Purchased a 2018 Buick Encore. Was told it was a CPO. I had my own funding so I wasn't desperate and could have walked away. Three months later I needed work done costing over $400. As a single parent, this was definitely a hardship. Thankfully, one issue was covered as a "known" issue. The other wasn't because the CPO isn't in place and therefore no warranty hence the cost. I've had a hard time getting in contact with the dealership. After trying for WEEKS, I finally got a call and a phone number to follow-up but I haven't received a confirmation that it's been taken care of. Also not sure if I can be refunded the service fees plus the rental car. I'll upgrade the rating if I get good results. As of now, this has been a terrible experience though I should still be excited about my new vehicle.

I will never recommend anyone to ever use this dealership auto repair shop if time is essential to you. I took my car there for an inspection and to figure out a noise in the driver side wheel area that my mechanics hasn't been able to find the source. Upon their diagnosis, they came up with all kinds of things that needed to be fix, which I told them to go ahead and fix it because I wanted my car to perform right and safe. They kept my car for over a month blaming it on unable to find a fog light to pass inspection. After threatening to take my car, I was asked to provide the fog light which I quickly ordered it online and provided it to them. After over a month, they finally called me to pick up my car and I was hit with almost $4700 bill. As I was driving the car home, the noise, which is the main reason why I took the car there still exist and my car performs the same way I took it there and I'm left asking myself, what exactly did I paid all that money for? If I decide to take the car back for them to fix the noise, my car might be there for the next two or so months, who knows . Dropped off my car on a Sunday night for service of a lowbeam headlight. Six days later and I'm still waiting for the part to come in. Very frustrating.

Went in to fix an AC issue and get an oil change and walked out with a broken transmission.

They didn't have part in after we made appointment and waited 3 hours and still didn't get it fixed.
