Dropped off my motorcycle today to get valve adjustment. guy at the counter can't remember his name seemed very knowledgeable. Couple of people recommended the shop to me drove over an hour to drop off the bike. I see majority of the reviews for this shop are good. I'll give him five stars once I get my bike backGo EAGLES

I want to thoroughly praise the owner Ed and his service tech Jack who repaired my bike for the consistent and professional service they always provide me. I had a right side engine cylinder block cracked during a collision with a concrete barrier on the highway (I'm fine, didn't wreck). The damage was enough to spray oil down the right side of the entire motorcycle and get all over my clothes. I brought the bike to Ed and Jack and they jumped right on it and kept me informed at every step of the way during repair. This is the second time Ed's team has repaired a motorcycle of mine and it is always a great repair job, diligent communication, and great conversation with Ed as a bonus feature. Highly recommend anyone to only use Ed's shop to get top notch work completed on your small.engine vehicles. Thanks Ed and Jack. -CJService: Engine repair

I wanted to give a update on my 87 LT 250 that time to ride rebuilt 6 months ago. because i feel its necessary. A week ago i was trail riding and my bike completely lost spark. I took off the stator cover and started inspecting things for damage. To my surprise i noticed my FLY WHEEL NUT. was hand loose coming off. The Fly Wheel actually came off and woodroof key was sheared off. The mechanic that built the engine at the shop didnt put loctite on the nut.( he's no longer a employee)which the manual called for. Called the owner. I brought the bike in and they're working on getting it fixed.Service: Engine repair

Went to get an inspection done. Rode my bike there and the owner took care of me quickly. He even noticed a small broken part I had and got me straightened out in a couple of minutes.

I was there for a question about the coil on my dirt bike..the tech that came to help me was great.but then the owner manager came in and started asking me to buy lunch and to give money .i felt like i was in an ole orential movie..."you buy now!!"..."you buy now now!!" Thus went on for 20 minutes till i just started to walk out and he followed me still asking for money and lunch...so if you like this behavior..this is the place for you but me...i will never go there again

Ed the owner and principle mechanic is very knowledgeable and courteous - this is a busy shop with some labor issues but if you are patient ..... really patient, Ed and his guys will work on almost anything you bring them - i recommend searching for and ordering your own parts in conjunction with his requests and advice and making frequent calls to check on the work - this may seem like something the customer should not have to do, but try finding another shop that will take almost any job like Ed does ..... if you are a wrencher and you just get in over your head this is the shop for you - if you want dealership service and a quick turnaround on a latemodel moto then maybe not ....

I had a very good experience. My Honda UTV needed a new starter. Ed and crew kept me up to date on the process by email on when my part was ordered and when it came in. They replaced the starter as soon as it arrived and let me know immediately. Total time was less than a week. Price was reasonable and email invoice matched the original quote. Highly recommend and I will be using them now for all my ITV service.

Great repair shop! Took a scooter that hadn t run in awhile here for a tuneup and a few part replacements. Mike and the rest worked with me the whole time, the professionalism in the shop is great! An estimate was emailed within a timely matter and the guarantee on their work made an already good experience into a great one. Will gladly return for any work I need in the future.

All I can say is wow! I was run off the road Memorial Day and had substantial damage to my Harley. Ed took the the time to assess the damages and guided me through the process of obtaining the parts through their parts department along with their parts manager. The bike was completed in record time (I even had it painted through one of their mechanics) and I must say that my overall experience with To to Ride was a GREAT one. Everyone from their shop was so helpful and the cost of the repairs was more than reasonable. It s been a pleasure to find a reliable shop with personnel I can trust to work on my bike......

Do NOT leave your motorcycle at this facility; take your money and motorcycle somewhere else. I had three simple things that I needed done: install Kuryakyn brake, secure Corbin seat w/driver and passenger backrest, and install luggage rack. After seven days they managed to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that my motorcycle was there for. At day four I just happened to pop in and immediately noticed my Corbin seat was now ripped! Of course Ed (owner) doesn't want to take responsibility of the damaged seat. Instead he points out damage to the bike in the vicinity of the seat where the tear is. If the damage was a result of the bike damage then the seat would have ripped days before I took it there. Not to mention I have videos with date and time stamped showing the seat was not damaged prior to arriving at this shop. My seat was damaged when the mechanic rode the bike before securing the seat (one of three reasons the bike was there)and the friction likely ripped the seat. What reputable establishment allows this?Check the reviews people!!! I ignored the bad reviews because I thought, these are three simple things that any decent mechanic could do. Sadly I thought I could find one in this small business, but I was wrong! Don't make the mistake I made, take your motorcycle to the real professionals.

My club sister and I were traveling home from our east coast ride through Maine and Canada. I saw that my chain was loose and searched for the closest shop to my location. This shop had good reviews so I decided to give them a call. They told me to bring it over and they would check it out. When I arrived they rolled my bike right in and went to work. They did not try to sell me anything extra or perform any outrageous service. They tightened my chain and fixed my tire. It felt good getting quick, quality, no hassle service. Thank you Time to Ride for helping me get home safely.

Updating my post. I originally posted on a negative experience without giving Time to Ride a fair chance to address my concerns. The owner Ed reached out and asked me to bring my bike in so they can take a look at my bike again. He was apologetic that I wasn't happy and wanted to do whatever it took to make me a satisfied customer.I brought bike back and they addressed my issues as a professional business would trying to keep customers. Bike is riding how I expect and its definitely Time to Ride! Thanks Ed!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Oil change

1st bike and needed some advice, called up and Ed told me to bring it by if I could, which I did and we talked over some things...spent about 15 minutes with me and gave me some great pointers and looked over the bike. When the time comes for me to pull the trigger, I will be going to "Time to Ride" for all my bike needs. I cant stress it enough, but the impression I got was that he cares about the customer and bikes, I would recommend anyone to take their service there.

Ed and James at Time To Ride ARE AMAZING AND their customer service and knowledge are top notch. They were extremely helpful and walked me thru step by step when they fixed my scooter. Quick, reliable, and reasonable prices have their pictures in the dictionary. I highly recommend them. And you can trust when they tell you what's wrong and needs to be done that it's what you need. They are the only ones I'll use.

This is a great shop. I needed to get my rear tire switched out and an inspection done. I brought my own tire in and I was done with in an hour. Which is pretty good for a shaft driven bike. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work at a reasonable price.

Brought my '03 SV650 in to have a new speedometer installed (Trail Tech Vapor). The reason I initially decided on coming into this shop is due to an earlier encounter with Mike. Everyone at this shop is incredibly accommodating, and professional, from start to finish. Although there was an issue that arose, most shops would not handle it the way Ed did. He truly cares about his customers, and made sure I was taken care of. I won't hesitate to bring any bike to TTR, every mechanic here is knowledgeable and stands by their work. Rest assure if there's ever an issue, they will stop at nothing until its resolved.

In and out for an inspection. Ed and Mike seemed like real cool guys with some cool stories. Lotta bikes moving through for work so their services are in demand. Fair number of common parts and fluids/etc in stock.Real up front about costs and time on getting things fixed. Blunt honesty may ruffle some feathers, but I'd take that over getting the runaround.I usually do my own work, but if I run into something nasty I'll call these guys first.

Took my 06 Sportster into them for inspection and tire replacement. Ed, the owner, met me on a Sunday so I could drop my bike off on his own time so they could start working on it the following day. Good group of guys and kept me informed through the whole process. Only guys I ll let work on my bike class acts!

Went in for tires and a minor tune up, when they caught a major issue with my hub. They were able to get it repaired and had me back on the road in time for a major ride planed in two weeks. Excellent service and price.

Got my rear tire mounted and balanced under 30 minutes. Did a great job and for a great price too! FMS wanted $85 to do the job. I got it done here for less than half that. Big time dealerships are cons. Stick to small shops like these! Thanks guys!

Great group of guys, from the owner, Ed, to the guys in garage to the cashier. My Moto Guzzi failed inspection for low tread at another establishment that subsequently refused to take my money and replace the tires. Called Time to Ride and they were very accommodating. I was a little apprehensive because my goose is shaft driven and wasn't sure if that would be an issue. I was reassured when I saw a Kawasaki Contours in the shop for service. Their prices are very competitive, service was fast and I highly recommend them!

Glad to have a local Motorcycle and ATV shop of this caliber in the area. I got a Harley and a Grizzly and will never take them anywhere else. Let my grizzly sit for too long brought it to them for a tune up and got it back next day. Great friendly staff got a quote on Tires for my Harley and a 10k service and will definately be bringing it here soon. Check these guys out
