Not sure if my first review went through. Either way, they deserve more praise anyway!Robert Bruce is the epitome of excellent!!! Attention to detail, drive to exceed guest expectation, phenomenal workmanship, constant updates and communication, the highest of integrity and overall the best of the best of the best! I want to thank Vision Auto recently did an amazing job repairing my back bumper. I was skeptical at first for them to match the paint job coming out two different shades, but once I picked it up I was ecstatic and it was precised. I will be reaching out for more repairs in the future I definitely recommend. Attached photos before repairs whole bumper was cracked, scuffed and out of place. After looks Brand New again. This company is top notch! Robert was amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were done in a timely manner. Not only did they repair my car, they also detailed it and washed it and cleaned it inside, and out! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to get their automobiles repaired! They are the best of the best of the very best and if I ever need any repairs done in the future this is where I will go and just to make note, I am 100 miles from this facility and it was worth every minute to drive here to have my car repaired!

I've used them for 4 vehicles of customers so far.. just waiting on a check to make my personal one the 5th! Their paint work and matching skills will leave you feeling like nothing was ever damaged, top notch work! Great guys! Can't say anything bad about my experiences with them.. I included pics of a 2019 challenger in red that they did some dead panels on for me, was a flare and fender and the bumper.. the flare im holding up was fresh painted VS old fender... and the fender vs door pic was new fender vs old door and then one complete.. thats no blend at all.. just them using an old part to match it for me.

Highly recommend them. I have had damage to my car's front end, due to animals getting a little too close, twice now. Each time Vision Collision repaired the damage, making my car look and run like new. They even did the job in a timely manner. Thanks so much!

I hit a deer the week after thanksgiving. Every place I called said they were at least a month out for repairs. Vision got me in right away (well as soon as my insurance finally got my initial estimate) and had it done right before Christmas literally a day before my rental allowance was set to expire. They worked with my insurance company (which was enough of a pain that I will be shopping around for new insurance) to make sure everything was properly replaced and repaired despite the low original estimate. Vision also kept me up to date on the progress and the end result was flawless. Though I hope I never have to have body repair done again, if I do I will absolutely go back here.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit in a parking lot. Vision collision was amazing!! They made my car look perfect just at it did before it was hit. They even went above and beyond for me and cleaned it up. It is so hard to find amazing companies like this these days! Everyone was so nice. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. When It came time to get my 2020 Sentra repaired from an accident, theses guys stepped up. They worked with my insurance and kept me updated every step of the way with how the work was going and with the never ending parts delays, Steve and the guys worked tirelessly to get me up and running as quick as they could. The entire management team is awesome and the body guys are top notch The work exceeded my expectations in everyway. looks and drives like I never got hit. Vision is a model for how every shop should be run, truly worry free. I just hope people understand that they do not control the parts shortages and struggle like everyone else, but these guys stay on top of it. I referred a couple people already to vision and I am sure they will treat them as well as they did me. Will go back in a heartbeat if I ever need collision work done again (hope not).TimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a collision the eve of Thanksgiving, but the timing did not prove to be problematic thanks to the owner of Vision Collision, Steve, and his crew. Steve responded within a couple of hours of the voicemail I left Thanksgiving Day and gave me guidance and insight into the claims, repair process; I can't say the same for my insurance consultant (shocker) that was supposed to help me the night of my accident. Until the day I picked up my car, Steve gave me regular updates on communication between him and the insurance rep, order status, and process/procedure to fix the extensive damage of my car. When the repairs were completed, I could have sworn they replaced my 2014 Nissan Versa with a 2020 model. The attention to detail and passion for their craft is apparent. They even repainted a couple of rust spots on my hood unrelated to the damage from the accident. My interior was even in much better condition due to a thorough vacuuming and wipe-down that left me further convinced my car had been swapped. I have a fur baby, but it was near impossible to detect an errant hair. I don't even want to know the level of sorcery used to accomplish such a feat.Being involved in a collision is never a fortunate event, but I am truly lucky to have been referred to such a kind, thorough team of professionals. My vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident. I was reccomend by a friend to go to Vision Collision and I couldn't be happier with my decision.From the very beginning the staff were kind and professional. They talked me through the whole process and began working on my vehicle the same day. It was difficult sourcing certain parts for my vehicle given it's rarity, but that didn't deter them at all. They went above and beyond locating alternative providers when the manufacturer was on national backorder! They kept me updated every step of the way and were very empathetic towards the situation. They let me know immediately once my vehicle was ready and even worked with my conflicting schedule for pick up.All in all the guy's at the Fredericksburg Vision Collision are a stand up team with astounding pride in the quality of their work. They truly value their customers and I will be happy to refer anyone to this location. 10/5
