Ive had the best experience here purchasing a car. My sales representative Billy explain everything in simple terms, in a way that I would understand. All the questions I had he had an answer to. Any concerns I had he was able to reassure them. Billy was kind, intelligent, compassionate, understanding, and he made it feel like I was talking to a friend. So if you are ever in need of a car hit up Pohanka Honda and ask for Billy to be your sales representative!

Pohanka is a good dealership to work with. Everyone we worked with to purchase our new vehicle was friendly and accommodating. Drew is the man! Made the process very easy and stress-free. We thought Pohanka had one of the best deals on an Pilot EX-L AWD and are very happy with the purchase. What a great experience buying my new 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Thomas and Ray at Pohanka Honda. Everything was seamless from walking in the door, to the test, drive, to finance and out the door. I have owned seven Hondas over the years and this has been the best experience yet.

I've never been to a dealership before and was very nervous about getting a dealership car for the first time. Thankfully everyone here was AMAZING. Everything was thoroughly explained to me in a way I could understand. My father, a Veteran with a service dog, accompanied me as well, and the dealership was sure to follow ADA guidelines and accommodate us as needed. I myself am autistic and often find that professional settings like these can be stressful, but not once did I feel unwelcomed, and despite my mannerisms I was treated with respect and care.I came in with a *very* low budget and managed to leave with a car that exceeded my expectations and is perfect for my lifestyle. I'm awful with names so I cannot remember, but the gentleman that showed me all the different used options was very patient and understanding when I was test driving and looking at the cars. He also helped square away some issues with my loan, as I recently had my name changed, and had to play document tag back and forth. Not once did we feel ignored, and even when he had another client, came back often to check on us. The gentleman in finance was also very friendly and welcoming, and helped me choose a good financing plan and maintenance plans, and chatted with me and my father between wait times to keep us busy. I never felt awkward or unnoticed.I managed to leave with practically the car of my dreams and couldn't be happier! Thanks again!

We were extremely pleased with our car buying experience at Pohanka Honda. From the initial contact, Billy Mejia was prompt, polite, thorough and knowledgable. He payed attention to what I was looking for and made sure our car buying experience was a great one. Buying cars is a whole different ballgame these days, we were coming from out of town and we NEEDED a car, this wasn't just a want or an upgrade. From the time we made contact to the time we drove away in our 2024 Pilot Elite we felt very well taken care of. Each step, from the call with the Manager Tim Willis to confirm our appointment and help us with getting our trade-in to Fredericksburg, to the finance manager Eury Estevez, we were treated respectfully. Each person made sure that the process was efficient so we could get back on the road. I would highly recommend using this dealership for my future purchases, and will be sure to share our experience with our family and friends.

As I sit in their waiting room with my family, so far I have to say this dealership has been fantastic when it comes to their service department. I called from 30 minutes away with a broke down van and a stranded family far from home. Wes very quickly handled the situation. He got me in touch with Honda roadside, and sent us a shuttle to get us to the dealership. He and his people have been nothing but courteous since we've arrived. Hopefully we will be fixed up and on our way soon. Thank goodness for warranty coverage. And thank goodness for helpful people like Wes.

We recently bought a Honda odyssey for our family and the service here was truly outstanding. We ended up waiting longer than we expected for the financing, but Zain and his manager brought us food and drink since it had gotten past closing time. Overall would recommend going back to this dealership as they are laid back and straightforward about their prices and process.

James King in the Service Department was exceptional. He worked effectively with our third party warranty company to ensure all necessary work was covered by the company to the max extent possible. We worked with him previously as well for other Honda maintenance and will ask for him specifically on each visit.

I was getting screwed over by a lot of banks because they pulled my credit which of course dropped my credit score (720) but now is (660) and they talking about they can t finalize a deal but then the financial manager took care of me and got me a deal with a different bank and got me a 3k discount on my 2018 Honda civic which I love and appreciate so if you want to be taken care of all the way to the end i would come here and get you a nice and clean first or next car. If you want it done right tho go to Omed he is the best and will not give up on you, even if everyone else did

Great experience,it was a busy day at service with a lot of car waiting to be serviced. Jeffery our attendant was calm and very polite. He turned a long and tough situation into a very productive day. Getting our car serviced so it was completely safe to drive which is so important for us of course. He went out of his way to made sure we were informed of what was happening in the service progress. We appreciate his efforts as well as the service to our car. Thank You

I took my Honda in for an oil and filter change and a State inspection. Nikki Colbert, my service advisor, efficiently and effectively checked me in. When the service was completed, she immediately phoned me to let me know. When I picked up the vehicle I received my invoice, State inspection, and multi-point paperwork and the car was immediately brought around for me. Additionally, the car was washed and looked great. I very much appreciate the accurate and timely service that Pohanka provides. This is my third Honda vehicle that I have purchased at Pohanka, and this dealership continues to provide outstanding service. I highly recommend Pohanka for both service and sales of their very fine Honda products.

Jay helped my family purchase three cars. He was very personable, vested in our safety, and tended to all my families different needs and wants in our cars. He stayed after hours to help make sure we got our cars in tip-top shape, walked us through all the systems within each persons car, and did this all with a smile on his face. Furthermore, a few days after receiving the car, Jay followed up with my family to ask about our experiences with our cars, to see if there were any issues, and make sure we know he is always reachable if we have any questions. I had an delightful experience at Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg during my recent visit for an oil change, state inspection, power steering fluid flush, cabin filter, and engine filter change. The service was not only fast but also incredibly helpful. Wes, the service tech, went above and beyond by taking photos of every deficiency and sharing service suggestions as they arose. A big thank you to Sales Consultant Zain Javeed, Ali Holder Sales Manager and Gabriel Zelalem for making my dream come true to purchase a Honda CRV 2023. I just happened to stop in by chance to see what was available and I told Zain what I was looking for and before I knew it I was sitting in a 2023 Honda CR-V with my favorite color, I was afraid it wouldn t fit into my garage but Zain personally brought the car to see if it fit and it was perfect. Now that is customer service. So 3 days later and its mine. Everyone was very friendly, polite, had the knowledge to answer my questions, from the time I entered the door at POHANKA Honda of Fredericksburg. Even though Fredericksburg is far from me I couldn't have gone to a better place than Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg after seeing some good deals online. When I got there I happened to get so lucky that Mr. Billy Mejia was outside and he greeted us right away. Well I had no idea what I was doing this was my first time getting a car from a dealership so I was nervous but honestly Billy was nothing short of kind and respectful he has his name up on the banner and I can see why it is well earned. I had no idea how easy he would make the process, I gave him a list of what I was looking for at a reasonable price and he had some really great options, all the cars are certified and in great condition! He made the process super simple and he explained everything 100% clearly. The finance manager Mr. Omid Ali was super kind and charismatic He also spoke Spanish and we are very impressed at how good he was! He made my mom and me feel super at ease and explained everything very clearly as well and helped us to get the best deal we could. I honestly feel blessed to have had these guys working by our side. And the car that I chose was a little bit older but all the cars he showed me we looked spectacular under the hood and only one previous owner which I think is very good. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Absolutely horrible experience every time I have been to this dealership. I have a Honda Maintenance package that covers all maintenance and tires. Every time I have been to this dealership they have always given me hard time trying to charge money for the service. Every time they pretend not to find the coverage details. This is absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I have been a Honda and Acura customer for a long time. I have taken my cars to different Honda and Acura dealership in different state never had any issue. Pohanka is by far the worst dealership I have been to.By the time I was writing this review they just called my wife and told her we are sorry it is covered.Advice to Pohanka Honda management please better train your staffs. Focus on retaining your customers not just selling a car but giving your customer a better all round experience that would make them want to come back to your dealership. It is a shame that dealership like yours gives a bad name to the rest.

I don t usually write reviews but had to on this one. I took my car for an alignment and oil change. Best customer service from the time I walked in to when I left. My car had a recall and they suggested I take care of it so I don t have to make another trip. I was concerned with the wait time but I was offered a shuttle to my home and pick up once work on the car was complete. Thank you Janea Garrett for being so professional, warm, attentive, and most of all for your knowledge and guidance. It s a rare occurrence nowadays to find people that are truly invested in their job.

Well, my wife now has her new Honda Pilot and she's all smiles. There was some miscommunication involved in the delivery delay and I accidently picked two options that conflicted with each other but over all it was a pretty positive experience. I would not hesitate to purchase another new car from this dealership in the future.

Five stars for Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. Our sales rep Maya was fantastic to work with. We shopped around to 5 or 6 dealerships in Virginia and Maya stood out as the most responsive and organized rep to deal with. Even though I live in Richmond we decided it was worth going to Fredericksburg and buy our new Honda from Maya / Pohanka.

I would like to share my experience regarding the service department the other day. My wife and I were there to get some work done on her car. At the service lane we met a gentleman named James King, a service writer. He clearly knew what he was talking about with regards to service and maintenance of her car. He explained our options and let us know what was very important to get done right away vs a couple of things we could wait on. I think he could tell we weren't looking to spend a great deal of money in one chunk. We trusted what he said, and the techs did great work, which we also appreciated. With all the lousy comments about customer service at different businesses these days, this was a great experience. We will be back and be sure to ask for him. Have a nice day.

A tow truck took me here after my 2012 Honda Odyssey battery pack thing (I don't know what it's called) wouldn't power and stalled on I-95. The service center fixed it quickly and were very nice along the way and would give me updates everything they solved a problem (there was lots of them) It took about 2 and a half hours but for the disrepair and the parts it needed to be fixed it was pretty fast (I thought I needed to book a hotel, it was that bad) I was on my way home in almost no time and my van has been working decent (it has 100,000 miles and will be replaced shortly so I expected that) but still performed good and made me feel alot safer. Thanks Pohanka

I ve always had a great experience bringing my vehicle to Pohanka Honda. I say this because I do not own a Honda. I have in the past (loved the Honda s I had), but now I own a Buick Enclave and whatever service I need done in it they have always done a fantastic job fixing it. I choose to go to this location instead of a Buick dealership because the staff and service department are very welcoming, I can always get someone on the phone, it s closer to home, pricing is about the same compared to Buick, it s within walking distance of shopping and restaurants so I don t necessarily have to wait there, but even if I choose to wait there, the waiting room is a good size with comfortable chairs, a TV, food options to purchase, free hot beverages and an area for people with children. If anyone is looking for a Honda dealership to bring their vehicle in for service, I highly recommend Pohanka Honda!

My entire experience with Pohanka was excellent. My salesman, Devon, was so patient with me as I contemplated which car I wanted, what features I needed, and how to fit all that into a price I was comfortable with. Tim, the manager, worked alongside Devon to address each of my questions, concerns and requests until I drove off with my perfect vehicle. So in spite of me being such a difficult customer, they showed that exceptional customer service still exists, and Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg is where to find it! Great job!!
