Got my car in immediately and got to work on replacing a faulty sensor. Definitely satisfied! Definitely will return! Definitely will recommend!

Purchased a 2005 Hybrid Ford Escape with no knowledge of Hybrids. We felt it was a complete loss but word on the street is there is an amazing shop that works solely on Hybrid Vehicles in Fredericksburg VA. We had to get the vehicle towed to his shop and Mohammed reassured us we would get it back in a few days and reasonably priced. He didn t just let us fail, he worked diligently to try to suite our needs. I have to say Mohammed was trustworthy, personable and made us feel as though our prayers had been answered with the knowledge and confidence he carries if you call around to other shops they will make you feel hopeless, so look no further because Route 17 is the answer to all of your Hybrid problems, needs and solutions. We just moved to the area and were looking for a skilled, reliable, fair priced mechanic; Well, I think we've found one! My Lexus needed Spark Plugs & Coils. We called the shop & Mike was friendly, provided Excellent Service, and got my car in the next day & finished the work at the time promised! I am very Satisfied & will return!

Young professional, mechanic engineer is at this location. Very good service is provided and honest, affordable price. Good job man. I drive there from Manassas which is far way but it is worth. You can not find better mechanic anywhere than this place period. I am so happy and satisfied.

I love taking my car to this shop so much so that I commute from Richmond if able lol. Mike and Loai are wonderful and always have a solution to my car issues. I have an older manual that requires a lot of attention! Mike and Louie are life savers! I got my brakes changed at jiffy lube this morning and they didn't put the bolts and screws on right and my caliper came out of my car I got it towed to route 17 and they got it fixed within an hour and a half. They were fast proficient very professional and very kind to me answer my children. I definitely recommend them!Service: Brake service & repair

let me start off with this, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!i brought my 2018 BMW 530e (hybrid) to them because my hybrid system was having some issues and BMW wanted to charge me an arm and a leg!not only did the mechanic fix my car for a fraction of the cost, he did it in less time than BMW quoted me.these hybrid specialists KNOW what they're doing. highly recommend bring all my cars here, hybrid or not.5 months later and my car is not having any issues at all!Service: Electrical
