Hybrid battery in my car ended up going out while I was across the street, I didn t get any work done but the staff here was beyond helpful and ready to help! They also offered some helpful advice on the next best steps to get my Kia hybrid battery looked at and fixed. Highly recommend if you have questions or need help!

We called in for service on our tires, we came in early for an appointment and we got it in an out all before my shift to work. Thank you to Ron and his team for provide us with great new tires and excellent service. We will be back again.

Wife took van in for new tires. Came back with a whole bunch of additional recommended / needed repairs. There was a decent rattle prior to going into Pep Boys. They stated it was driver side inner tie rod. I investigated. The rod was perfectly fine, however CV axel bearing needs to be replaced. I am not a mechanic and could figure it out.

They were very friendly at Pep Boys. I dropped my Jeep off to get tires rotated and pressure checked. I also needed an inspection done.I got a call 2 hours later it was ready,which was unexpected,since I didn't have an appointment.Thank you Pep Boys for your fast and quality service you gave me.

We came to Pep Boys this morning. The manager was working in the Frontdesk. His name is Ron did an outstanding job telling us what we needed to do. The work and professionalism done by Pep Boys was absolutely outstanding. I couldn t recommend them more bang for your buck folks.

They put a new set of tires for me on a Friday and I forgot to get the DOT number for the warranty. Called back Monday and they were able to find the tires and provide me with what I needed. Great service!! Thanks again.

I will be back for sure! The shop is a little run down but much to my surprise they did not try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need and did not try to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and might not know as much about cars. I felt very respected and I felt as though they took good care of my vehicle and only completed what I asked them to complete along with a free safety inspection. And even though they could have easily told me I need to replace my breaks (which is what I went in for), after inspection they told me they were fine and did not need to be replaced. I also had an alignment done, which was only $99 (some places were charging $250 and over!), and an oil change. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

All of the employees were really friendly. They greeted me as soon as I came in, and got my car in quickly, and serviced it fast. They told me the cost and any services I wanted besides getting tires. It was a great experience.

Emergency tire issue on the highway pulled into the nearest Pep Boys for a new valve stem in an out in 20 minutes. Ken Chris and Ryan very helpful. I m already a loyal customer, but this just made me even more loyal

They are the best! I accidentally took the skid plate off of my car going over one of those cement guards in the parking lot and they helped fix it immediately. The service team was awesome!

I have seen negative review for this establishment but I had the complete opposite experience. I ordered 4 tires online during the Black Friday sale and got them installed by Pep Boys. I have not complaints the service was great, the staff was friendly and took care of everything I needed.

Had a flat tire, service advisor walked me through the options and gave me the different prices. Service was fast and efficient, got a good deal since I got all 4 of my tires replaced since the others were balding.Fast service and saved me from being late to work!!

This was the worst experience I ve ever had with getting work done to my car. Waited there for 4 hours when all I needed was tires mounted and balanced. No updates or timeframe was given to me at any point while I waited. Had to reschedule my other appointment because they were inconsiderate and not respectful of my time.

Only draw back are the chairs and bench in waiting room. Chairs meant for kids, not my butt and couch legs were bent out of shape. Other than that experience was fine.

Overall price and quality was good on a purchase of 4 new tires. The tire pressure monitor system was not reset even though I informed the staff at check in to make sure it would be completed.

Heaven forbid you re stuck with three small children off of I95 and need help. While the garage was open and relatively empty, they begrudgingly offered to possibly check the car within a couple of hours but couldn t provide any assistance or humanity towards our situation. Make sure to stay away in case in dire need for car repairs.

Scheduled a tire change and alignment for 3pm online. Dropped the vehicle off at 2:30pm and the service rep walked the vehicle. I called at about 4:30pm and was advised they were just bringing the vehicle in. Arrived back at Pep Boys a little after 5pm at which time I asked what the point was of scheduling an appointment, if they were not going to start for a couple hours later. I was basically told everyone has an appointment. I suggested that perhaps they should consider allowing more time between appointment if they could not get the vehicles in a reasonable amount of time. Further asked the rep if they were able to look at the brakes, as requested when I dropped the vehicle off and he did not know and went to ask. He came back and said the brakes needed to be replaced but they could not do it that day. Then he proceeded to say they would not be able to do an alignment on the truck, as it is too large. I asked why he could not have told me that when I brought the truck in, as he had done a walk around and basically, he just stood there with a dumb look. When I dropped the truck off, it was obvious it needed an alignment, as one of the front tires was worn significantly. Had he told me upfront, they could not do an alignment I would have gone somewhere else to get tires. Now I need to make another appointment somewhere else to get an alignment. After the front desk person left for the day, another person, who was much more professional, asked me if I was going to have the brakes changed, I said yea if it can be done today. He indicated they could have it done before they closed. I question why the prior guy told me it could not be done. Finally, at about 6:45 the truck was done. When I was leaving the check pressure light came on and it showed only 35 to 40 pounds of pressure was in each tire, however the truck requires 80 PSI in the rear and 60 in the front. Additionally, there were no valve stem caps on any of the tires. All of this was corrected before I left.While I believe the service on the vehicle was lacking, my biggest concern is the fact I was not advised upfront they could not do an alignment, and the fact that the truck was not even pulled into the garage until 4:30 which is about an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. The purpose of a scheduled appointment is so that you do not have to sit and wait for hours.Finally, I believe it is incumbent on the service rep to know what can and cannot be done and advise customers in a timely manner. Waiting until the tires are off the rims to tell me an alignment could not be done, is totally unacceptable. Of note, the Ram 2500 was a short bed truck and by no means an excessively big truck.
