Exceptional Service and Immaculate Results! Suburban Auto Body deserves more than 5 stars for their outstanding work and professionalism. Despite a stressful situation with unprofessional Progressive adjusters, they kept their cool and delivered impeccable results. Took several weeks to complete what should have been a quick job. I wouldn't have been annoyed at that, especially given the holidays, but their time estimates completely inaccurate even a single time. They had the car for 23 days, and on multiple occasions over the past 14, they'd said the car "Should be ready tomorrow afternoon or the next morning".If you have them work on your car, count on it taking much longer than reasonable. Staff was friendly for the most part. Wouldn't return.

Had my 2020 Cadillac XT4 hit by a huge deer, my insurance company brought me here. The shop did an amazing job! My car runs just like new, if not better. It was a lot of damage and they handled it all pretty well even though all 11 parts needed for my car were on back order, they still did a phenomenal job. The paint job is just like factory work (tri coat white pearl) and they even took the time to clean my car once finished. Thank you!!!

Could not be more dissatisfied with this particular auto body shop.. was supposed to get the vehicle back on the 12th of February, it's the 29 ,Still no car. All they seem to do is give you the run around, blame it on parts not matching well after the car had been painted.. as if you don't order and check ,double check all parts before the vehicle even hits paint. It has to be prepared, so plenty of time to properly check parts.. supposed to be a geico certified place. But geico doesn't even look at the vehicle to make sure where damage was , and missed obvious damage after going through a barbed wire fence.These people fixed the wrong side of the vehicle because nobody decided to communicate with the customer or insurance to make sure where the damage was. accident was in January, light damage,, excuses, excuses !!!

I had to get a few repairs on my vehicle from anaccident, they did an amazing job with the body workand when they returned the car from finalization theinside and outside was spotless, just as clean as I gotit the wash bay guy and the body tech kudos to y all!

Absolutely the best body repair shop I'm town! I've been taking our vehicles here for many years and they have always been kind, helpful and respectful.Very clean and comfortable waiting room.I just cannot emphasize enough how nice and helpful the staff is and the work they do is astonishing!

First time using Suburban and I have to say it was a great experience. thanks to Sergio and his crew for fitting me in and fixing my car within 3 days!! most guys at auto body shops can be rude but the staff here are great! if I ever need stuff done again I will definitely be coming back to them .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My experience was a completely nightmare because they don t have too much experience about European vehicles because they left something wrong when they fix my left front side bumper and replace the headlight and don t did the right alignment to the light and the hood was no closing properly and my electrical system get crazy because of that. and they give me the vehicle like that and don t take care and just tell me take it to the dealer because my casa have something wrong with the electrical system and they want me to pay for the diagnostic and also said .. is done I don t repair any electrical issue So I take my vehicle to my home and notice the mistake so I came back next day he don t know what was wrong till I show him the mistake.So they are not professional enough on this kind of vehicles, because they don t inspect the quality of job when they said work done or when call and said is done.Service: Body & Trim

After doing a bunch of research I chose Suburban Autobody in Fredericksburg. From the start they were very understanding and responsive! I always pleased with the quality of work they completed and how they stuck to their timeline. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Called and asked about an estimate. Was told to bring it by after 8am to have it done. When I get there they can t do it because it wasn t an on the fly estimate. They do a different estimate for insurance. That s all fine but why didn t you say that when I called? It Doesn t excuse rude behavior. I tried to bring them business, but they acted t like they didn t want it and I do not condone rude behavior. Take your business else where.

Let me take a moment to update a previous review. I first went to Suburban Auto for body repair after an accident. I was initially irked when my AC was not working properly after picking up my car, even though it had worked after my collision, so I gave a poor review. However, the company actually reached out after my poor review and were happy to fix my AC. In fact, they did it in a fast, timely manner and got me back on the road. I had mentioned I was upset because I have a newborn baby and I cannot drive my car when it's hot inside my car. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Suburban Autobody, and I am so impressed with their integrity on ensuring customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I for one, will gladly use their services again. Thank you so much Suburban Auto for taking the time to ensure that I was happy with your services. Your body work and paint job is one of the best I have seen.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

BEWARE AND RUN, This shop was the worst shop I have ever experienced working with. They were totally incompetent on working on my Volkswagen eos, and instead of admitting to not having experience on working on this vehicle. They ruined a beautiful car that they had for over a month and is still not repaired properly. I was referred to this shop by my insurance company, who I trusted to have my car in good hands. What a crippling experience, after paying my deductible and several attempts on repairing my car, my door panel was damaged, my window is not installed properly and my car was deemed totaled, because they just did not want to deal with the damaged that they caused due to their incompetence. Please do not trust this shop. Run if your insurance company refers you to this shop. I suggest that you find a shop that you can trust. And entire staff was rude and inconsiderate. Only interested in getting paid.Service: Body & Trim

Suburban AutoBody is absolutely incredible. They have went above and beyond for us. They did incredible body work on my car and repairs from my car accident. They looked over my car countless times after with questions that I had and always was upfront, honest and helpful. I would recommend them time and time again. They truly care about their customers.

I hit a deer going 55 mph with my practically new Escalade. Suburban gave me red carpet service! From working with my insurance company, getting the car in and helping me get a rental. The repair involved the bumper, headlights and also the camera system and cruise control. Not only was the repair done in record time, my truck was cleaned and looked brand new at pick up! ****ABSOLUTELY amazing job****. Took my Audi A7 here to get a rock chip taken out of the hood. They were EXTREMELY ethical and upfront the entire time!! Car was ready when promised. This is the ONLY place I will take my car to get work done on in the future!!! Sergio was TOP notch!!

I had an accident on September 2021. And suburban auto body did the job. Unfortunately the paint job was bad. And untill now all my emblems are still missing. Almost half a year now since they took the job. He always say. I keep ordering the wrong stuff.

We hit a deer in our 2012 Mazda 5, Suburban fixed the damage and the car looks better than new. When I was calling shops most were a week out, but Suburban got us in the same day and took only a little over a week. They were great to deal with!

Awesome customer service and best body shop experience I've personally had. Even without going through insurance, the shop was very pleasant to work with and worked with me to get what I needed done performed in a reasonable time without breaking the bank. Quality of work performed was great and saved me a ton vs getting work done anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

At Suburban Auto Body we strive to perform the best work possible in collision repair, however we can not control if a car has been in a previous accident or has major previous mechanical issues. We perform work for insurance companies that is caused by the "accident". The Insurance companies will not pay for "old damage" to a customers vehicle or replace someones transmission if the rear bumper only had a scratch on it. If there is ever anything wrong with a repair that our shop has performed, it is backed with a lifetime warranty. We have Two locations to better serve you. As much as I would have liked to fix this customers other issues, the insurance companies denied her damage and instructed us only to fix her bumper cover.

My car bumper was badly smashed by a hit and run driver. I went to this shop and they completely replaced my bumper within 24 hours. It looks beautiful, matches perfectly and my friends can't believe I had it fixed so quickly. Best part was they were much less than their competitors. I will go back in a heartbeat! They even washed the car!

These guys had 2 chances to fix minor damage for an insurance claim and STILL didn't get it right. 1st time I got the car back bumper cover fitment was way off, there was buffer compound all over black plastic pieces where they didn't bother to clean it off and the tail lights didn't work because they didn't bother to reconnect the wires! The trunk rubbed and some of the damage wasn't fixed so when I saw how badly the rest of the body panels were out of alignment I sent it back. We got the car back today and the first thing I noticed was that the passenger side body panel alignment was actually worse than it was before it went back the 1st time so imagine my surprise when the insurance company told me THEY TOLD THEM TO FIX THAT ISSUE BEFORE CALLING ME TO COME AND GET THE CAR!!!! Now I have to spend more of my time to go to another shop to get the issue resolved - AVOID THIS SHOP, THEIR WORK IS SUB-PAR! Update: They also forgot to reconnect the tail light the second time too!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car was in a front end collision/accident in the beginning of march (March 6th). I got it back at the end of April. Within two days of getting it back the check engine light was on. I brought it back along with a lengthy list of various things wrong with it (to include the horn not working) I got it back again at the end of May. When I went to pick it up the second time, not a word was said to me & all they did was hand me the keys & give me a dirty look (while being in my military uniform). Fast forward a few weeks & I go to put windshield washer fluid in my car & all of the fluid I just poured empties out onto the ground (the windshield washer fluid reservoir was clearly broken) so I call my insurance company & I tell them I do not want to bring it back to suburban. So as of today (Jun 19th) my car is still in the shop STILL being fixed for multiple issues that suburban couldn't be bothered to fix. The mechanics at the new shop my car is currently at told me "I don't understand how this last shop missed this stuff, most of the issues are such simple fixes". DO NOT bring your car to them. They are rude & lazy. They will make you feel dumb for voicing your concerns for your vehicle. They are also highly disrespectful. I do not recommend this shop whatsoever. Please save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere!!!
