Amazing shop and super kind people! They were able to work with me and get me in for a state inspection. Very honest and trustworthy. I know who I will be going to forever and referring all my family and friends too. If I could give more than 5 stars, trust me I would!!

Great shop. Kenny helped me figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. He was unable to help me because I couldn t afford the repairs, we decided it s best to replace the car. Kenny was honest and very personable. Definitely recommend and will be coming here in the future for any repairs I need!!

Great shop, even greater people! When it comes to problems with your car the most important thing is having somebody repair it and maintain it that is reliable and honest. Big Joe and little Joe and Kenny are the best in the Fredericksburg region.Thank you guys so much for servicing our Adventures with Purpose RV and trailer making sure it is roadworthy, which allowed us to continue on our trip in a timely fashion.

As a professional driver, keeping the public, trucker and oversized load I'm with protected is my job. If my vehicle doesn't run properly, I don't work. From oil changes, brakes, filters, lights and now major engine repair, I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicle because Olde Town Auto Repair has NEVER let me down. Thank you for keeping me on road professionally and personally.

We took a car we were looking to purchase here to get inspected, the mechanics did an extensive job of looking the vehicle over, showing us things the used dealer did not tell us. I can tell This auto shop is honest place and takes pride in doing an excellent job. If I lived in the area I would take my cars here.

Outstanding mechanic! Kenny is The Best! He is caring and top of his game and he will always fix your car right. The owner are also Top Notch. Honest, true gentlemen who would give you the shirt off their backs.

Great place that puts honesty far above anything else. Came here for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing. Mechanic diagnosed, realized it was only one that was problematic not both. Diagnosed a little further and realized I just needed a tire rotation and some oil. Then even picked me up from where I was afterwards. This guy saved me hundreds and more importantly was fully honest whether it meant making less money or not. GREAT PLACE HONEST PEOPLE HONEST WORK.Services: Tires, Oil change

Bill is really honest and his prices are always much better than the competition. All of my downtown neighbors go to him. All smile when his name is mentioned or when they are relating their recent experience with him. He has done a lot of complicated work on my cars. He has also checked my cars over free of charge. He is 80 years old and is old school in his approach so don't rush him. Your car will not be returned to you right away because he is busy and only has two bays. It doesn't bother any of us because we just accept that as fact when we do business with him. He has very competent middle-aged mechanics working for him. One has been there for a very, very long time. Having only two bays means that Bill and his mechanics are not stretched too thin and are not rushing around from one car to the next.It's actually a pleasure when your car breaks down and you get to go and visit with a Bill. I'm dead serious.

My family and I were traveling and had some noise in the front suspension of our vehicle. Luckily, we had stopped in Fredericksburg for gas and found this shop. Got here first thing Monday morning and Kenny began assessing our car and got to work on it right away. Within a few hours, we were back on the road. He was very honest and affordable. I would recommend him to others.

Very professional, conscientious, thorough, informative, and transparent. I have been impressed and comfortable with each service visit. As far as I have observed, their prices are reasonable and better than the other shops that I have checked out.

Extremely unprofessional. Joey Saffelle is not a man of his word. Gave me a total run around for four days. Ended up taking my vehicle back and going elsewhere. Customer service skills are lacking..

I was ripped off by the mechanic for a brake job on the front driver side brakes. I was charged $375 for the parts, including rotor, caliper, brake hose and pads, plus labor charge of $180. I was taken advantage because I drove in with my brake grinding together. This is twice the amount what another mechanic would have charged me.
