I was introduced to Rose Auto Clinic by my daughter about ten years ago. I was not the one that did business with anyone that I was not already familiar with. However, I took my car there for the first time ten years ago and I have been going there for auto service since then. The level of personalized service, interaction with the entire team, and those amazing receptionist, Angie and here team, are all exceptional people. I have recommended several people to Rose Auto Clinic and they too have been pleased with the service and loyal customers every since. Thank you Rose Auto Clinic for your many years of service and support to the community.

Rose Auto Clinic consistently goes out of their way to do the right thing. This past week they called me to tell me that they were able to find a way to salvage my battery tie-down, which they had previously thought would need replacement. I challenge you to find another garage that calls you back with a lower price than you were originally quoted. On top of that, they are respectful & do great work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a forever-mechanic. You won't regret it.

My experience with Rose Auto Clinic last week was outstanding, as always. My Wife and I have been satisfied customers with Rose Auto for many years, going back to the days of the automotive shop of Nichols, in the Four Mile Fork shopping area.And, when you Guys gave my 2016 Nissan Murano a clean bill of health (state inspection) last week, I felt comfortable putting the car on the highway. I just returned from a 2,000-mile trip with no problems at all.God is good! And so is Rose Auto Clinic. Thank you, good Folk!.

I own a Jeep Patriot. I have been to Firestone, Good Year, Jiffy Lube, Express auto, Meineke, the Jeep Dealer none of them strive to earn our trust or repeat customers. Being a woman makes it worse. I m always told how I was robbed because I m a woman. Hate that. My husband told me to go to Roses. Glad I did, because they want customers to return. They want word of mouth customers. They want to earn our trust. Looks like I m done searching. Good job Roses!

My experience at Rose Auto Clinic was great. They offer wonderful auto repair service and customer service. They even offered to pick me up from my home when my car repairs were finished. They were awesome!

From beginning to end, that team has the best southern hospitality I ve ever seen. From just getting quotes to checking up on me a week later after work is done!! Real meaning of true customer satisfaction and service. Definitely going back to get more work done

I ve been taking my car here for years now & they ve always been really fair in pricing & get things done well. They don t try to push you to do/get things you don t need & even try to help you save when they can. My first experience was being able to purchase a new transmission with insurance for about the same price other places wanted to charge just to repair my old one. Definitely recommend this place to others when I can.

Had my truck here for state inspection and switching out a set of wheels. They took care of all my needs and the truck is ready for another year. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the couple mechanics I spoke with were super kind and friendly. Will be back again.

Rose Auto Clinic is a very honest and very professional. I respect their advise and I will recommend anyone with a vehicle issue go and see them after you went somewhere else. You will end up using Rose Auto. From the front desk associates to the mechanics you will receive great service and a fair price.V/rKen

Great place run by great and honest people! Highly recommend for anyone who needs service in and around the Fredericksburg region. They are timely and responsive and you won t find a better auto clinic around!

Not a customer but I did a simple oil change for a friend who went here last. They put the oil filter on so tight it broke my cap wrench. I had to use an air ratchet to get the drain plug off. The washer is mushroomed and stuck to the oil pan. Out of the 5 bolts for the skid plate, 2 were sheared off and 2 were stripped. I can't speak for every mechanic at this shop but at lease one person here let this slide. If this is the quality for an oil change, I can't image what they would do for other stuff. I hope management sees this and increases their quality control in adition to having a talk with their guys.

I went to Rose Auto Clinic after 3 other shops (including the dealership). I saw good reviews and called them. Angie, who answered the call was very friendly and knowledgeable about parts and service. I dropped off my 2015 Infiniti QX80. Informed Angie of the recent work done & current problems I was still having. She called Nathan (a mechanic) up front so I could explain everything to him. She called me the next day to give me the diagnosis & price of repair. Needed front wheel bearing and another control arm in the rear. Had control arm replaced at the dealership. Dealership failed to tell me that there are 2 contol arms on both back wheels. Everything was fixed correctly. Nathan even came up front when I picked it up. He also let me know what he found that may need fixing in the future. Highly recommend! Angie and Nathan are the best.

I have used Rose's to replace a engine with all the hoses, belts, water pump, and the rest of the components on my 2008 suburban. Expensive but done right. Very happy. Also have had my 2007 Dodge 3500 dually in for exhaust repair. Excellent work. Darwin and the crew do a great job. Dustin in a ace mechanic and really knows what he is doing.PS: I hate to send them more business, but a shop that does good work is going to be busy anyway. It's like a good restaurant, just look at the parking lot, that tells you what you need to know.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

I cannot express how extremely happy and pleased I am with the service I received from everyone I spoke to at Rose's Auto Clinic. Purvis Ford refused to rectify my vehicle's broken brake line because they claim "no parts available". There is a recall on my vehicle for the brakes but they have no solutions other than no parts available and a rental for $45/day. In all I am thankful for the outcome, now I know my vehicle is safe and the work was done with quality!!! Thank you Rose's!!!

Quality work performed right the first time. But, Don t be shy to question the parts prices when they quote an estimate as the current manager likes to overcharge if you are not savvy on the actual car parts costs. I learned this from another customer who used to be a mechanic.

I have been a customer for over 15 year. I have always relied on Rose Auto to make sure my family's vehicles were safe and reliable. I have always received an honest, detailed explanation of all of the maintenence that was necessary. The communication is always professional and tactful. When my children needed a vehicle, I have alway had Rose Auto take a look before we purchased the car. I highly recomend Rose Auto.

My sister and I took our cars into Rose for inspections and regular maintenance, ie, check fluids, change oil, etc. last week. We dropped them off around 9:00 am and we were surprised to get a call before lunch that the cars were ready for pickup. We have used Rose Auto for many years and have never been disappointed with its staff or service. They are our go to shop for anything car related.

Rose's did an amazing job fixing my 4Runner after the brakes went out. Not only did were they knowledgeable and made good recommendations as we needed new tires as well, but they were completely transparent about the work that was needed to be done and did not try to push more on us than what was necessary. Their customer service was also awesome and they even followed up to make sure the SUV was running smoothly. It can be hard to find good mechanics that you trust, and it's nice to have found someone who I know I can go to. Thanks to Darwin and the team!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I have had my 2011 Ford Flex in for a few things within the last 8 months. 1: I knew the AC needed to be replaced and 2: I had an issue with the AC not cooling properly, but also developed a stutter in the engine making the Flex run rough. Rose took care of replacing the AC back in Oct? And 2 weeks ago, I took it in for them to check out the AC cooling issue. They seemed to think it was the PCM and an issue with that could possibly cause the AC issue and the stuttering/rough driving issue. It turned out, that it was exactly the issue and replacing the PCM solved both issues. Darwin and the crew did a GREAT JOB diagnosing and repairing my Flex......A+++++

I've been a Rose Auto Clinic customer for about 7 years I think, give or take. They are always honest and reasonable. Sometimes, repairs aren't affordable. But that is the nature of their business. Market conditions, parts pricing, and sometimes the complexity of the repair itself are out of the shop's control. One time recently, I had a not so smooth experience at Rose and it was in no way related to their work, but was only poor communication from the service writer as to their ability to complete a repair on time. In the end, Darwin the shop manager called me himself. We worked it out. Anyway, these guys are a class act and there's not many good shops around. Give Rose Auto an opportunity a chance to earn your business and trust. If you don't, you will miss the chance to make some great new friends that you can trust with your car repairs.
