Rick took great care of me today installing 4 new tires on my GMC Sierra AT4 2500HD Diesel. The store was quiet, clean, and had a nice waiting room.

Went there today to have tires rotated and balanced. Great customer service. They were upbeat and very accommodating. I told them I'd ding them for not having coffee! I've been going here for years but now it's under new management. Still excellent service and prices. They're running specials stop by and check them out.

Went to NTB today for our appointment to have 4 tires mounted, balanced, and rotated and they were able to get us in the same day. We had the pleasure of working with John (the new manager) who took the time to work with us and provide his recommendations and offer options. We chose to wait and he kept us informed throughout the entire appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely return for future service.

Was able to drop off my truck and have my 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They noticed a couple issues and were quick to fix them for me! John and his team were great, very patient with my daughter as we waited the last little bit for the truck to be done. Definitely bringing my cars back for any tire needs!

Awesome customer experience. I went into the Fredericksburg location to address a tire pressure warning after having visited 2 'tire shops" that could not clear the warning. The Manager, Rick, listened attentively and assure me that NTB could help. The technician, Anthony, took me into the garage and explained what the issue was (spare tire pressure monitor was faulty - not the ones on the car). I was relieved and very pleased that they did such a thorough job and took the extra steps that others did not. I also asked for balancing of all the tires, which Anthony explained was not needed - just for the tire that needed the new monitor. Rick also ensured the discount I was eligible for was applied. This will be my go to shop in the future and I will also refer my family and friends - excellent service and trustworthy.

Came by on Friday because my tire pressure light came on. The technicians were courteous and very helpful. So skilled he (RICK) saw that my back brakes were metal to metal and advised I get that fixed as soon as possible. Acer was also very professional. I will be returning to this location for all service needs.

Took care of me good! About 3-4 lights popped up over the weekend, came in first thing Monday morning and they got straight to it. Was able to sit in the lobby, watch TV and get on my laptop to take care of work. Highly recommend

This NTB branch is great. Simple, polite, and their work is always top notch. I had a tech find me and go out of his way just to test a tire for me. I ve gotten all my tires through them since around 2018.So let me explain, my regular car dealer just did $5700 worth of work on my car including fixing a broken rim (from pothole of death on 17). This included several things besides just the wheel obviously. They handed my car back with a dumpy extra tire they had. They hand waived the inspection because I found a super obvious bulge in the sidewall of one of my other tires. Then they didn t even look at the battery, mine is on its last leg. And to top it off, my car was filthy, and they didn t even put the spare and jack back.Now NTB, on a fantastic note, replaced all my tires, found the battery problem, and had my car back to me in 2 hours!Simple, polite, and well-priced. Thumbs up from me.

I stopped in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and battery check, and John (manager) made the whole experience a breeze. He gave me regular updates on the status of the requested services, pointed out a brake issue I was unaware of, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys!

Great service, got to work on my vehicle right away. The two gentleman working up front on 6 Feb 24 were extremely friendly and honest. The store was clean and I was able to watch tv while I waited. Keep up the great work!

I found myself needing tires the day before I was scheduled to go out of town. NTB got me in right away and helped me pick out the right tires for my car. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I brought my wife s car in for some work on a Sunday morning. I was greeted with a smile and great customer service by Rick. He told me what I needed for my car and had me back on the road in no time. Great service all around!!

Had a great experience while traveling in Virginia. My tire kept losing pressure and Acer found the hole and patched it. Quick and efficient. David was very informative about what to do if I still had issues. Thanks!! Good service is tough to find these days!

Brought my daughter's car in for a tire rotation to see if they could do it, and they did it right away! They noticed a leak, and John (the new manager) gave us some options of what we could do. He was very helpful, funny, and kind. We will be back soon to get what else needs to be worked on done.

After previously being told that NTB could not purchase the size tires I needed for my truck a few months back, I went in for an inspection (I always use NTB, they re always great) and brought up my disappointment that I couldn t order tires through them. John was very sorry someone told me that, told me they could purchase the tires and immediately asked what I was looking for. We went through different options and eventually he helped me pick the tires that fit what I wanted. Could not be happier with the assistance and can t wait to get them put on!

I visited this location for a state inspection. Customer service was second to none. I also had an issue with one of my tires in which they rectified on the spot. Overall outstanding service.

With no appt and needing service I stopped in to see if I could helped, Acer was very professional and friendly he kept me updated on time and services. Alignment, balance/rotation, oil change. Since I was waiting, manager kept me updated of the status. Always friendly and professional. I booked the appointment online and mistakenly selected a different location. They were more than willing to work me in at the appointment time without issue.

As always the service was outstanding acer took his time to retrieve a receipt that I no longer had in my possession for some work done after diligently exploring all avenues he found it and was able to assist me with the process rick informed me of some current specials and I winded up with a new set of tires. If you need tires this is the place to go these guys will get you right they are running a promo on certain tires so if you need I would def say go see Acer or Rick as I m sure you will be satisfied just as I was the professionalism was above and beyond will continue to have my service done at this location thanks guys
