Thank you Brent and Cody for taking such good care of my car. The window tint looks amazing on Trouble and your work and customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend anyone who's interested in getting your windows tinted to do it at Tint Tech! You'll be taken good care of. Plus their work has a lifetime warranty. What more could you ask for?

Great tint job, was in and out, took less to around an hour and the job was great! Will be coming back with my vehicles. Love how they put stickers over window buttons to remind you not to roll it down.

Got my 2022 crv tinted today with ceramic and it looks freaking awesome!!! It truly makes a difference especially in the bright sun! Fair price and spectacular service!! Here s a before and after

This was my first time using Tint Tech. I have previously used 2 other tinting businesses in Fredericksburg without incident. I took my brand new car in to have the windows tinted today. It has less than 500 miles on it. I called this morning and asked about the film, price, and availability before deciding to bring my car in today. When I arrived to drop my car off at 1130am, Brent told me it should be ready in about 4 hours (car he was working on would take 2 hours and then my car would take 2 hours as well) but that he would call me when it was ready. I had a co-worker drop me off after work around 4pm, which was a little over 4 hours later but I had not gotten a phone call yet. When I walked in, Brent told me that he was working on my car and just had to do the back window and one of the back doors. After waiting for 1.5 hours in the waiting room (and later being told that he was running behind schedule), my car was ready. When I got home and inspected the car and tint closer, I noticed a few things. First, my 3rd brake light was half blocked with tint and half was not. I do not like it at all. I think it should be cutout all the way around or just be tinted over altogether. Then, I noticed dried up soap water all over my interior doors. Lastly, I also noticed a small scratch in the tint on one of the rear door windows. After wiping my car interior door panels down to get the dried soapy water stains up, I immediately call Brent who did not seem that eager to help. He told me that the brake light cutout was cut that way intentionally to avoid a 'light gap'. He told me that if I were sitting down in a car that is riding behind my car, the brake light would look different and normal.. I told him that I tried that and even squatted down low behind the car only to find that the brake light is indeed blocked halfway with tint. The cutout needs to be slightly larger. He stated he would have to replace my entire back window tint to make the correction. I said 'OK'. He then exhaled and told me to bring my car in "some time next week and drop it off in the morning". I told him that I would get the car there. I then thanked him and we ended the phone call. Note, I did not even get to tell him about the small scratch or the fact that I had to scrub down all the doors on my car. Yikes.Needless to say, I am really hoping that 'next week' goes smoothly. I really wanted to like this place due to it being a local business and the Google reviews! I am not a difficult customer, but it is my hard-earned money and my brand new car. I expect it to be pretty close to perfect. Brent seems like a nice guy overall and I am hopeful that everything gets addressed quickly. It is going to be a hassle to get another ride to and from work again, but I guess that is part of life. If everything goes well, I will change my rating from 2 stars to a higher number that is reflective of the experience.UPDATE: When I called Brent to make my appointment he told me that he would have to look at it before he would decide to do any more work and reiterated that he does third brake lights like that on purpose . Then he tells me that IF he redid it, he will have to scrub the tint adhesive off of my back window using steel wool. Once I heard that, I decided I didn't want him in my car anymore and that I would just keep the tint and wait to have it redone completely in the future. I won't be going back to Tint Tech.AUGUST 2020 UPDATE: After having the tint for just over 2 years, I noticed the tint in my back window was starting to get bubbles in it. I contacted Tint Tech via Facebook and they were VERY responsive to me. They also remembered me and told me that they wanted to correct my entire back window so that I would be completely satisfied this time. I took my car in and they performed the work seamlessly and within the time we discussed. I was pleased with the finished result and their customer service. Because of this, I have updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.Service: Privacy window films

Hands down the best in town! Brent is amazing at what he does and the young man who runs the front office is very helpful! their work is fast good and affordable. we ran into an issue with a window replacement on a bus at our shop that no one else could fix for us so we came up with a back up plan and then sent it to Brent for the final touches and he and his guys slayed. My boss was so impressed he had me swap out our customers vehicle with his own to have his windows done! thanks Tint TechService: Privacy window films

I called on a Friday to get my windows tinted Saturday and he said I could get it done, although there might be a wait. I said fine, I'll drop it off and pick it up when it's done. So I drive 35 minutes to get there Saturday morning and the shop is closed. Horrible customer service!

I've used Tint Tech exclusively for all of my vehicles and have only had good experiences with their quality of materials and workmanship. They also did a head unit install with rear backup camera on my van and it's still working great over a year after the work was performed. Excellent quality of service. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can't beat his quality and value. My husband said that the waiting room was very comfortable and clean. Not to mention that they are handicapped accessible. They offer more products for your vehicle other than just tinting.

Tint tech will always be my go to!!! I scheduled my appointment dropped my car off the night before and it was done by mid day the next day! Brent was as respectful as they come and talked me through everything from what brand tint they use and why, the lifetime warranty they give, and how long it would take! He answered all my questions without hesitation and getting frustrated with me, that s what I look for in a company! He also took the time and installed LED 6000k headlights in my car and my god the difference! If you have anything from audio, lights, headlights, remote starts, tint you name he can do it!! I highly recommend Brent and his crew at tint tech thank you again for the help and install!

Took my work vehicle to him for tint. Did a wonderful job. Vehicle was in and out in no time. Everything was clean and no issues at all. Decided to take my personal vehicles to him and always recommend tint tech to friends and family! Very pleased with how Brent takes care of his customers and makes sure we leave happy. Called the store and they got me in a day! Came in and the guy Brent I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable! I was in and out in 35 minutes! My tint looks incredible and it s totally changed my car! Will be doing business again in the future, I highly recommend these guys! Best in town

Absolutely outstanding customer service, Brent & team did an amazing job on my 00' 328i. I work up in NOVA and commuting back down to Fredericksburg is a trip in its own, but these gentlemen actually stayed & waited for me to get into town to get my car. (AFTER THEY WERE TECHNICALLY CLOSED) The fact that these guys did that speaks volumes about how much they want their customers to be happy. I can not understand why anyone would want to rate less than 5-stars. You guys are great. Will recommend to all my friends/family.

Nothing but awesome! $80 - $100 cheaper than the other two places I called for an estimate. I was on time for my appointment, and they were ready for me, no waiting!Excellent customer service and perfect application of the tint. They gave me me exactly what I had asked for.Without a doubt I would recommend them and would go back when I get another car.

I give this place an A+! I came into contact with Brent, who was very customer friendly. His crews were out working on house jobs on Saturday and therefore the shop was closed when I got there. Instead of basically telling me "oh well, sorry," he accommodated me to the fullest. He told me I could leave my car there with keys in the drop box, and he would get it done Sunday morning (keep in mind they are closed Sundays). Brent came in on Sunday morning and did the job himself and was done by noon.Not only was Brent outstanding in taking care of me, the work he did is great! I would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Brent!!!

Yes, I went to this facility to get my HID headlights installed. This was the worst mistake I could have ever made. This facility was a totally disastrous, when I got my truck back I had no high beams, parts that they took off they didn t put back correctly. This place came highly recommended but what I got was a total disaster. It cost me an additional $450 to fix there mistakes that they made after taking it to another place. I was unsatisfied with results that I got from them and the guy kept giving me excuses on why my headlights weren t working right. I would not recommend this business to anyone who wants professional work done. Needles to say I won t ever go back to Tint Tech again!!!

Great in everyway. I have gotten all my cars done by Brent and have had no problems. I have also got other things done like stereo installed. The best customer service. Just all around great.

This place is one of the best if not the best!!! Brent does amazing work and always has!! I have used his services for many years and multiple cars. I would stand by him and his work and would recommend him before recommending any other company! The bad reviews you see on this page are for personal reasons and people trying to take away from this mans HARD WORK! I have watched Brent start from the bottom & work his way to the top. Some people just can't keep the personal and business aspects of things to just that PERSONAL! As far as this mans WORK ethic goes he is great and I promise would NOT let you down! The bad customer service comes from unfortunately hiring what u thought were friends and when u have to let those so call friends go they will do what they can to burn you so please PEOPLE dont let those comments fool you. You will NOT be disappointed bringing your vehicles in for Tint services!!!

Not sure if this will help someone but I got all my windows tinted on my 2015 Nissan Versa for 120.00 bucks................ The tint job looks really good and I was only there for 1 hour. Brent was very easy to work with.............. I emailed another tint shop and they wanted 185.00............. In any case, I hope this helps someone who is thinking about going there............

Brent does awesome work and his customer service is outstanding. His prices are unbeatable, so no need to call around trying to save yourself a couple dollars. If you want quality work go see the guys at Tint Tech.

Got my tint done here about 4 months it was a wonderful experience. Brent had my car in and out within an hour! Great work i will continue to bring any and all of my vehicle's here to get the windows tinted!!

My daughter had the windows tinted on her vehicle. The service was very profesional, quick and a job well done. I am currently saving for mine to be upgraded and I would not want to use any other company!
