My dealer told me to take a 09 Hyundai genesis to Pepe (who was his mechanic) after my car broke down after 9 mos of purchasing it.For a MONTH, Pepe kept my car w/o giving me a update. I finally was able to get to the shop to see my car. Pepe told me the car was irreparable and was best to tell the bank to come voluntarily repo it. He also was charging a storage fee for every day my car was at his shop, which he never updated me personally on the car NOR was it repaired. Pepe also filed a lien on my car and hid it from its location saying that he was owed his service fees FOR A CAR HE NEVER REPAIRED. That s scamming people out of their hard earned money.He works with a dealer TAG Autosports in Fredericksburg. TAG sells defected cars that once they break down, he suggests his mechanic check it out, and Pepe will not repair, file a lien, and sell it back to TAG to repeat the process of selling LEMONS to the community. So now I have to deal with a dead car after 9 mos of owning it, a shady mechanic who deals with shady car dealers, who works with shady banks to rob people of their money and car. DONT BELIEVE ME. You been warned

Both Father Pepe and son were Extremely professional and qualified for my car needs. Wiring issues that two previous mechanics and dealership could not fix!Prices are reasonable and fair for their labor. Thank you guys for taking care of my Mustang as if it was yours!

This place is amazing! Pepe and his wife are awesome! Upfront and honest. They made me feel like family. Best prices in town by a long shot! Will be taking all my vehicles here! Went in for state inspection, very polite, got me in and out and kept me informed throughout the process! Thankfully my car inspected and im back on the road! Thank you!

I wish I could give Pepe s a zero star rating! When my Cherished and impeccably clean car was returned to me the drivers mat was turned upside down. I thought that was simply because they were protecting the mat. what they were concealing was all the oil boot marks that were all over the mat and on my leather seats and to top it off I brought them a $350.00 part to instal with the receipt from the Lincoln dealership, and all documentation with it and told them to please be very careful not to lose it, as I would not be able to return the part if it didn t fit. And they lost it!!! Claiming that the papers fell out when they opened the box outside and they put everything back in there! Cost me a day off of work and I m out of $350 for a part that I cannot return with not so much as an apology from them just rudeness! Disgusting behavior!!!

Pepe s Auto Repair was so very helpful to us in our trip to the Outer Banks. We were traveling from PA to NC on a very hot day and after I called they were kind enough to fit us into their busy schedule to work their magic with the air conditioner on the van. They could not have been nicer and so quick with their service. I highly recommend.

This place is a rip off in my opinion. They take advantage of ladies who seem vulnerable quoting the law but not being honest about what they find. My rotors in front didn't need turning quite yet and had plenty of thickness, the guy there told my wife it was worn down and couldn't pass inspection unless she replaced it. Also didn't offer to change the license plate light, my wife did it in 5 mins. I do not recommend this place at all. Oh and they don't answer or have a land line, only cell phones. BTW the car passed inspection at a well known certified inspection station in Fredericksburg.
