My 2016 Honda Accord got into a minor accident, had a few bings and bangs. They made my car look brand new!! Even though I was there working with insurance, they did everything to make it right. Thank you to the Service, King / Crash Champion team for getting our vehicle back on the road in less than a few weeks. My vehicle looks brand new and they went the extra mile to insure that my vehicle was fully restored and detailed upon pick up. Also, their team leaned forward with a follow up phone call to ensure that we were satisfied with their performance. Can t thank you enough. Highly recommended!

The body work completed was expertly executed! Communication during the work was very clear, I was able to call and clarify status of the project as well as scheduling a flexible pick up of vehicle. I highly recommend this body shop! See before and after photos!

This was my first experience with a collision center. Everyone was really friendly, it was super easy to schedule online and they got my car back to me quick! Got into a tangle with a deer (first two pics) which caused some damage to my bumper and a couple dents in the front side. Dropped her off last Friday morning and was able to pick up last night. I got progress updates at least every other day so I always knew what was happening with my car. Very pleased with the service and the repairs. She looks good as new, like it never even happened! I d definitely use this shop again if I needed to, thank you for taking such good care of my car! 2013 Kia Soul

Their customer service is perfect. From their manager to the associate,you can't make a difference between them because of the common respect and care they have for each other, and they transfer this care and respect to their customers. They work in a timely manner and resolve car issues even before the time frame they give you. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know or I come across.

First I would like to commend the service that I received from the front office administrator, Ms. Evans, as she has taken care of the situation from the beginning. She has also handled some other areas for me that may be outside of her job description. She knew I had trouble with the car rental company and my insurance and has gone out of her way to contact them to get the situation handled as the services that they were providing were unsatisfactory. Service King (South) has been great. Ms. Evans handling everything in house and the service and care I have received from David has been phenomenal. Their time and effort to listen to me and fix the issue was great. I really appreciate the effort that Ms. Evans took to ensure that I felt comfortable with the service that was provided and to let me know that my feedback as a customer meant more to her than just the survey I took. That, to me, spoke a great deal of her character and how she appreciates the customers that walk through the front door. (Especially amongst the issues in the world today, C-19).My car looks just like it did the day I drove it off the lot and I'm really appreciative that it looks good as new. The car was done quicker than I had originally anticipated, however, due to labor/supply issues, this may not be the case for every vehicle. I think I was fortunate that I have a very common car and they were able to receive a new door/paint color/etc. rather quickly to get the job done.I hope I do not have to return to get any work done, but if necessary, I will be returning here for both mine and my husband's cars.Thank you, Service King!WendyServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had taken my 2014 nissan juke to service king from when i got hit while my car was parked at work. They fixed the bumper and everything was all good. But after i got it i noticed a ding on my hood and asked them about it. Pulled the dash cam up and showed it to them with one of their people putting tools and machines on the hood of the car and they are still figuring out what happened and what they gonna do. They need to get table carts to put this stuff on. Not on customer cars. Will remain a 1 star till fixed.

This is by far the best repair facility in the area. I, unfortunately, have utilized more times than I care to remember. They have ALWAYS treated me fairly and have been upfront with me about anything they find. Each time I've been kept updated on the progress of my vehicles and I've always gotten them back on time and most cases early. Highly recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. I went there to fixed my car and got it back more damaged than before. They broke my DVD screen on the divers side and didn't fix NOR tell me. They removed my car logo from the back when all they needed to do was replace the bumper, which wasn't fixed properly, and they removed the model of my car. When my daugher called to address this, the "Manager" HUNG UP IN HER FACE. Do not bring your car here to fix, they'll cause you more damage. I will not recommend anyone to fix their car to this terrible place .Service: Body & Trim

The crew at service king, was amazing. Everyone one from the front office to the shop was very informative and answered any questions I had, even if I felt they were a silly one. If you ever need anything done on or to your vehicle. I definitely recommend Service King. They even cleaned the inside and outside after all work was done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King recently completed repair of my wife's 2014 Toyota Venza which sustained significant damage to the front of the car when she encountered a deer in the road and could not avoid hitting it. Service King completed repairs in a reasonable time even though there were supply chain issues and replacement parts were hard to get. Well done Service King!

If I could leave negative stars I would.. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Was only suppose to take four days to fix my truck. I could not get anyone on the phone to the exception of the receptionist for an additional two and half weeks with any updates. I finally got a manager on the phone he had to I inform me that my tuck would not start due to them running it out of fuel. They finally got it fixed and when I picked up they left my truck so empty on fuel that I didn't even make it an eighth of a mile before it ran out of gas. I had to push it with help of strangers to the next gas station. Terrible place!!!

Brought my car in to have some body panels repaired/replaced after someone backed into it. The work looks OEM, the paint is matched perfectly, fit is precise. Great experience with Service King South Fredericksburg! From the quoting process, to the actual service and pick up, they were outstanding! My car was a hard color to match, but it looks brand new AND it was ready a day early. Also, Terri was fantastic to work with--she is very personable, funny, professional and made the whole process even better. We highly recommend this business!

This is by far the best body repair team in Fredericksburg! I ve been going there for years. The team is professional and always provide quality service. The customer service is outstanding and my vehicles have always been returned to me looking brand new. Teri will greet you as soon as you enter their facility, she is absolutely amazing! From beginning to end this team is 5 star!!

I was in a fender bender, I was referred to to them by the other person's insurance agency, I dropped my car off on Thursday and they had it done by Friday. I thought "what an awesome turn around". I received a call at 4:30 saying that my vehicle was ready, I got there by 5 and as I tried to drive away I realized that my gas tank was empty( it wasn't even close when I dropped it off) and my battery was dead. They gave me a jump and me thinking the alternator would charge the battery, I drove to the nearest gas station to fill up before I was stranded. Got home around 5:15 and tried to start the car again to realize the battery was completely non-functional. I immediately called them and they offered to replace the battery, I thought "great at least they're going to make it right" . Except they have left me without a vehicle the entire weekend. The one-star isn't necessarily from the work that they did but from the complete lack of urgency to fix an issue that they caused. From what I can deduce, a technician left my car running to the point to run out all of the gas in my tank and kill my battery (I imagine this was overnight), I know mistakes happen but what really gets me is someone had the thought to put a little bit of gas back into my vehicle and a jump it to move it out front where they would park it and not tell a soul. they let me leave that facility with a less functional vehicle than what I had brought them. Then when I called to try and get them to rectify this quickly as possible, I feel like they just said sorry about you, it's after 5 on a Friday and I'm ready for the weekend. I've had the last two days to think about all the scenarios that could happen because I don't have a reliable vehicle because of someone else's oversight. To say that I am furious is an understatement.I know I'm just one person and it seems as if I'm blustering but, I know business is like this usually rely a lot on word-of-mouth and at this point I will go out of my way to inform people to not use this facility.Service: Body & Trim

Over the decades I have had to deal with a diverse list of Automotive service people and Body Repair has always been the one most feared.Service King was an amazing exception! The quality of the service and professionalism of the staff was well beyond my expectations.They provided clear informative detail as to what service they would provide and kept me, via text messages, up to date on the progress of the work. Delivered on time and as estimated. I will not hesitate to recommend the Fredericksburg office of Service King!

AWFUL! they are a friendly brunch of people but they dont know how to actually do repair work. On a minor damage accident it took 4 weeks, and I still have problems there are rough spots in the paint, and I am missing pieces of my door still. The original estimate was 1 week! But they found more damage, then they had to wait for a part they didn't know they needed, and the excuses go on and on. When I picked up my car it wouldn't start because they had killed the battery while cleaning out the car. Every time we called for an update we were told "it'll be ready next week"

I send my car there after accident for damage assessment. From initial assessment to finalize the assessment took about 2 weeks, which eventually was totaled loss. The following things made my life easier:* Stephanie, who was in charge of assessing my car, was extremely helpful. She asked me about the story of the accident to have a clear idea about the car's damage instead of just relying on the insurance's description.* She communicated on time both via email and phones. As communication is the key for a good customer service.* She kept updating me about the status of my car.* She spent enough time to explain the damages which had accord to my vehicle due to the accident.Overall, I had good experience with Service King. One of the key reason was Stephanie who was leading my claim.

I utilized this location through a program offered by insurance. They did great work and communicated effectively by keeping me up to date on any changes to the completion date. They even let me drop off my rental there, even though I didn't pick it up there. That made the process much more convenient for me. Should the need arise, I will use them again and I do recommend them for body work.
