I ve used this place once for a 2 tire replacement on my rear tires. The front office staff were friendly. At the time I went they were down to 1 tech pumping out all of the work. He did it in a reasonable amount of time. The seating area is decent and the overall experience was nice. You would not expect that at a tire shop. The he prices were fair and I had no issues with the overall service they provided considering the circumstances.

I had a wonderful experience today. I came in to get my tire checked.I got approved for a credit card and got a little work done today. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend family and friends to this location.

I have been coming here for about a year now and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. They have always kept me informed. I love the fast service even if you are a walk in. I highly recommend coming here for your tire needs

Like to give many thanks to Darrell for keeping his word and his decency with handling all the services I've had done on several vehicles. All new tires and alignment on 2vehicles.Didn't try selling me things I didn't ask for and was prompt and easy to deal with throughout the experience.i have been a loyal customer of ntb when it was merchants for more than 10yrs and honestly, I've always had pretty good service from all the staff from then to now

Go to place for quick and easy service. Service techs are good at what they do. Steve at the front is a great guy. Better attitudes and less hassle than these small tire shops around town for sure.

I always take my vehicles here for oil changes and tire rotation when needed. They are great! I recommend an early appt u get in and out fast.

Went in after inspection needed one tire! Desk clerk was friendly and knowledgable! I was in and out very quickly and my pockets werent hurt to bad! I recomend them if you need tire services!

Great experience at this NTB. I was traveling and had issues with my car so stopped by to see if they could diagnose/fix. I offered to go for a ride with the technician so that I could point out the problem. The technician, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem right away. They went to work and were able to get me back on the road in short order. The store manager, Darrrell, also went above and beyond to help me. While I have been a repeat customer of NTB for many years, this is by far, the best one I have ever been to. I highly recommend this location in particular!

I called for an appointment for same day oil change and they completed the service in a timely manner . They also checked my brakes for free and asked if I was interested in newer window shield wipers but I declined . All in all the customer service is on point and I would recommend anyone to visit this location .

My vehicle needed an oil change and tire repair. I called about an hour before they closed, and I was told to bring it right in. They got the oil changed and checked my tires right away.Great Customer Service!!

I was greeted with such warm and courteous customer service. I arrived with a flat tire, which they promptly repaired. I sincerely appreciate the quality of customer service provided. I recommend that everyone come here.

My significant other bought tires here a couple years ago. They came with lifetime rotations. I took her car to get the tires rotated and they rotated them, they were quick about it. They only rotated the tires, didn't check the balance. They charged me for a oil change labor. I am ok paying if they are hard up for money, I don't expect anyone to work for free. Just disappointed in the service.

I came here for a last minute tire replacement on a Saturday around noon and they were able to get me in, in no time. The service was wonderful. I was helped by a very nice gentleman. I will return to this establishment and I would recommend this location.
