I had two car accidents none of which were my fault but Parrish definitely took care of me. I love that their work is guaranteed for the life of the car or until you sell the car and that they took very good care of me each time that I went. They are pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I included pictures the last accidents

I have used Parrish before and was extremely happy with the results. When involved in another accident Parrish was the one I chose. I am also glad of the relationship they have with USAA to allow me to use them for these repairs. I highly recommend them.

Tried to give them my business a second time so things aren t just ment to be . The lady on the phone side sorry owner doesn t allow outside parts . So basically a car that the hood is discontinued and I have one but you want accept my part . If stupid dont sound like stupid . its cool tried to give this local shop my business . i guess i have to go deal with the chain body shops

took a month and still came out late. I had to take it to another shop to fix the mistakes. pictures say everything. I found lose bolts in my cup holder the paint was way off. This entire experience was awful and extremely stressful. the owner is a good dude but his staff is rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a serious favor and pass on this one. I actually have never written a review because I have never cared enough. But they are doing people wrong for quick insurance money

Excellent experience from start to finish. I did not have collision insurance on my auto, so my insurance claims adjuster apologized after she gave me the repair quote because my policy would not cover the claim. She then asked me if I had selected a body shop yet. After I told her that I usually use Parrish, she confirmed my choice, saying that Parrish was a great choice because they always performed top notch service and that the price would probably be below her quote. She was correct in every point. Parrish saved me a considerable amount of money and the service was both professional and friendly. My car was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of work was fantastic. With that type of reputation among the insurance claims adjusters and my recent experience, I would not hesitate in recommending Parrish Body Shop to all of my friends.

Someone put a huge dent in my bedside and this is the only place I would trust to do the repairs. While my truck was being fixed, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on and when it was going to be ready. When I got my truck back I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. The paint match was incredible. The manager was really polite and informative and the representatives at the front desk were always nice enough to answer my questions when I asked. Get your car fixed here if you want a personalized experience and spotless repairs.

Our car was side-swiped by a semi-truck and took a bit of damage. Parrish Body Shop was super communicative, ensuring to keep us informed each step of the process during the repair. Their service is extraordinary, from the service to the staff. Hopefully we won't have to return soon, but if we do, I know we'll be well taken care of. Thank you Jeremy and everyone else at Parrish Body Shop!

My 2008 Honda was completely side swiped from front to back. Took it to Parrish and they made sure I had a rental for the duration of the work on it. When I got my car back, I was super surprised because it looked BRAND new. I didn't think they'd be able to match the paint (black with blue glitter) but it was identical to the rest of the car. They even cleaned it up. Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and made a frustrating situation tenable. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do, I'm sure I can expect more of the same.

I took my vehicle to Parrish Auto body because it was recommended by USAA, the job was to take 4 days to complete my rear bumper had to be replaced and a small dent in the lift gate need to be repaired after I was hit in a parking lot at work, my jeep was only 2 weeks old when this happened. I picked up my Jeep from Parrish on a Friday evening, after I got home my husband and I were looking over the jeep and noticed the paint on lift gate was very bumpy feeling (trash in the clear coat) also my lift gate handle had 2 chips in the paint. I called Parrish on Monday morning and was told to bring it back over so they could look at the issue with the paint, when I got there the manager Jeremy was not there I showed the lady that was there and I left my jeep for Jeremy to inspect when he returned. I was called by Jeremy and told my vehicle had been re-fixed (wet sanded and buffed) and was ready I asked about the chips in the handle and was told they didn't paint the handle they just removed it and reinstalled it, and they could put some touch up paint on it (looked like a child touch up the 2 chips in the handle). when I returned to Parrish for the second time that day my jeep still had trash in the clear coat I was told by Jeremy they would re wet sand a buff again. I told them I would wait for it this time after waiting for over 30 minutes they brought my vehicle around still chips and trash in the clear coat, but Jeremy was at lunch and he was the only one that could make the decision, so I left my vehicle there again, I called back later and was told Jeremy had just left the building 3 minutes ago, I called back half hour later and was put on hold for about 5 minutes just for them to come back to the phone and say they could find the manager Jeremy and he would call me back, at this point it 430pm they close at 530 and my vehicle is still there, at this point they had wet sanded and buffed my car a total of 5 times I finally get a call from Parrish but it was the new secretary telling me they had called USAA and had to wait for them to make a decision since I was unhappy with the job they did. I had already turned in my rental car on Friday. long story short I got a call from USAA the next day telling me that my vehicle would not be ready since all the wet sanding and buffing they did finally burned through the clear coat. at that point I told USAA I no longer wanted them to touch my New Jeep and to send it to another body shop, which they did and it turned out great! Thanks PROTECH!!My family and I have had many vehicles done at Parrish and the work was always great. but since this Jeremy had taken over the work is horrible! the 4 days it was going to take to fix my vehicle turned in to 2 weeks with out my vehicle the 2nd week I had to find other transportation

I had to get an estimate to have my passenger door repainted after a problem with a door magnet sticking to it. I was recommended to them by my mechanic. I went on for the quote. I was told I would have the quote in my email the next day. I had to keep calling them and after 4 weeks the company never sent it. They said they would resend it but they never did. I ended up not being able to get my car repaired because the magnet company told me it took to long.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unreliable. Maybe because it was a small project, I don't know. I would not do business with them. Unreliable is the best word to describe them!

Most shady and unprofessional experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle online with a 7 day full refund policy, when it was delivered I noticed scratches on the paint and areas of previous body work where the paint was dull compared to the paint surrounding it. I took it to Parrish to get a quote to fix all the issues and they gave me a $1500 quote which I sent to the seller who in turn agreed to, and sent Parrish a check. Upon a closer look at the quote I noticed some of the issues we discussed were not included so I took it back in for 2nd quote to fix the issues not included in the first quote, we went over every inch of the car and the quote came out to an additional $830 which the seller agreed to, and sent another check to Parrish. So I schedule work, sign the paperwork, and drop off my vehicle on the agreed date. The next day I get a call saying "actually the work is going to be a lot more expensive than quoted and we don't have the time to do it because we have a lot of insurance contracts to do..." So at this point my 7 day return window for the vehicle has passed and I'm left holding the bag because I relied on this shady company to hold up their end of a written agreement they provided and changed their mind on after inspecting the vehicle twice and receiving full payment. I have never left a negative review for a company in my life but this one really takes the cake so I figured I should try to warn people.

Parrish Auto Body has taken care of 2 of our vehicles over the past few years and has performed the repair work in a totally satisfactory manner. The work was done in a timely way and I was completely satisfied with the results and the cost. Should I need auto body work in the future I will not hesitate to take the vehicle to Parrish Auto Body.

Parish Body Shop just completed the repairs on our vehicle, which had a front impact with a deer, and a person rear-ended us at a stop light, both within a couple days, but thankfully both accidents were not serious. In any case, Parish dealt with our insurance, as well as the person who rear-ended our vehicle, and took care of everything. In regards to the vehicle, the actual repairs were more extensive, and they worked with the insurance to take care of the expense. Their work is professional, their staff are polite and capable, and I would recommend Parish for your auto-body issues. This is the second car we have taken to Parish, about 12 years apart, and their work is consistently professional and detail oriented. I am a big proponent of working with local businesses that are family owned and operated, and I know that I am supporting our local economy, rather than some big corporation that is only about the cash. I feel they went the distance, and their work is first class! Thanks Parish (Dave).

I am a USAA member and feel compelled to remark on the service that my wife and I received from the Parrish Body Shop on two seperate occasions within the last year. Positive experience! Well, never fun when having to have car repaired, but Parrish Body Shop made it bearable. The body work came out great. I would not take my car anywhere else!

When you take your car to Parrish body shop for repairs, always make sure before you check out with your car, examined the entire car before leaving the location. My car had an accident and it's was tow to this place. They call me that the car is ready and they also asure me that everything is under warranty but few months later the control arm of the right tired was bad. I took the car to them and they told me the cannot repair my car.

Great job on my F150. From what I understand the new aluminum body panels are tricky to work with. They did a great job. As far as I can tell it doesn't look like there was ever a repair.

I took my RV to Parrish expecting to pay a whole lot of money to get an electrical problem fixed. They analyzed and repaired the problem for less than $400. I was expecting to pay a couple thousand. I was referred to this shop for some work needed on my trailer. I spoke with a gentlemen about repairs but never received a call back. I followed up via phone over the next couple days during the week and no one answered the phone or returned my call.

Didn't actually have body work done since my vehicle wound up being totaled. However, the people are awesome and just being there, it is apparent that customers really appreciate their work. It would be my first choice in town.

They hide behind a good name but this place is terrible. My husband had his car fixed there because it s the recommended shop for USAA I refuse to take it back there. The owner/manager is shady.
