I had a very good experience here. I am not a fan of overly aggressive salesmen so I appreciate their approach. The vehicle I came to see was cleaned and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The rate they offered was competitive and after a quick and easy negotiation I was on my way home with my new car. Everyone was very friendly, even the salespeople who were not working with me. I would recommend this dealership.

Typical unethical used car dealership shenanigans at this dealership. They make purchasing a vehicle easy, but you better do your research and know what you re paying for because they acted pretty clueless about the make/model of vehicles we were interested in. When I pointed out discrepancies in what was listed online vs. what was listed on the window sticker vs. what options the vehicle actually had, they had excuse after excuse trying to hide their shady practices and incompetence. If you re not a fan of playing the used car buying game and looking for a car buying experience that will leave you feeling good about your purchase, I do not recommend Pohanka Nissan.

Our family has purchased 7 vehicles from this location since 2005 and we have been pleased with them all. The process from start to finish has decreased in time over the years, which is a plus. We did our homework and we knew what we wanted and they were able to deliver after we rejected the first offer. Solomon, Keith, Josh and Karla were great to work with. They closed the deal without wasting our time. Great teamwork!

I wasn t expecting to fall in love so quickly with the Santa Fe here but Halley was so sweet and very knowledgeable with helping me feel comfortable with this amazing vehicle. Kudos to her and her hard work!

I absolutely recommend this dealership. Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle should ask for Justin Van Hoven! All the staff was great! However Justin took the time to truly understand me as a person. That s what makes him different. However the entire team was amazing (manager Mike! Financial team! And even the guys in the auto care department!). Just a friendly upbeat environment. The staff wasn t pushy. I had the opportunity to pick out the vehicle that I wanted. They asked me about what I was looking for and worked with me to find my perfect car. Thank you guys so much!

I had a wonderful time and Keith helped me out a lot. I mean a whole lot because the Finance People has said they was gonna take me and then something came up and keep say let me get back with you. I don t know what he done but God bless him I left I got my truck that s who you need to go see I was so unhappy with the vehicle I had and they tell me that truck, Lord, I said God bless youand I just want to thank them

I had a great experience here! As someone who had been to several car dealerships in the past couple of weeks, Pohanka Nissan was the most pleasant one I ve been to. I was able to walk into the dealership and walk out with a car the very same day. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating! Sami was a pleasure to work with. He listened to me and what I wanted in a vehicle, and was able to find me a car that match every request I asked for. A 2016 Toyota Corolla. I would recommend working with him to anyone!

Great experience. Charles was an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable salesman. The dealership was able to get just what I wanted in a 2024 model that they didn't have in stock, very quickly. CarMax gave me a good price for my old car. Once I got the quote the dealership took over and decreased the cost of the new car that amount and brought the old car to CarMax for me. I had many questions after I started getting use to the new car and Charles made himself available to me, even going out on a drive with me to explain some things. It was a very pleasant experience.

We have used Pohanka for 12 years. They get our cars done in one day. Jen was great to work with. I have never had to leave our cars. Friendly and professional. We will continue to use them.

This was me and my husbands first visit here, and of course no one likes shelling out thousands in dollars of car repairs, but it s to be expected at any car repair shop. Overall, we had the best experience. The technicians, were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We moved down from DC, and the Nissan dealership we had to use in MD. can t compare to the awesome hospitality canteen section they provide, which consist of delicious sandwiches, fruits and snacks to purchase while waiting for your car to be serviced, is what sold me to. Additionally, I will be back here again and again.

I went in thinking I might need brake work, but they told me I had more time on my pads (they didn't fleece me). They did a thorough inspect and found a very dirty air filter - so my engine is a lot happier. Steve from service was knowledgeable, patient and answered my questions. Big thanks to your techs and staff. I will be a repeat customer.

This was by far my best car buying experience. My sales person was Isaac and he was very patient with me. I don t normally like buying a car but I was impressed with how Isaac and Roman, Sales Manager, conducted themselves. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I will forever be a loyal customer there! If you re looking to buy a car I highly recommend Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg. Go see Isaac and Roman!

I m so glad Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg was my first stop! It was time to buy & of all the dealers that contacted me Pohanka Nissan was the closest that had the 2024 Frontier Crew Cab Long Bed 4x4 at the price point and in the color that I wanted. While all the sales staff were welcoming, my sales team was exceptional. My online salesperson Shakur Jackson confirmed availability & that the truck bed was at least 6 long (one of my primal needs my bicycle had to fit in the bed). Solomon Cowan my in-person sales rep was confident in the quality of the truck & their pricing without being overbearing. He patiently answered all of my questions on the 2024 Frontier as well as the additional services/warranties that Pohanka provided. Solomon & the sales manager, Roman Stanakzai, presented their best OTD price. After looking at different dealerships, I came back to Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg to purchase as it was the best deal for the truck I wanted. Thank you so much; and Happy New Years to me!

Adam and the gentleman in the detailing department were phenomenal! They both looked at my issue comprehensibly and explained in detail (that I could understand :-) ) what was happening and what they would do to correct it. At no time did I feel that they were pushing for anything that wasn't necessary and it was clear that they analyzed the issue from all angles. The job was completed in a time frame that I agreed to and I believe they both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Thank you both!

Overall my experience was pretty good. I came in to have a headlight bulb replaced and they took care of that. The final price came in below the quote price which is always a nice surprise. The only issue I had was that it doesn t seem like they did that thorough of a job with the multipoint inspection. About a day after I took the vehicle in the car died on me at my office. When I checked the report it showed the battery was good, which I knew prior, but the battery terminals were corroded and wound up disconnecting from the battery. Fortunately when my car stalled it was sitting at my office and my boss, who used to work for Jiffy Lube, explained to me what happened. He was able to get the corrosion off and connect the battery to the terminals to get it started. He said the battery was about 2 inches away from the terminal. We didn t hit any potholes or any hard driving since we brought it in so I m not sure how that happened. Nissan didn t either catch that when looking over my car or did and didn t say anything because it didn t seem like an issue, which it eventually became one. It makes me wonder if the control arm they said needs to be replaced is even necessary if they didn t catch something as small as the acid corrosion. Replacing control arms is not exactly cheap.

We purchased a 2023 Santa Cruz last year along with complimentary oil changes & state inspections. Ryan was excellent. Very professional, friendly and respectful. They just remodeled the service department and it is bright, clean and comfortable.

Brought a company vehicle to Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg to have a brake related recall taken care of. The recall had been active for a while because I thought it would be a big hassle getting it taken care of. Arrived at Pohanka Nissan Service this morning and was immediately greeted and checked in by Steve. As usual we received great service and minimal waiting time. We always have a good experience for both our Murano and Rogue. The waiting area at Pohanka is very comfortable and offers great coffee options. Steve was a great help and got us out quickly. We highly recommend Pohanka Nissan Service Dept

Visited today for an odd noise from my fuel pump. I was immediately greeted & heard. The vehicle was promptly looked over & diagnosed. I was advised I'll be contacted as soon as the replacement part is in so the repair can be made. Very happy with this visit.

Bobby and the staff at Pohanka Nissan were wonderful! The services are always top notch. I ve been going there for all my car needs for almost 2 years now. I went in on a snowy day and they only had half the staff but were still able to squeeze me into their schedule and take care of my car. 10/10 recommend!

I wanted a new SUV I saw one that I liked listed from Pohanka - my schedule at work got the best of me for a minute, but Alex P. one of the internet salespersons kept in contact with me. The initial vehicle I wanted was sold - so was another one I was looking at. Alex contacted me and presently me with another vehicle that he thought I would like. Alex is a true Rock Star. From start to finish he took my situation into consideration, and it showed. If you do business with this dealership, make sure to look him up.
