Recommend for your next service. Fantastic service and friendly staff. It was a welcoming waiting room. I could make an appointment and was there less than an hour. The ability to create an appointment was better than many alternatives in the area that had a first come, first serve policy that also required drop-off with multiple-hour wait times. The costs were very reasonable. The state inspection and the tire plug fix were around $40 plus tax. They discovered a pin nail and asked my preference on fix options.

I acquired a foreign made vehicle and was looking for a place to get service. I scheduled an appointment but arrived early and they were able to start my service prior to the original scheduled appointment time. They were courteous and prompt. There was one recommendation that I did have them complete as it was dealing with low level fluids and to test if there was a leak which it was not. I am definitely taking my vehicle back for service and maintenance

Wow finally found someone in the Stafford area who can work on European car makes. These people are extremely knowledgeable and considerate. I m so happy I found somewhere I feel I can trust to work on my car. I absolutely love the text updates and photos they send. Also I believe her name was Vanessa- the front receptionist was fantastic! Will be back.

We recently moved to the area and needed work done on my car. We asked a friend who had nothing but good things to say. Potomac Creek did great service with a fast turn around. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Vanessa is the first person you speak with and is awesome.

It doesn t get any better regarding honesty, quality, courtesy, and customer service. I take all my vehicles here since moving to Fredericksburg and have never had such great automotive service anywhere. I recommend them to anyone who is skeptical of getting ripped off.

This is the best spot to get service done - Vanessa is great and the quality of work is far beyond anything else in the area. Don t be afraid to ask questions as the staff are super knowledgeable. I barely leave reviews but this spot has been my go-to for years.. makes something that is usually a headache so painless!

I took my Jeep Wrangler to them to get an engine swap. They kept to their timeline and the estimate was very close to what was originally quoted despite needing to add a few items (mostly due to the age of the components, it was better to replace old items rather than try to get the originals back onto the new engine). They kept me informed of everything ahead of time and were very transparent as to what was going on with process. Once I picked up my Jeep they walked me through everything so there were no surprises. They even called me a few weeks later to make sure everything was still going well with my car.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Auto emissions testing

So, I recently purchased a used car and a leak in the fuel tank was noted so a repair shop through the dealer replaced the tank. I had nothing but problems due to the incorrect and sloppy work of the tank install. Enter Potomac Creek. I took the car there twice to have them fix the issues caused by the other shop. Though the repairs weren t cheap (are they ever?), they were reasonable and the work was top notch! I received detailed repair notes to take back to the other repair shop which helped me get $700 back in my pockets! Well done Potomac Creek. I ll be back

I've been taking my cars to Potomac Creek for over a decade and NEVER had a problem! They're clear, competent, courteous, and competitively priced. Plus Vanessa always has candy and good conversation if you wait there. I took one of my vehicles to Potomac Creek Automotive after initially having taken it to a previous shop that quoted a ridiculous amount of money for the work that needed to be done.When I took it to Potomac Creek Automotive, they quoted me almost $1000 less to do the same amount of work plus a few more recommended maintenance that I asked them to do.They were very professional and extremely efficient about the work performed in the vehicle. The car runs as good as when it was brand new.My son usually takes care of our vehicles, but he was unavailable to do it this time, but after having returned from a trip he checked the job that was done by Potomac Creek Automotive and said that they had done an excellent job, and their prices are so much better than most auto shops around the area. They have just gained a new customer.

These folks deserve more stars then 5. I was visiting here when my truck broke. They were very efficient at getting the truck in and diagnosing the issue. They kept me up to date on the repairs. Would definitely use again.

Vanessa is such a wonderful person to interact with. She clearly communicates and gave detailed information so I understood the issues with my car and the next steps. The mechanic rotated my tires promptly and even filled up my windshield fluid. Vanessa even took the time to show me how to get to the odometer on my Tesla! They take such good care of my car and me!

Well organized, helpful. They provided a list of required and optional maintenance, along with pictures of defective parts. To accompany this was a cost breakdown of each required inspection item that must be addressed plus other items needing corrections.

You will not find a better level of customer service or ethics. Vanessa kept me updated and was incredibly thorough with everything my car needed, how much it would cost, and even provided a loaner! The app the shop uses takes the guesswork and nervousness around car repair out and allows full control over what gets done, how, and why. Potomac Creek Automotive is amazing! The mechanic has figured out a way to fix a vexing and annoying issue on my BMW i3 Rex that even the so-called BMW geniuses cannot solve after seven years of production. Amazingly, there was no charge when I first utilized the mechanic s talent several months ago, but when the issue recurred, I insisted on paying him for his time and expertise.I have recently utilized Potomac Creek Automotive for additional BMW repair or maintenance services that other so-called foreign auto specialists in the area could not or would not perform. Potomac took on these tasks promptly and proficiently to my ultimate satisfaction. Among other advantages, I can avoid travel to BMW in Richmond, where I m sure repair charges would be exorbitantly expensive. Potomac s Desk service is friendly and accommodating, and appointments are very easy to make. Potomac is what all auto repair shops should emulate.
