Could not recommend Wayne more. I have been consistently working with Wayne over the past ten months with multiple projects. In reference to other reviews, Wayne and his shop maintained continuous, consistent, and personal communication throughout every job. He made himself available during weekends and after hours to fit my schedule, as well as had personnel meet me closer to my home to reduce my drive time to receive and drop off items.Further, beyond customer service, his work with vapor blasting, zinc plating, chroming, polishing, and powder coating numerous pieces were incredible and truly show quality. If you understand the work and business, you understand imperfections may occur. However, whenever they did, I brought them to Wayne s attention and he did not hesitate in stripping and redoing the item to meet his and my high quality standards. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship his team provided and I m really sad to be leaving the area and losing a such a reliable and trusted shop. They are tough to come by.Wayne s prices were appropriate for the high level of quality you receive. I was very happy with his prices and given the level of work invested, you cannot beat the price. You won t find a better estimate at this level of quality. Wayne was also honest in recommending alternative solutions, outside of his company s services, that he felt were more appropriate and ultimately saved me money. That level of honesty isn t always easy to find.Once more, can t recommend him enough!

My First experience Having Something Chromed. Wayne was Very Knowledgeable and Patient in Helping me get what I needed.The work Done was Excellent and the results are better than expected. Came in when expected and Wayne was either available or responded to my messages/texts with any questions I had.I would recommend this Business to anyone looking to have Chrome Work completed.

I recently had Wayne and his staff take care of a exhaust bracket for my Harley Davidson.I had broke this piece and had to repair it.This bracket was not replaceable and meant the world to me .Even though the piece was small and not a big money maker for the shop Wayne and his staff took care of me.The chroming came back beautiful!Looked better than when it was new.A huge thank you to Wayne and the staff! All good people!Will be seeing you again and will recommend to all.Thanks again!

We fly through DC from Fairbanks, Alaska and decided to use Wayne s for some TLC and chrome on our 1969 Datsun bumpers and trim. We made the right choice!! Beautiful job and staff was great to work with!

I dropped off my rear bumper to my 1964 LeMans, it had some dings and rust on it! Roughly 9 weeks after I dropped it off, it was ready in the specified time frame that Wayne told me. The bumper came out perfect! Can t wait to see it on the car.Wayne is one of the nicest and most honest people I have met in the auto industry. I would highly recommend Wayne and his team to rechrome your parts!Thank you Wayne for a quality job!

I took the rear window frame from my 1956 Nomad wagon to Wayne's it was one large piece of pot metal and in pretty bad shape. I showed it to Wayne he recognized it for what it was and and that it was pot metal and understood that it could not be replaced. He quoted me a price lower and a turnaround time 2 weeks shorter than the other two places I contacted. He called me right on schedule with the 6 week timeframe, it didn't even look like the same piece I dropped off, to say it was a great job doesn't come close to describing how it looked. They far exceeded my expectations and I will be taking all the chrome pieces of my 56 to them and there are a lot of pieces! I recommend their shop to anyone who needs chroming or polishing they are without a doubt the best shop i have worked with

I don t like writing bad reviews, but I had a pretty terrible time with this company. I had Wayne chrome-plate three motorcycle parts for me. Without divulging the entire story, it took 15 months, and three unsatisfactory platings, for the final part to be completed as originally discussed. It stalled my build for ages. Communication was very poor, and when I did get replies, it was usually next week followed by weeks of silence. In the time it took for the last part to be finished, the other parts gathered enough rust inside to necessitate costly measures to clean. All in all, I simply couldn t ever recommend this company to anyone.

Wayne does great work! It took around 8 weeks to get my nacelle parts for my HD chromed which is to be expected. All in all great work and I m very satisfied. Thanks again.

Had some suspension parts chromed by Wayne's Auto Parts & Chroming turned out awesome. So glad I found them great quality and communication. Will definitely recommend them for your chroming needs and plan on doing more business with them in the future. Thanks Wayne

This is the absolute best place to go for Chroming your parts! I have gotten exhaust pipes n brackets chromed here and I have personally seen Waynes chrome work on guns as well! All I can say is impeccably beautiful work! This is the only place I will go to have anything chromed. Wayne is a great down to earth southern American and just great to deal with! The prices are great too! You can guarantee professional show work with care and quality at the very top! I Highly Recommend!Chrome wont get ya home but it sure does look good!

If you want subpar chrome at a full show chrome price at double the time then go here. Was told 8 weeks and after 16+ weeks of waiting I finally received my chrome parts. Customer service here is an absolute joke as Wayne frequently had no clue as to when my parts would be complete or what was going on with them. None of the parts were smoothed out properly and were wavy even though I paid considerable amounts of money to have them prepped for a show quality and smooth chrome finish. If you want show quality chrome from somebody who actually cares then go somewhere else. If you're fine with so so and garbage customer service at full price then go here. Don't even get me started on the vapor blasting. Blasted it and didn't clean anything out. Media was everywhere. Absolute garbage service. Good luck.

Having used a number of plating/polishing companies over the years, I cannot speak highly enough, about Wayne's. The quality of the work is exemplary! The platers/polishers that Wayne works with (and he works very closely with them), work to the absolute highest standard. The service is excellent. The price is more than fair. You get what you pay for. The plated and polished parts, on your project, can 'make or break' it's presentation and durability. I have numerous projects with Wayne's and I am always 'knocked out' by how great the parts look.

Got my parts back from Wayne and was blown away with the quality, fit, and finish. I could not be happier with the chrome job. When you spend good money you want a good job and they did perform above and beyond expectations.

I have a 1956 Buick Century 4dr hardtop..Wayne's prices were good to go, the Chrome is OUTSTANDING. SHOW TYPE ..ITS BEAUTIFUL..He picked it up from me and delivered back..I'm a full time custome . I will post pictures when I finish my car

unfortunately the worst chroming company I ever had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with. I was sold by the first phone call from the owner, Wayne Dudley, however upon showing up to his shop, I was quickly deterred. His "office" (in which he refers to as his shop) had paperwork, trash, and personal belongings stacked from the floor to ceiling. His polished work on display all had smudges and fingerprints across the pieces. He, personally, seemed distracted and frazzled when I came in (upon seeing the open sign) that I walked into his "shop" and wanted to speak with him. He personally took 3 calls on his cell phone while we spoke. When we went to shake hands, he could barely get out from around his desk due to the utter clutter that resided in his way. Out of trying to be decent I had left him two bumpers I wanted rechromed. I dropped them off in May. I am still waiting.
