I scheduled a 7am oil change appointment but the staff almost seen someone else ahead of my scheduled time if I wasn t alert. That kicks things off. I give them my keys and about 10 minutes later I get a text message saying my service is on hold. I come back and they tell me they can t do an oil change because I have no dipstick. Why would that even matter? You re draining the oil and putting the new one in. Seems they didn t want to be bothered by my car from the beginning. Disappointing.

Set a appointment for oil change, came in 5 minutes before my appointment, informed employee I had a appointment, gave my time, my name and car details as asked, I was informed I was checked in. I waited until after 8:30 to check to see if my car was pulled & there was a car but not mines, I waited until 8:45 to ask how long was the wait as I had to leave by 9. I was informed it would be done by then. 9am came and passed, car still not backed, I asked the rep again a time frame only to be asked what color is my car again and if I had an appointment, really . I had to ask a guy if he was a manager and inform him I understand its a Saturday but if you guys are not gonna go by appointments then maybe you shouldnt offer appointments, have it has a first come, first serve, the manager aked the rep if informed the mechanic of the appointment and the rep said yes, my car is finally pulled in around 915 and then the text alert shows my car is now being serviced, and then they didn't perform any of the courtesy checks, then the rep had the nerve to say its just a courtesy, I said it don't matter if you can't perform the job fully then you should let the customer know this, so the customer can decide if they want to proceed or go somewhere else as these courtesy check did go into consideration of choosing this place for a oil change. This was my first and last time coming here, I will pay extra to get everything included in my oil change, courtesy or not.

Never go here for an oil change. I am a regular at the Ferry Farms location and decided to get serviced here instead. I live an hour away and by the time I got home all of the oil had leaked out of my car. Terrible experience and even worse customer service.

I got an oil change, they were very quick. I provided my own oil and filter,and they only charged $30 for the service. As well as adding windshield wiper fluid for free.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Rude staff, incompetent help. Ineffective management. They will tell you an hour and a half and then never tell you after 2 hrs they havent even started it yet! Go anywhere else and pay a few dollars more.Service: TiresService: Tires

Came here to fix tire leaking for the right rear tire before 8 am as I put air every other weeks to the tire. Over two and half hour , I am still waiting. I wouldn t come here if I I would wait this long. At the end, I was told it is driver side not the right rear tire. I feel like waste my time .. because I would take this car to the other place to fix tire air leaking for the right side again .

Sat for 2.5 hours waiting on a simple oil change with only three vehicles in front of me and had to leave without getting the work finished.I am a business owner and I own five trucks with very routine maintenance and Walmart has lost a customer forever! Jiffy Lube is a few dollars more but you re guaranteed to be in and out the door in about 20 minutes and very much worth the extra few dollars.

Another Walmart Auto center that closes before their closing hours. Arrived there at 5:30pm on a Monday. Auto tech meets me and says they are closed. This is the 3rd auto center that closes before their posted hours. Just stay out of the auto repair business if you can t honor your posted hours

This place is ridiculous. First time going here I took my car there for a regular oil change and they acted like it was going to be a problem with me leaving then coming back to get my car instead of staying in the store. I was told I was going to get a call as soon as it was done, but I called almost 5 hours later and they claimed they just finished my car, which wasn t a big deal because it worked out anyways, but 5 hours to change my oil when you guys said it wouldn t take long. I call this morning trying to get an oil change and I have called over 10 times and it s been over 30 minutes and can t seem to get ANYONE to answer the phone. I call CS at the main part of the store and the lady was rude as all get out. This is just ridiculous.

Went to have one tire replaced. Took them 2 hours to even get in the bay. Once my car was in the bay it took the guy 30 minutes to take the tire off because he was talking and laughing with co-workers. Also on his phone. Waited another 30 minutes and the tire still wasn't put on. So it was in the bay for an hour before anything was done with it. Finally talked to the manager and she went out and got up their asses. Job was done 10 minutes later. If you take your car there be prepared to get frustrated because obviously ttheir social life is more important than their jobs.

Called the auto service asked how long the wait would be for an oil change the guy said there were 2 people in front of me. I brought my car in around 2:35pm here it is 4:45 pm and my car still hasn t been brought in the Bay Area. i see one person i guess is supposed to be working and 3 other cars in the bay area just sitting there. I will NEVER bring my car back in here for anything.

Had to wait 3 hours before I found out that they couldn t get a lug nut off my wheel that they put back on so in good conscience I had to go and inspect the work only to find three Lugnuts barely on and two that Were somewhat tight and I will not recommend anyone to come to this location since no one can be told about issues in a reasonable amount of time. The disappointment cannot be overstated since I am an auto tech is well and I had caused to challenge my safety after the work was performed or a lack there of

We were told our vehicle was ready, turns out the write up had to be re-written due to no stock of the original materials. Had to wait additional time.All we got was a sorry

They broke the valve during the oil change and blamed my auto dealer s service department for it... Even though it s hard to prove who s actually responsible. I think my dealer who is specialized in fixing my cars model would not make such rookie mistakes.

Travis, the department manager, really went out of his way to help me on a tire replacement with my road hazard warranty. Thanks Travis! And cutback on them hot dogs for breakfast, they no good

This location never seems to answer the phone which is frustrating when you need to check the status of your vehicle. They took 5 hours to plug and mount a tire (after giving me an estimate of 2 hours).

Terrible service. Had my tire repaired and they wouldn't take 5 minutes to put the tire back on since I did not leave my car. I'm not sitting around Walmart for 5 hours waiting for them to plug the tire.

Over 4 hour wait for an oil change and bulb replacement. They broke the molding around my headlight & didn't even tell me. Going there is a huge mistake.

Waited on the phone for 4 minutes without an answer to try to find out if the auto center provided a service I needed before going in. It appears customer service is not a high priority.pparen customer service is not a higity.

Waited forever to get my tire put on. All the employees were just standing around talking and joking around. And the cost was more than they told me it was on the phone.
