Traveling from out of the area, I stopped at the auto center for a new battery as I began having problems starting my car. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I checked my car in and within a half hour, I was checking out. The manager must be very proud of the the auto center team! Thank you Amy for helping me get back on the road.

Finding more and more ways not to do the work. "Lifetime" rotate and balance has been a problem and some excuse why it can't be done last few times I was in (only 1 guy on tires, too many appointments, etc.). Last night oil change couldn't be done on a 2016 vehicle I've brought to this location at least 20 times - why? The drain plug bolt was "too tight" and they couldn't loosen it!?! When I called a Fredericksburg repair shop they immediately said "this is like the 4th or 5th time we've heard that from Walmart." I wonder sometimes if it's like a combination of de facto labor strikes, lack of leadership and management and/or constant turnover at this place, and you and I as consumers just get stuck with the results / "product." This location cares not about your time or money.

It was a walk-in appointment, I didn't have to wait long, and the staff was courteous and friendly. They text you each stage, from pulling your car in, to it being completed that you are free to walk the store and browse or do your shopping.

Everyone on today's team did an awesome job. Wait time was shorter than expected, the communication was spot on, and my car feels so much better to drive now. What great group of guys. I had to be at a family event on Sat at 2pm 8 hours away. I walked out of the house at 6 pm on Friday to find the right rear tire flat, I'm screwed. I call Wally's tire center and the boss said bring it in, we will stay open till you get here. They fixed it fast and had me on the road in under an hour and under a hundred bucks. Big thanks and I will be back to get the other three just as soon as I get a Saturday morning free and easy. Thanks so much!!

Walmart having auto centers is very new to me and I was very pleased overall with this location. Very good customer service from phone call to end of service. Got two new tires and were reasonable priced. They worked on my car very quickly and service had no issues. I was happy with the entire process regarding purchasing tires and having them put on.

Staff is friendly but I dont believe the technicians are trained properly to do anything beyond oil changes. I bought tires from a different walmart in 2020 but brought my car here for the lifetime balance and rotation. I had to bring it back twice because the first time they only rotated my tires, upon leaving for the second time after the balance it was very obvious nothing had been done. I brought my car to a local mechanic shop and they confirmed my tires hadn't been balanced and also they cross threaded a lug nut.Just save yourself the headache and get tires from an actual tire shop or your trusted mechanic.

I bought a set of tires from this Walmart location last year. After leaving the store my vehicle shook like it was going to fall apart. The next day my husband took my car back to them and found the tires were totally out of balance. And had to wait a day for them to be able to have the staff availability to correct the issue.I took my vehicle back last week for oil change and tires rotated and balanced only to leave and have the same issue again. My husband took it to his shop and found the tire pressure in each tire was only at 20PSI and the wheels again were out of balance. Also was told when I checked it that my two front tires were at 2/ 32 and they weren t even close to being that worn.Staff here is friendly enough but they need to have capable technicians to safely do work on customers vehicles. One of major causes of vehicle accidents due to tire blow outs is due to under inflated tires!!

The worst thing about my experience is having to call Wal-Mart 3 times to get someone to answer the phone in the auto center. Additionally, the information they had about my warranty was vague. I had to make an additional call to the manufacturer to find out what my coverage.

I've had mixed results at Ferry Farm. Most recently got tires put on 3 months ago. Pathetic balancing, car hopping down the road over 60. On phone they claimed to not spin them that fast. Finally got it back to them for regular lifetime balance and rotation. Smooth ride. Friendly and helpful. Compared to Southpoint Walmart they are Gods of service.

They just took care of me an my truck an I'm greatful.oil change,top the fluids off,an changed an air filter. An last month had to do new wipers. Great group of employees and curtious and helpful

Needed an oil change and wanted both headlight bulbs replaced. Next morning both headlights were pointed directly at the ground and I almost couldn't get to work because it was so unsafe. I took the car back and they attempted an adjustment and said they "don't have a headlight aiming machine." (Really? ) The next time I asked before hand and they again told me that they don't have the ability to aim headlights after changing them. This seems it would be pretty basic. Took my car to Jiffy Lube and when I told them about it the tech. just laughed and walked away. They were able to adjust my headlights without an issue.

Got s synthetic oil change for $58, but they said they checked all fluids and vacuumed the car which was incorrect. The Car was never vacuumed in the power steering fluid was never checked. A little disappointing. Great price on oil change though.

The service techs at the Central Park Walmart were GREAT!! I even got to witness them trying to talk a woman out of destroying her car.. She kept insisting and they were adamant about telling her it is a very bad idea!

I just had to write a review today about the friendly and great service with Karla and Chad in the auto service department. I ve been coming here for years and the service is always friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car at this location for excellent service.

Arrived at 545 pm. Tire center hours are till 7 pm. Was told could not mount anymore tires that night due to being too busy. Walked back out of the service area outside and no cars being serviced and 3 service employees standing around tire machine talking

I had to comeback two hours later because they had only on mechanic but with only two customer waiting. I was told to comeback Third visit needed tire repaired , they did not fix my problem said could not find leak, the next few days still putting air in my tire every morning due to tire leaking air.

I've used 4-5 different Wal-Mart Auto Care Centers over the past 10-15 years. This is, hands down, the best service I have received! And great prices too.! Thanks Guys!!

Thank you so much to Walmart auto center. My husband and I had a tire emergency and they were about to close and they got us in with no hesitation. Super nice, fast and quick service.

Went to get just a standard oil change and new windshield wipers at 7am as soon as they open, it took the lady 45 minutes just to put my info and she asked me the dumbest questions waisting my time. She asked if I wanted to replace both windshield wipers and then asked her coworker about 6 questions and the coworker just left her hanging. It took her forever "she's said because of the keyboard" to just put in my number. Shot can Walmart upgrade there gadgets.

Do not back their products. Denied a paid for service based on uneven wear. Explanation didn't make sense. Would rate a zero. Lesson learned, buy your tires from a tire shop.

When I called to get information about new tires I was on the phone for half an hour trying to get connected with the automotive department they kept bringing me back but nobody would answer when I finally did talk to someone they only had one brand available in the size that I needed but I really needed it so when I went in to get the tires I decided to get a oil change as well I got a standard oil change and found out after the oil had been changed that I should have gotten synthetic the little fellow that waited on me did not tell me that so needless to say I was a bit annoyed but what do you expect from Walmart

I appreciate the customer care in Walmart's auto dept. Everyone that helped me was super professional and kind. I know nothing about cars, but they definitely put my mind at ease.
