This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. They are crooks?They should be put out of business for the type of service that they do. They don't give you receipt for the services that they say they're going to email you a copy. I've never received an email, and I never received a copy. They fill out the credit application and enter the incorrect address after you've given them your money. So your credit is not approved because it doesn't agree with your driver's license. Call my credit union to get approval. I'm approved for the loan through my credit union, but the credit union tells me that they won't approve the dealership because of the shady business practices. RUN AS FAST as you can away from these criminals!Please see the attached photo of the transaction that 95 Motors is saying they have no record of. This dealership is nothing but Liars, Thieves & Crooks!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car with 95 motors and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me. The selection of used cars at 95 motors was impressive, with a wide range of makes and models to choose from. The vehicles were well-maintained and in excellent condition, which gave me confidence in my purchase. This is the most dis honest dealership that I have ever dealt with. Thank twice before coming here, if you see a vehicle on auto trader for a good price listed by them don t fall for it. Jen was very helpful at the beginning, she told me how much I would need extra for tags, title and paperwork. Super friendly but I feel bad for her loriann is never in the office and has more excuses and lies on why she can t take my call. They always say they will call you back but they don t. I bought my truck on 10-30 and I still haven t received paperwork, tag sticker or my 15,mo they stole from me never appliemo it to my truck. I m taking them to court so this will never happen to anyone again. I m making sure that all my friends, family members, social media followers now this place is a scam and to not waste your time with this place. If a vehicle is listed by them on auto trader and it sounds to good to be true that s because it is. My husband is super furious with this place because they allowed me to put a vehicle in his name without him knowing, then they signed his name on a fake document that they wrote up needless to say I m suing them because they stole my money and my husband is also suing them for fraud. I ve been reading some of these reviews and it makes me sick how these people our getting over on people it s ok I ve also reached out to virginias motor vehicle dealer board. I hoped this review helps at least a few people to make the right decision by running as fast as you can away from this dealership. What they have put me through I wouldn t wish on anyone.

My daughter referred me to 95 motors and I had the best experience with them. I purchased a very nice 2020 Toyota Tundra and I couldn't be happier. I use this truck for work and had no issues with it whatsoever. The team there worked very well meet my expectations, very fast and easy as I hate the idea of spending all day in a dealership. They had the best customer service and made sure I received everything I needed. I will be referring everyone I know to 95 Motors!!

Run as fast as you can away from this car dealership. I'm in the process of taking them to court because they stole my 15000.00 dallor check and never put it towards the truck that I bought. I called LORIANN from my bank asking if I should get 26,000. Out. she said no just get 1500. And she would get me approved for the rest. Thank goodness I called her from my bank. because now I have her on a recorded message. Monica Cherry I would love to talk to you since we went through a similar situation with them. My loyer might like to talk to you too. I'm making sure that they will never be able to do this to anyone ever again. That is all I can say for now, but I will be making part 2 with everything that happened after were done with court. thank goodness for video cameras and recorded messages.

Even though I'm from Connecticut, they went above and beyond by arranging to ship the car to me. The customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. I honestly don t know where to start. I heard all these horror stories about buying cars from the wrong places but it has been amazing to be a customer of 95 Motors. They helped me purchase my first car and I didn t even need a co signer. The process was very smooth and the staff was great and most importantly I love my car! Tony at 95 motors will ensure an exceptional experience for you. The process of buying a car can be stressful but dealing with Tony will have you at ease. If you need a car do not hesitate to purchase with Tony at 95 motors. Not only was I given excellent customer service but he also gave me a great deal. With him I was able to get through the process without an issue. Despite the numerous questions and concerns I had, he did a wonderful job with his explanations. Fridays for me are a traditional Shabbat holiday which meant I was low on time. He showed respect and was able to accommodate to my time in less than an hour. I didn t expect it to be this less of a hassle to purchase a vehicle but I m more than pleased to have come across Tony at 95 motors. I already recommended his business and referred my friends and family. Seek no further than 95 Motors, you will have 0 regrets!

The real deal, this is the ultimate car buying experience, they got me in and out and into my dream car before the sun came down! Ladies and Gentlemen- I would say please don t go here- I had a bad experience with this company- I never purchase from small dealerships but they had a car I really like but they have bad customer service because tell you one thing and do another and it is like pulling teeth to keep calling them to let them know you coming to get car plus they wait till you have a check from your bank to go get car then change the whole deal of what they put on the bill of sale. When I say I was so upset that is an understatement. I literally went to bank and got a check with approval and with the bill of sale Lori sent to me and then it change to they want more money like whatttt are you serious. With that being said I rather not deal with them at all - but the man above will deal with whatever they got going on over there- because that was just plain wrong- oh i forgot to state do not use their trade in value site they have listed on their website bec they do not honor it - they want to give you what the auction or wholesale price of your trade in is not the trade in value if you are trading in you car. See they think I didn t know this but of course i have family members that work at carmax and other dealerships like big dealerships like Lexus- with that said have a good day

Bianca and Valerie were amazing on always communicating with me. Jason always kept in communication and made sure I received every detail I needed. 95 motors has excellent quality cars. I highly recommend them. They will work with you as well to know what monthly payment you want to be at. They work well with their interest rate. I highly recommend this place if you re looking for good quality cars and great communication.

My car was deemed a total loss by my insurance . To my surprise , icaliber collision wouldn t touch the car and neither would a few places . But 95 motors was my last hopes and not only did they completely fix everything, they did a gear job that u can t even tell my care was in an accident. I 100% recommend this place. Go to them before you waste your time with other places. You won t be disappointed !!
