I must admit, I had some uncertainty about how to begin this review, but after my experience, I couldn't be more sincere about sharing it. This family-owned business is simply unmatched. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was dealing with amazing people. Jen, her husband, and her dad exude fairness and are down-to-earth people that put you at ease.The reason I sought their services was to repair my truck's transmission, and they not only fixed it but also offered me a one-year warranty. That kind of commitment to their work and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.This level of integrity is hard to come by in today's world, and I genuinely appreciated it. It's rare to find a business that not only excels in its craft but also cares about the well-being of its customers.I wholeheartedly recommend this family-owned business to anyone in need of automotive repairs. Their unmatched service, fair prices, and caring approach set them apart in the best possible way. I'll be returning for any future automotive needs without a second thought.

One Performance is the BEST mechanic shop in the Northern Virginia, hands down. The services is incredible. The staff are HONEST (which is a rarity in the auto industry) and incredibly knowledgable. Jen always takes care of me and is communicative, making sure I know everything from start to finish.I won't go anywhere else for mechanic services. I give them my absolutely highest recommendation and encourage ANYONE needing mechanic services to patronize their business.True professionals!

While I don't look forward to car issues, I do look forward to future dealings with performance auto care. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. My issue (radiator fan replacement) was efficiently taken care of and at a good price. I will definitely return when I encounter auto issues

The customer service experience was great, very helpful with my questions and concerns. Even the mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable and offered good advice. Oh and their towing service was also great. This is a company that cares about their customers.

There s three things you want when you take your car in: honesty, good work, and low prices.1 Performance has 5-star honesty and good work. The prices aren t the cheapest, but it s worth the extra dollars to know you are jn good hands.

One Performance was wonderful in helping me! I had an issue with my car after accidentally hitting a rather large puddle. They were able to take a look and do the repair the same day for a shockingly reasonable price! 1 Performance is exceptional. I stopped taking my vehicles to the dealership and so happy to have found this place. They are trustworthy, reliable and professional EVERY TIME! They do not try to up sell unnecessary services and are honest and transparent about their work. Jen is in constant communication about the service EVERY visit. Highly recommend. Don't go here for inspections. Zero customer service from the old angry dude.1. Revved my manual car to 7K rpm to move it 10 feet into the bay for no reason.2. Rejected inspection and told me to pay $20 RIGHT NOW. Then was shouting at me to pay because he didn't see the credit card that I already put out on the table in front of him.3. Removed my NY state inspection and registration stickers from the car without asking me. Inspection was expired but registration was valid until the end of the month. He trashed them both.4. Put a huge rejection sticker into the window that took an additional 15 mins to remove.Why not calmly explain to person out of state why the car is not passing and leave everything else be? Ridiculous.

Walked up and one of the mechanics met me before I got there. Asked what I needed. Which was an emissions test. He said he would get it taken care off. Said it would be about 10 min. He walked back inside within 5 min and i was done. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend

These guys are knowledgeable, honest, incredible communicators and kind. My car has a pretty bad prognosis but they took great care of me and helped me understand my options best they could. I ll definitely be back and trust them with the work.

This is a great honest car repair shop! Those are hard to come by. We have a few vehicles and we come here for all of our maintenance and work.

Horrible place. Due to family emergency had to run out of town. Stopped and explained the situation and asked if someone could please help me put air in the tires. Lady says to wait a few minutes. Two gentlemen don't even acknowledge my presence. Stare right through me, like I'm some deformed five armed freak. Go wait in car for 15 minutes. Nobody comes, men come out and look at me but nobody helps. Wretched place don't use

Staff here are very rude. Especially the old man doing the inspections, he actually said "I will reject you" before even looking at the vehicle. I take care of my stuff so he had no choice but to pass me. Went there twice and both times felt like I had to explain why I was there like I wasn't welcome. Will not use their services again and recommend everyone else that cares about customer service go elsewhere.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

It's hard to find good customer service these days, but I had a really good experience here. I got my car inspected after work and was in and out within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and polite.

I ve been here a few times for state inspection. I know they do a good job when the inspector tells me he noticed new parts on my car. It is not a big fancy dealership, but they make up for it in the way they treat you. As a woman I often get treated poorly by shops. Not here! Super nice and efficient.

I went for an inspection at this location. The staff was friendly and personable. They made the wait for the car inspection feel nonexistent by kind conversation. They value teachers, military, and have a great sense of humor. Definitely would recommend and go again.

I went here consistently for state inspections when I used to live in Northern VA. I have never been treated with more courtesy, respect, and professionalism than I have here. Always fast, accommodating, these guys really do a great job, and are super friendly to boot!

I recently purchased a truck with a dead inspection as a fixer project and didn t quite know what was wrong with it. After dropping my truck off, Glen took the extra time to walk me around the truck and show me everything that was wrong and even went into detail about what happens when my truck s problems go unfixed. I can happily say they have earned my business from here on out.Side note: this auto shop has a much friendly atmosphere and vibe to it than most of the other shops in this area I ve experienced before

The most honest mechanic I've ever been to. They have a conscience & aren't there to scam customers out of their money. I highly reccomend giving this company your business.& thank you guys for being so helpful & effective. You made a difficult time simple & comforting.

Called to ask about the possibility of having a mechanic come out to conduct an inspection. The lady on the phone simply said, We don t do that, honey, and hung up.

Horrible!! Twice I've been there for state inspections. Both times they rudely tell me to get back in your car and get in line by that pole!After being the only car there for 30 mins a little rude old grey hair guy comes out and ask what I want. Both times I tell him. An inspection and Emissions. His response is always. "Well we will see about that"! He fails my car. Holds out his hand and says "give me the money" and walks off. I follow him to ask him what exactly was wrong with my car. He yells. "Do not come in my shop"! By far the worst customer service ever. I don't know. But everyone there seems mad!!! All the time. Stay away!

Wonderful staff, very professional! Our car broke down on 95 south, by the time we made arrangements to get the car the next morning the State Police had it towed. It was taken to this place. It was a unfortunate circumstance but the staff made the process as easy as possible.Thanks!

Took my car in for a vehicle inspection and got great service! They got my vehicle in as soon as I got there. The lady in the office was very friendly!! They went above and beyond to get me some brackets I needed to mount my license plates! Could not have asked for better service! HIGHLY recommend!!!

COVID Review- The receptionist was not wearing a mask. But they work from behind a glass window. However the door is open so I guess it contradicts the whole point...Aside from that, the mechanic had on a mask at least. The business was good. The mechanic was nice and knowledgeable too a a professional should be obviously.

Today I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They really make sure you and your car are their main priority and are well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of vehicle maintenance.

This lady was really rude. Took a car here for a check up. Whole process was like pulling teeth .. when I called her out on how rude she was being she starts saying I run a 5 million dollar business I don t need your business..Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
