If you are ever in the Fredericksburg area of Virginia and in need of RV service Steve Rupert is your man. During our 8 years of fulltiming Steve is among the best RV techs we have met. He shows up when he says he will, follows through on commitments, is highly skilled at his craft and goes the extra mile to support you. We had a leveling jack issue that he was able to solve. Check out the pictures to see how much "fun" Steve had.

Steve went the extra mile to help me out of a jam involving an exploded shower faucet. I was in Wytheville, VA en route to Alexandria, VA when the shower faucet fiasco happened. No local repair services were willing to help me. I had Steve's information from seeing his truck in Alexandria a year ago. I snapped a photo at that time thinking it might be helpful...best photo I've ever taken as an RVer.He was able to advise me over the phone on a variety of options to solve this problem. He could have easily said, "Call me when you get in town" and hung up the phone. Instead, he gave great advice and followed up to make sure I got things fixed. He even suggested a solution to what may have caused the problem in the first place. Steve is 100% good people. Call him when something on your rig breaks.

Steve came out to my home and repaired my Stabaizers on my travel trailer. A Delivery company backed into the hitch and knocked it of the pad. He came out and did a full evaluation of the damage. The only damage was the stabaizers and he repaired and also billed the delivery company. He took his time and repaired professionally. Thank you Steve

Steve is a skilled mobile RV tech and a scrupulously honest businessman. He convinced another client to put off a repair for one day so he could fix the toilet on our 2020 Winnebago View while we awaited word from Boston that our daughter was going into labor. He kept us informed through each step of the job and, when a problem occurred with reconnecting a fitting, he had a ready work-around. Steve s rates are reasonable and his excellent reputation well-deserved. I d call him again if we re back in the Fredericksburg area.

Called Steve about needing an inspection on a camper we are looking to buy. He explained everything to me, even though he doesn't do the inspection himself. He gave me several websites to check for certified inspectors and rv techs. He is such a great wealth of information.

we called Steve with some leaks we have found in our RV. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and was going to make time in his busy schedule to come and fix our problems. We were able to get them fixed before the day he was coming so we did cancel him. But we would absolutely use him and recommend him to anyone.

Imagine coming to the camper and finding water standing in the bathroom floor and under the bunkhouse. Well that was my Monday. Now I am a pretty resourceful person and checked I what I thought was the obvious fixes. And I was wrong. So I did what we all do these days I turned to Google for help. Searched for mobile rv service and a few popped up. I scrolled past the ones that said closed and came up to Sunrise. I promptly called and left Mr. Steve a voice-mail. He returned my call in a reasonable time frame. But it's what he did beyond that impressed me the most. Steve walked me through several troubleshooting tips and ways to find access to the back of the shower. He stayed on the phone and walked me through everything to look for. I Can Not say how impressed I was with his professionalism and the way he personalized the call. Even though he informed me I was technically out of his service territory he did not waiver on his eagerness to assist. If you are in and around the Fredericksburg Virginia area and find yourself in the need of a mobile rv service I 100% recommend giving this gentleman a call.

I highly recommend Sunrise RV Services. The owner, Steve, was professional in all aspects of the services provided. He is very skilled technically and has a wealth of knowledge of RV systems. He was straightforward in communications and responded quickly and knowledgeably to my questions. He was very clear about the repair process and costs. I am more than satisfied with the work performed (primarily replace the AC system and install new converter). He also helped to coordinate my warranty claims with manufacturers. Sunrise RV Services tops my list of RV repair providers.
