The team at Radley Collision are awesome people. This deer strike occurred in May of 2023 and Autumn, Michelle and Austin provided some top notch customer service. Not only is their customer service top notch but their quality of work is also top notch. If it s not right by you they will do what it takes to make it right. This is why we brought this same vehicle back to Radley for a second deer strike in June. Hopefully, this is the last time seeing them but if we ever need body work again , small or big, Radley will be where we bring our vehicles. Thank you Radley team.

I had some damage done to my vehicle due to a break-in, I intentionally chose Radley Collision Center due to my vehicle being a Cadillac. Along the way I ran into a snag in the process and as I was explaining the issue that I had with another staff member, Mr. Mike Cooper stepped in and went above and beyond to fix my issue. (he contacted my insurance company as well to ensure there wouldn't be obstacles hindering the repair). Mr. Cooper went above expectation to make my experience as stress free as possible. He truly works by the motto of treating others the way you that you would want to be treated. When my vehicle was returned to me, the work done was top of the line and flawless! I thank Radley Collision and especially Mr. Mike Cooper for a job well done!Wayne Hardison

Austin and the crew did an absolute bang up job for my Durango, on which I had done my own bang up job. Totally brought the entire driver side and front end back to brand new factory spec !! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!! Took my car here for minor damage to the undercarriage and they tried to tell me it was totaled. Car is only 4 years old and is not a cheap car. When I asked to understand why it was totaled, they would not discuss it with me or provide any details. I called 3 other body shops in the area and sent them pictures of the damage, and all said it was a very easy and cheap repair. The body shops were also consistent in saying that you should never take your car to get repaired by Radley for any reason based on recent management changes they have made. Car was fixed in 3 days for less then $1,000. I will never be going back to this shop for any reason and will never recommend anyone else to go.

Repair work is good. The issues are how they treat the exterior of your vehicle and their customer service. Expect lots of clear coat scratches and scuffs, then when you ask about it, Michelle Denton (one of the supervisors) takes a rude, aggressive approach and treats you very poorly.If you want a friendly professional place that takes care of your vehicles do not go here.

I normally do not provide reviews but wanted to take a moment and give praise to Radley Collision Center. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, and ensured the quality of their work was top notch. A special kudos to Michael Cooper who ensured I was up to speed whether it be from discussions they were having with insurance, status of parts, where my truck was in the process, or answering questions that I had. They definitely earned a future customer if the need ever rises again.

They repaired my wife's 2019 MDX. Top quality work - looks perfect! The staff is also personable and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of some body work.

Michelle and Austin, at the collision center, were awesome! The body work was perfect. I was concerned about them being able to match the pearl paint, but they were able to match it beautifully. Inspite of industry-wide part delays and tech shortages, Radley got my car fixed in good time. I was even impressed with the manager, Raymond, who was very personable. I strongly recommend using this shop.

I want to praise Radley Collision Center for the great job they did on my daughter s 2023 Corolla SE. They kept her informed every step of the way and when my daughter picked it up the work was beautiful and their customer service was excellent. Thanks to Michelle and Austin for being so great!! I will be taking my truck to get some minor things done.

I have Now had two cars repaired at radley collision center with excellent results. Working with Austin Hall made both of my repairs a pleasue. Austin made sure I was informed of the progress made on my car during its repair and any possible changes that could impact the bydget/schedule. car came out of the shop looking amazing and after i saw such incredible results on the first car they repaired, I brought in another car for them to fix.

I was involved in an accident and I use my car for work. I d like to thank Radley Collision for the amazing work on my car. Got the job done quickly and precisely. Was able to get back to work within days of the accident. Looks good as new . I d also like to specifically thank Austin for the amazing customer service!

If they give you a date where your repair will be finished, don t expect it to be on time. Go ahead and add 1-2 days to it. Also don t expect them to actually send you an update on that either. You ll have to call ahead to find out it won t be ready at the given pickup time. Will return to this review once the vehicle has been returned with an update on the repair quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service and communication from Austin, Autumn, and Michelle. They went above and beyond to work with us through some complicated circumstances and made the whole process as timely and seamless as possible.The truck came back to us looking brand new.

Radley Collision Center did the most amazing job repairing my Kia Soul. My husband sideswiped a pole and left a large area of scratches and several dents along the back door and fender. Radley made it disappear, at a reasonable price, and a day earlier than promised. They kept us updated every day and were professional when we received our estimate and when we picked up our vehicle. And the best surprise of all was that the inside, including dog nose art was spotless! This is why we keep coming back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

3 strikes and your out!!!! This use to be the only collision center my husband used. Now, we will not be returning. Previously we had some work done and they did a good job. Had a minor accident and needed some work done, they returned the car back to him still with problems, that they caused!! We again gave them a chance to make it right and yet again more problems and mis-communication! They even told him at one point they would be charging him wether the work was done or not - UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I work in the auto industry and that is highly unprofessional! He took his car back in to show them where they scratched his car and they shrugged it off!!! I am so over it! They are lucky he went and not me or this would have ended differently. We will not be returning and I will let everyone I know to avoid this place!!Service: Body & Trim

Radley Collision was outstanding to work with. Robert Bruce made the whole experience of working with my insurance and getting my car repaired after hitting a deer, easy and as convenient as possible. The work wss done very well, as quickly as possible and I would highly recommend Radley. This is the third repair I have had done there and all three experiences were 5 star repairs.

Not only does my 4Runner look showroom new, it was done ahead of time and with professionalism that you no longer find! I hope to never need them again but Robert and crew are now the go to for myself and anyone who ever asks in the future! Thanks guys for a job well done!!

This place was incredibly difficult to work with! I will NOT be back! EVER! First, I called to schedule an appointment for work to be done. I explained exactly what was needed, gave all necessary details, etc. A few days later, the person who scheduled my appointment called back and asked me for all the info again. When I answered each question, she replied "yes, that's what I have here"... Finally I show up on the appointed day and I'm told that they don't have me on tbe schedule, and asked if I was there to get an estimate. I explained to the same person who originally scheduled the appointment that I did in fact have an appointment & SHE had made the appointment with me. Eventually they found my appointment. I again explained the 3 things that needed to be done and was asked to fill out a form with the same info I had already provided at least 2 other times already. When I went to pick up the car, only 2 of the 3 things were done. I was told that they don't do the calibration that was needed (!) SO THEN WHY didn't they tell me that when I called and scheduled the work or when I dropped it off and confirmed what needed to be done??!! If I could give them 0 stars, then that is what I would give. They don't even deserve 1. It has been incredibly frustrating to deal with them and an incredible waste of time!
