about this company. Today is the first of April. My inspection sticker died at at midnight. They came and towed my out of my driveway thanks to my landlords contract with them. They til the last day after midnight. The sticker was 3 hours expired and I was taking my vehicle to the service station this morning. But now I have to pay them $128.00 to get my car out of storage. Anything to make a buck.

These people aren't even worth the 1 star I gave them. They towed my car for not having a Town of Dumfries sticker on it. I just moved there 10 days ago. Haven't even been there for 30 days, as the HOA documents stated nor did they give me a warning that I even needed one, also in the HOA documents, which states I had 5 days to remedy and get a sticker. This place is a RIP OFF!! Not my fault, but they refused to release my car if I didn't pay them the $160. This was in no way my fault! Jeff is a rude liar! Do not do business with them if at all possible.

Croppers made me wait over an hour to figure out what was even wrong with my car, Completely over charged me, took a ridiculously long "test drive", and didn't even run the computer diagnostic that they tried to charged me for.Don't bother with these amateurs. They really have no idea what they're doing. Not a single question I asked them was actually answered.

Literally the worst customer service Ive seen in my life. People working there have no manners and just decide to be belligerent and disrespectful with every customer that walks through their doors. Their employee was not only ready to fight me but was up in my face saying all kinds of nonsense in an attempt to scare us or to anger us to the point of hitting him. All i can say is the employees are the definition of ignorant and racist.

Been there 3 times now for various tire issues, and every time I've been in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed. Super quick service and beats Firestone or the other big guys every time on quickness and price.

They are the worst ever! The lady was inpatient considering that I was frustrated. Tooooo many unnecessary questions. And ohh poor customer service. The idiot hanged up! What the heck. Her time was just unprofessional. Never calling back
